PRESENTAZIONE
Progetto Mosaico Più nasce nel 2008 a Spilimbergo, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, in
un centro della tradizione e della cultura millenaria del mosaico italiano.
I suoi punti di forza sono la capacità di personalizzare la vasta gamma dei prodotti musivi disponibili destinati all’arredo pubblico e privato attraverso uno studio attento dei materiali (Pasta di vetro, Smalti Veneziani, Vetro Sinterizzato,
Lapidei) degli accostamenti cromatici e dimensionali. Strumenti informatici del
design industriale e artistico elaborano o sviluppano le richieste dei committenti
nella fase progettuale. Qualità, tecnologia robotica nelle realizzazioni, cultura
e professionalità del personale impiegato, servizio alla committenza pre e post
vendita completano il servizio.
Forte delle sinergie con i numerosi studi e atelier presenti sul territorio, Progetto
Mosaico Più è anche in grado di realizzare opere artistiche musive secondo le
tecniche tradizionali dei maestri “mosaicisti”, da loro acquisite presso la Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli di Spilimbergo, unica nel suo genere a livello mondiale.
Quest’opuscolo vuole essere una raccolta di alcune opere realizzate in questi
primi anni di attività per facilitare il lettore a conoscere le espressioni del mosaico artistico e industriale, con uso di materiali e tecniche di produzione diverse.
Progetto Mosaico Più was founded in 2008 in Spilimbergo, Friuli Venezia Giulia,
in the heart of the tradition and the ancient culture of the Italian mosaic.
Its strengths are the ability to customize the wide range of mosaic products
available for public and private sectors through a careful study of the materials
(glass paste, Smalti, Sintered Glass, Stone) color combinations and sizes. Tools
of industrial design and artistic process are able to develop customer’s requirements during the design phase. Quality achievements in robotics technology,
culture and professionalism of the staff employed, service to clients before and
after sales may complete the offer.
Thanks to strong synergies with the numerous studies and workshops in the area,
Progetto Mosaico Più is also capable to create artistic mosaic using traditional
techniques of the masters “mosaic”, which they acquired at the Mosaic School
of Friuli in Spilimbergo, unique in its kind in the world.
This publication is intended to be a collection of works created in these early
years to help the reader to understand the expressions of mosaic art and industry,
with the use of different materials and production techniques.

Progetto Mosaico Più est né en 2008 à Spilimbergo, Friuli Venezia Giulia, dans
le centre de la tradition et de la culture antique de la mosaïque italienne.
Sa force est la possibilité de personnaliser la large gamme de produits disponibles en mosaïque, pour les secteurs publics et privés d’ameublement, grâce à
une étude minutieuse des matériaux (pâte de verre, émaux vénitiens, verre fritté,
pierre), et grâce à des combinaisons de couleurs et de tailles. Avec ses outils de
conception industrielle et artistique il est possible d’élaborer et de développer
les demandes des clients lors de la phase de conception. Qualité, technologie
robotique des réalisations, culture et professionnalisme du personnel employé,
service à la clientèle avant et après-vente complète notre service.
Forte des ses synergies avec de nombreux bureaux d’études spécialisés, Progetto
Mosaico Più est aussi capable de réaliser des œuvres de mosaïque artistique
en utilisant les techniques traditionnelles des maîtres «mosaïstes », selon une
formation acquise à l’école de mosaïque du Frioul à Spilimbergo, unique en son
genre dans le monde.
Cette publication est un recueil d’œuvres créées dans ces premières années
pour aider le lecteur à comprendre les expressions de l’art de la mosaïque et de
l’industrie, avec l’utilisation de différents matériaux et techniques de production.
Im Herzen der italienischen Mosaik-Kultur in Spilimbergo im Friuli Venezia
Giulia wurde im Jahr 2008 Progetto Mosaico Più gegründet.
Die Stärke dieses Projektes ist die Möglichkeit durch Forschung und Entwicklung
an traditionellen Grundrohstoffen der Mosaikproduktion ( Glaspasten , Glasuren,
Sintergläser , Stein ) neue Farb- und Effektwirkungen zu kreieren .
So können hier gemeinsam mit dem Kunden mittels Werkzeugen des Industriedesigns und dem künstlerischen Können der Mittarbeiter personalisierte
Produkte geschaffen werden , welche einen besonderen Anspruch in Qualität
und Design erfüllen.
Dank der fabelhaften Beziehungen , zur in der Region ansässigen „ Scuola Mosaicisti del Friuli“ hat Progetto Mosaico Piu Zugriff auf die traditionellen , weltweit einzigartigen Techniken der Mosaik-Meister .
Die folgende Übersicht soll nun dem Leser helfen ,die in der Vergangenheit
entstandene Mosaikkunst zu verstehen . Hier werden die verschiedenen traditionellen Herstellungsweisen und die modernen Herstellungsverfahren erläutert.
Progetto Mosaico Più была основана в 2008 в г. Спилимберго в области ФриулиВенеция-Джулия, известной своими тысячелетними традициями и культурой итальянской
мозаики.
Сильной стороной фирмы является способность персонализировать широкий
ассортимент мозаичных изделий, предлагаемых для оформления общественных и
частных помещений, посредством тщательного подбора материалов (стекломасса,
венецианская смальта, спеченное стекло, камень), цветовых сочетаний и размеров.
Заявки заказчиков на этапе проектирования разрабатываются с помощью компьютерных
программ промышленного и художественного дизайна. Контроль качества,
использование роботов в технологии изготовления, культура и профессионализм
персонала, предпродажные и послепродажные услуги дополняют сервис.
Благодаря сотрудничеству с многочисленными местными студиями и ателье фирма Progetto Mosaico Più может выполнить художественные мозаичные работы в традиционной
технике мастеров-мозаичников; они обучают своему искусству в школе мозаики в
Спилимберго, уникальном в своем роде учебном заведении мирового уровня.
В настоящей брошюре представлены некоторые работы, выполненные в первые годы
существования фирмы, чтобы познакомить читателей с примерами художественной
и промышленной мозаики, видами применения материалов и различными техниками
выполнения.

TECNICA COMPUTER.
Consente di trasformare un disegno tecnico e/o figurativo o una fotografia in
un mosaico con tessere regolari della misura di mm.10x10, 15x15 e 20x20
tramite l’utilizzo di un SW di elaborazione di immagini.
Per ottenere un buon risultato bisogna considerare che le dimensioni del mosaico decorativo dovranno aumentare in proporzione alla quantità dei particolari
del soggetto da riprodurre e che la distanza di lettura ottimale deve consentire
una chiara visione d’insieme del mosaico realizzato.
E’ una tecnica particolarmente adatta a superfici di medio grandi dimensioni come piscine o facciate e comunque anche in pareti più piccole dove
l’elaborazione dell’immagine consente una definizione delle linee e dei colori.
Il mosaico viene fornito incollato su fogli di rete, numerati e con un piano di
posa.

COMPUTER TECHNIQUE Allows to convert a technical or figurative drawing,
or a photo in a mosaic composition using tiles in size 10x10mm, 15x15mm
and 20x20mm through the use of a SW image processing.To obtain a good
result must be considered that the size of decorative mosaic will increase in
proportion to the quantity of the details of the image to be reproduced and that
the distance for the optimal reading must allow a clear overview of the mosaic. It ‘s a technique particularly suitable for medium-large surfaces such as
swimming pools and facades, however, even on smaller walls where the image
reproduction allows a good definition of lines and colors.
The mosaic is supplied glued on mesh sheets, numbered accordingly to the
laying plan.
TECHNIQUE ORDINATEUR Cette technique permet de convertir un dessin
technique et / ou figuratif, ou une photographie en une mosaïque avec des
tesselles 10x10, 15x15 et 20x20 mm régulières, grâce à l’utilisation d’un
traitement de l’image SW. Pour obtenir un bon résultat il faut considérer que
la taille de la mosaïque décorative augmentera la quantité de détails de l’image
à reproduire et que la distance de la lecture optimale doit permettre une vue
d’ensemble claire de la mosaïque réalisée. C ‘est une technique particulièrement adaptée aux moyennes et grandes surfaces telles que des piscines ou
des façades et des murs, cependant, même dans les plus petites surfaces où
le traitement de l’image permet une définition de lignes et de couleurs. La
mosaïque est livrée collée sur feuilles de trame, numérotées et avec un plan de
pose.
COMPUTER TECHNIK Diese Technik ermöglicht es anhand einer Zeichnung
oder eines Fotos mittels standardisierter Mosaiksteine in den Formaten 10x10,
15x15 und 20x20 mm Mosaikbilder zu realisieren. Diese Steine werden
manuell gesetzt. Bei dieser Technologie ist zu beachten, dass die verwendete Mosaikgröße starken Einfluss auf die Gesamtwirkung des Bildes hat. Bei
einem Mosaikstein in der Größe 10x10 mm lassen sich kleinere Details besser
darstellen als bei einem Mosaikstein in der Größe 20x20 mm. Diese Technik ist
daher besonders geeignet für mittlere und größere Flächen wie zum Beispiel in
Schwimmbädern oder auf Fassaden. Das Mosaik wird auf nummerierten Netzen
geliefert.
КОМПЬЮТЕРНАЯ ТЕХНИКА. Позволяет преобразовать чертеж, рисунок или
фотографию в мозаику из одинаковых элементов размером 10x10, 15x15 или 20x20 мм с
помощью программы обработки изображений.
Для получения хорошего результата следует учитывать, что размеры декоративной
мозаики нужно увеличивать пропорционально количеству деталей в создаваемом изображении и что оптимальным расстоянием для восприятия мозаики считается такое, с
которого она четко видна целиком.
Компьютерная техника особенно подходит для средних и больших площадей, напр., для
бассейнов или фасадов, но может применяться и для стен небольшого размера, если
обработкой изображения удается добиться четких линий и цветов. Мозаика поставляется
наклеенной на пронумерованные сетчатые листы вместе со схемой укладки.

TECNICA OPUS INCERTUM.
Consente lo sviluppo del disegno in un mosaico dalla forma ricca di dettagli
ma con un limitato range di colori perciò più economica rispetto alla tecnica
tradizionale.
I materiali utilizzati sono quelli in pasta di vetro nel formato regolare mm.
20x20 che vengono tagliati manualmente con una pinza speciale nei formati
irregolari più piccoli della misura di mm. 10x10 e 10x20 circa e, in caso di
necessità, anche in formati più piccoli.
Il materiale così ottenuto viene poi incollato seguendo l’andamento del disegno
su fogli di carta numerati e tagliati in dimensioni variabili che vengono poi applicati seguendo un preciso piano di posa.

OPUS INCERTUM TECNIQUE Allows the reproduction of the image in mosaic,
well detailed but with a limited range of colors therefore less expensive than
the traditional technique. The materials used are glass paste in the regular size
of 20x20 mm that are manually cut using special pincers to irregular sizes
smaller than 10x10 mm and 10x20 mm and, if necessary, even smaller. The
material obtained is then glued following the image draw on numbered paper
sheets and cut into different sizes which are then applied by following a precise
laying indication.
TECHNIQUE OPUS INCERTUM Cette technique permet la réalisation du dessin
d’une mosaïque riche en détails, mais avec une gamme limitée de couleurs donc
moins chère que la technique traditionnelle. Le matériau utilisé est la pâte de
verre dans un format régulier 20x20mm. Celle-ci est coupée manuellement avec
une pince spéciale, pour obtenir des tailles inférieures à la mesure de 10x10 et
10x20 mm et, si nécessaire, de plus petites tailles. Le matériau ainsi obtenu est
ensuite collé suivant le projet, sur des feuilles de papier numérotées et découpées en différentes tailles, Elles seront ensuite posées suivant un plan de pose
précis.
OPUS INCERTUM TECHNIK Hierbei handelt es sich ebenfalls um die kunsthandwerkliche Herstellung von Mosaikbildern. Bei dieser Technik werden jedoch nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Glasfarben verwendet. Daher ist diese Technik
im Preis auch etwas günstiger. Die verwendeten Mosaiksteine haben das Format
20x20 mm. Diese werden mit speziellen Zangen zu unregelmäßigen Steinen,
welche teilweise auch rund sein können, bearbeitet. Auch bei dieser Herstellungsmethode ist das Ergebnis besonders Detailgetreu. In der Regel werden die
fertigen Mosaike auf nummerierten, unregelmäßig großen, Papierbögen geliefert.
ТЕХНИКА OPUS INCERTUM Позволяет изготовить изображение, богатое деталями,
но в ограниченном диапазоне цветов, поэтому эта техника дешевле традиционной.
В качестве материала используются кубики из стекломассы одинаковых размеров 20х20
мм, которые вручную нарезают специальными кусачками на элементы произвольной формы размерами около 10x10 и 10x20 мм и мельче, если требуется.
Полученный таким образом материал наклеивают по рисунку на пронумерованные листы
бумаги, нарезанные в разных размерах; листы затем укладывают по точной схеме.

TECNICA OPUS TESSELLATUM.
Questa tecnica artistica è simile a quella dell’opus incertum ma utilizza esclusivamente materiali tagliati nella forma irregolare del mm.10x10 circa con
poche eccezioni di altre forme e misure più piccole.
Anche qui il mosaico viene incollato su fogli di carta numerati di dimensioni
variabili secondo una trama irregolare e seguendo l’andamento del disegno da
riprodurre.

OPUS TESSELLATUM TECHNIQUE This artistic technique is similar to opus
incertum but only using materials cut in irregular shape of approximately
10x10mm with a few exceptions of other shapes and smaller sizes.
Even here the mosaic is applied on numbered paper sheets of different
dimensions according to an irregular pattern and following the shape of the
pattern to be reproduced.
TECHNIQUE OPUS TESSELATUM Cette technique artistique est similaire à
celle de opus incertum, mais n’utilise que des matériaux découpés, de forme
irrégulière de.10x10 mm environ et à quelques exceptions près de formes et
tailles plus petites. Dans ce cas également, la mosaïque est collée sur des
feuilles de papier de dimensions variables numérotées selon un schéma irrégulier et en suivant la forme du motif à reproduire.
OPUS TESSELLATUM TECHNIK Diese kunsthandwerkliche Technik ist ähnlich
der Opus Incertum Technik. Die verwendeten Rohmosaike haben hier jedoch
das Format 10x10mm. Auch hier werden in der Regel die fertigen Mosaike auf
nummerierten, unregelmäßig großen, Papierbögen geliefert.
ТЕХНИКА OPUS TESSELLATUM Эта техника напоминает opus incertum, но в ней
используются исключительно элементы неправильной формы размерами около 10x10
мм, в небольшом количестве используются также другие формы и меньшие форматы.
Такая мозаика тоже наклеивается на нумерованные листы бумаги разного размера,
следуя схеме воспроизведения рисунка.

TECNICA ARTISTICA TRADIZIONALE.
Viene considerata la più artistica e tradizionale del mosaico prevede l’utilizzo
degli smalti veneziani che sono materiali fusi in un crogiolo e che si contraddistinguono per la molteplicità delle gamme cromatiche e per la brillantezza dei
colori.
La tecnica artistica tradizionale consente di ottenere risultati di grande valore
e prestigio per l’accuratezza dei dettagli figurativi che la sapiente maestria
del mosaicista e del suo strumento, la martellina, riesce a garantire un taglio
minuzioso per ogni singolo tozzetto di vetro.
L’opera musiva può essere eseguita in via indiretta con lavorazione su carta a
rovescio e successiva applicazione su parete o pavimento, oppure in via diretta
su un supporto definito o su rete in fibra di vetro e successiva applicazione sul
supporto finale.

TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUE Is considered the most artistic and traditional
mosaic art involving the use of Venetian smalti which are materials melted in
a crucible and are characterized by the variety of colors and color brilliance.
The traditional artistic technique allows to obtain results of great value and
prestige to the detail of the figurative and the great skill of the mosaic and its
instrument, the hammer, can provide a detailed cut for each single glass tile.
The mosaic work can be carried out in an indirect way with back application on
paper and subsequent application on wall or floor, or directly on the defined
surface or fiber glass mesh mounted with subsequent application to the final
support.
TECHNIQUE ARTISTIQUE TRADITIONNELLE Cette technique, considérée
comme la plus artistique et la plus traditionnelle du travail de la mosaïque,
implique l’utilisation d’émaux vénitiens fondus dans un creuset, émaux caractérisés par la multiplicité de leurs gammes de couleurs et par l’éclat de leurs
coloris.La technique artistique traditionnelle permet d’obtenir des résultats de
grande valeur et de prestige, avec des détail soignés, grâce à la grande habileté
du mosaïste et de son instrument, « la martellina », qui peut fournir une coupe
détaillée pour chaque petite pièce de verre.La mosaïque peut être réalisée:
d’une manière indirecte, par un travail sur papier et à l’envers, l’application
sera faite ensuite sur les murs ou sur les sols, Ou de façon directe sur un
support défini, ou sur trame de fibre de verre pour une pose ultérieure sur le
support final.
TRADITIONELLE MOSAIK-KUNST Hierbei handelt es sich um die traditionelle,
kunsthandwerkliche Herstellung von Mosaikbildern. Es werden unter anderem
hochwertigste venezianische Gläser zur Erzielung von ausgezeichneten Farbpaletten und einzigartiger Farbbrillanz eingeschmolzen. Bei der traditionellen,
künstlerischen Technik werden mittels großem Geschick des Mosaikmeisters
und mittels traditioneller Werkzeuge wie spezielle Mosaikhammer aus größeren
Glasplatten Kunstwerke von hoher Wertigkeit erzielt. Diese zeichnen sich im
besonderen durch Ihre Detailtreue aus.Die gestalteten Bilder können sowohl
bogenweise vorderseitig Papierverklebt als auch rückseitig auf Glasfasernetz
verklebt produziert werden.
ТРАДИЦИОННАЯ ХУДОЖЕСТВЕННАЯ ТЕХНИКА Считается самой выразительной и традиционной, в ней используется венецианская смальта. Этот материал
получают плавкой в тигле, он отличается разнообразием цветовых гамм и блестящими
красками.
Традиционная художественная техника позволяет изготавливать очень ценные и выразительные мозаики, поражающие тщательностью изобразительных деталей. Искусные руки
мастера и его молоточек гарантируют точную резку каждого отдельного кусочка стекла.
Мозаику набирают оборотным способом, т.е. укладывая элементы на бумагу обратной
стороной вверх с последующей фиксацией на стену или пол, или прямым способом на
окончательную основу или на сетку из стекловолокна с последующим креплением на
окончательную основу.

Questa tecnica artistica consente di realizzare un mosaico che per le dimensioni e gli andamenti trova una soluzione soddisfacente utilizzando con artistica discrezionalità la Tecnica Computer con quella a Opus Incertum , ovvero
tessere regolari e irregolari tagliate dove necessario.
Il mosaico viene fornito incollato su fogli numerati e con un piano di posa.

MIXED TECHNIQUE This artistic technique allows to create a mosaic that
for size and trends represent a satisfactory solution using both techniques,
computer and Opus Incertum, where regular and irregular cut are mixed
together if necessary. The mosaic is supplied glued on numbered sheets to follow the laying plan.
TECHNIQUE MIXTE Cette technique artistique permet de créer une mosaïque
qui par ses dimensions et son dessin s’adapte à une réalisation alliant la
technique ordinateur et celle de « l’opus incertum », ou les petites pièces de
verres régulières ou irrégulières doivent être taillées. La mosaïque est livrée
collée sur des feuilles numérotées et selon un plan de pose.
MISCHTECHNIK Diese Technik verbindet die beiden Herstellungsarten Computer Technik und Opus Incertum. Hierbei werden größere, regelmäßige
Flächen mittels Computer Technik gestaltet und kleinere Detailarbeiten durch
die kunsthandwerkliche Technik Opus Incertum ergänzt. Das Mosaik wird auf
nummerierten Netzen geliefert.
СМЕШАННАЯ ТЕХНИКА Эта художественная техника позволяет выполнить мозаику, которая по размерам или рисунку находит решение в применении компьютерной
техники вместе с Opus Incertum, то есть с использованием элементов стандартных и
нестандартных размеров, которые при необходимости режут на части.
Мозаика поставляется наклеенной на пронумерованные листы вместе со схемой укладки.
