DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY ACCORDING TO STANDARD EN 45014
La Nuova C.P.S. s.r.l. declares under its own responsibility that the SISTEMA AR-CO products to which the present declaration
refers, comply with the standards CEI EN 60439-1 (CEI 17-13/1) according to the provisions of the directive EEC 73/23
incorporated in Italy with law no. 791 of 18 October 1977.
The services of SISTEMA AR-CO structures, where correctly utilised according to the indications provided in the catalogue and
in any assembly instructions, allow production of low voltage switchboards complying with the standard CEI EN 60439-1 (CEI 17
- 13/1) as long as the project, the choice of mechanical and electric components and their relative assembly are performed
according to the regulatory and legislative provisions and the application of normal rules combined with correct technique.
RIFERIMENTI NORMATIVI GENERALI SISTEMA AR-CO
STANDARDS OF REFERENCE SYSTEM AR-CO
Quali costruttori di armadi vuoti per quadri elettrici i riferimenti normativi di cui abbiamo tenuto conto sono i seguenti:
Norma DIN 43660: foratura perimetrale di struttura e parti staccate
a reticolo 25 mm.
Norma CEI 17- 43: detta norma nella tabella 3 considera il fattore
di superficie b in relazione alle potenze dissipabili (Watt) dai contenitori metallici
Norma CEI EN 60529: grado di protezione IP 55
As manufacturers of empty cabinets for switchboards the standards
of reference we have taken into account are:
DIN 43660: perimeter structural perforation and reticulated
detached parts 25 mm.
CEI 17-43: said standard in table 3 considers surface factor b in
relation to powers that can be dissipated (Watt) from metal
enclosures.
CEI EN 60529: protection degree IP55.
MATERIALI
Porte e pannelli di copertura sono realizzati in lamiera lucida FE P01
con aspetto MA e finitura opaca RM con spessori varianti da 1 a 3
mm.
Struttura e pannellature interne sono realizzate in lamiera tipo
Sendzimir da fogli e nastri commerciali facenti parte della categoria
di lamiere piane rivestite a caldo e successiva laminazione a freddo per togliere le asperità dello zinco riportato e per l’ottenimento
dello spessore desiderato con tolleranze ristrette.
L’aspetto estetico presenta una stellatura uniforme. Gli spessori
variano da 1 a 3 mm.
VERNICIATURA
La verniciatura standard di tutta la ns. produzione in colore GRIGIO
RAL 7032 bucciato è realizzata con polvere epossipoliestere a mezzo
di reciprocatori previo lavaggio, fosfatazione e asciugatura in catena
con processo completamente automatizzato.
Lo spessore medio di copertura standard è di circa 70 micron.
Per installazioni all’aperto in zone climatiche extra Europee ed in
climi tropicali si consiglia un trattamento superficiale speciale (es.
doppia mano di copertura) .
In questi casi nelle richieste si consiglia di precisare la zona di
installazione al fine di concordare il trattamento specifico più adeguato.
Le polveri epossipoliestere da noi usate sono completamente
decontaminabili.
AVVERTENZE TECNICHE
I sistemi proposti nel presente catalogo ed i relativi gradi di protezione sono confermati solamente a condizione che gli armadi vengano
installati nella posizione da noi prevista secondo le figure.
I dati tecnici e dimensionali della produzione qui illustrata non sono
impegnativi in quanto suscettibili di variazioni migliorative.
Tutte le dimensioni sono espresse in mm.
MATERIALS
Doors and outer panels are made of polished FE P01 sheet metal
with MA appearance and RM opaque finish with thickness varying
from 1 to 3 mm.
Internal frame and panels are made of Sendzimir sheet metal
from commercial sheets and strips coming under the category of hot
coated flat sheet metal, subsequently cold rolled to remove
roughness from the zinc and obtain the required thickness with low
tolerances.
It has an even finished appearance. Thickness varies from 1 to
3 mm.
PAINTING
All our products are painted standard with textured RAL 7032
GREY with epoxy polyester powder by reciprocators after washing,
phosphating and drying on the production line with a totally
automated process.
The average thickness of standard coating is approximately 70 µm.
For outdoor installation in areas outside Europe and in tropical
climates specific surface treatment is recommended (i.e. two coats of
paint).
In these cases it is advisable to indicate the area of installation in
the request in order to choose the most suitable surface treatment.
The epoxy polyester powders used by us can be totally
decontaminated.
TECHNICAL INDICATIONS
The systems offered in this catalogue and relevant protection
degrees are only valid if the cabinets are installed in the position
envisaged by us in the figures.
Technical and dimensional production data indicated here are not
binding and may be subject to ameliorative variations.

linee di produzione industriale.
Le soluzioni offerte prevedono:

LEGGIO «COMPONIBILE»: si tratta
di elementi modulari componibili adatti a
ogni esigenza e necessità realizzative con dimensioni in larghezza da
mm 600 a mm 1600.
La componibilità modulare con l’ausilio di accessori dedicati
consente anche realizzazioni parziali e personalizzate.
La verniciatura é realizzata con ciclo automatico a mezzo
reciprocatori mediante polveri termoindurenti epossipoliestere in
colore grigio RAL 7032 bucciato.
Il grado di protezione, secondo EN 60529, corrisponde a IP 55.

«MODULAR» LECTERN: these are modular elements suitable for
all requirements and production needs with widths ranging from 600
to 1600 mm.
Modularity with the aid of dedicated accessories make partial
and customised arrangements possible.
Painting is performed with an automatic cycle using reciprocators
with heat-hardening epoxy polyester powders in textured RAL 7032
grey.
The degree of protection according to EN 60529 corresponds to IP 55.
