IT00793580150 Brochure CESI Page 3/4 1 GENERAL The standard IEC 60947-1 “Low voltage switchgear and controlgear – Part 1: General rules” reports prescriptions for voltage measurement on equipment and systems under test. Since the voltage level is generally higher than allowed as input to the Data Acquisition System (DAS), a direct measurement is not possible. Therefore, a low voltage divider is required. Particularly, in order to increase the bandwidth, the divider must be RC damped. 2 CALIBRATION CESI delivers each Low Voltage Divider with calibration report, according to CESI internal procedure 94/010774 (Low voltage mixed dividers periodical calibration control).
