Devi però stare attenta: è indispensabile una buona protezione ed evitare
lunghe esposizioni al sole. Non dimenticare che il sole contribuisce alla
formazione delle rughe e alla comparsa di macchie scure. Poiché esistono 6
tipi di pelle, i fototipi, che hanno caratteristiche molto diverse fra di loro, non
tutte le carnagioni reagiscono allo stesso modo in seguito all’esposizione ai
raggi del sole.

Cosa significa Fattore di Protezione Solare (SPF)?
Come scegliere quello giusto?
Il Fattore di Protezione Solare (SPF) riportato sulle confezioni SAFESUN indica il livello di protezione dai raggi solari: low
(SPF 10), medium (SPF 20), very high (SPF 50++) .
Ovviamente, più alto è il fattore di protezione, più alta sarà la protezione. La scelta del giusto SPF dipende dal tuo fototipo,
dal periodo dell’anno, dalla località di vacanza scelta, dall’abitudine della pelle al sole, ecc.
Sfatiamo alcune leggende .
Non è affatto vero che l’uso di una protezione solare impedisce l’abbronzatura, anzi il risultato sarà un’abbronzatura
migliore e più duratura, perché la protezione solare impedisce alla pelle di scottarsi e spellarsi.
Non è altrettanto vero che uno scrub elimina l’abbronzatura, anzi è consigliato effettuarlo almeno un mese prima
dell’esposizione solare per preparare la pelle ad una abbronzatura uniforme.
Inoltre, è possibile preservare l’abbronzatura, fissandola con la crema autoabbronzante SafeSun.
What does SPF mean? How do we choose the right one for us?
The Sun Protection Factor (SPF) mentioned on the boxes of SAFESUN products indicates the level of
protection to sun rays: low (SPF 10), medium (SPF 20), very high (SPF 50++).
The higher is the SPF the more protection you get. The choice of the right SPF depends on different
reasons: first of all, the type of skin, and then the period of the year, the vacation resort, the habit of the
skin to sun exposure, and so on. It is untrue to say that using solar protections prevent from tanning.
The result, instead, will be a better and long-lasting tan just because the solar protection avoid sun
burning and skin flaking, not to mention that a gradual tan is safer and more homogenous.
It is untrue that a body scrub fades the tan; it is recommend to make a body scrub at least one month
before the sun exposure for a beautiful and uniform tanning color.
However it is possible to preserve and fix the tan with Safesun Self Tanning.
