L’impianto compatto SPRAYPACK è stato appositamente studiato dallo staff tecnico ITALPROGETTI per
offrire una soluzione semplice ed affidabile al trattamento dei reflui di origine industriale.
The compact plant SPRAYPACK has been designed by ITALPROGETTI technicians to offer a smart and
reliable solution for the treatment of industrial wastewaters.
Impianto SPRAYPACK SPRAYPACK plant
L’impianto SPRAYPACK è assai versatile in quanto può essere utilizzato con successo in quei settori
applicativi ove sia necessario disporre di un impianto compatto di depurazione (chimico-fisico) e
trattamento fanghi con disidratazione meccanica. Le acque trattate possono essere inoltre scaricate ad un
successivo trattamento biologico, controllato dal sistema di controllo installato sullo SPRAYPACK.
Gli stessi fanghi di supero del trattamento biologico possono essere alimentati alla sezione di
disidratazione installata a bordo dell’impianto.
The SPRAYPACK plant is very versatile and can be successfully used in those sectors where is
necessary to set up a compact effluent treatment plant (physical-chemical) and sludge treatment with
mechanical dewatering.
The treated waters can be discharged in a following biological treatment,
managed by the control board installed on SPRAYPACK. Also the biological sludge in excess can be
transferred to the dewatering section of the plant.

L’impianto trova impiego nel:

L’impianto è modulare e può prevedere diverse fasi di trattamento, a seconda della natura del refluo da
trattare.

The plant is modular and is predisposed for several treatment phases depending on the wastewater to
be treated.

1. NEUTRALIZZAZIONE
In questa sezione viene corretto il pH del refluo in ingresso allo SPRAYPACK, attraverso un pH-metro
differenziale e un opportuno sistema di miscelazione e dosaggio.
1. NEUTRALIZATION
In this section, it’s corrected the pH of the inlet effluent, through a pH-meter with a differential probe and a
proper system of mixing and dosing.
2. COAGULAZIONE-FLOCCULAZIONE
Nella sezione di coagulazione-flocculazione vengono
preparati e dosati i prodotti chimici necessari al
trattamento (coagulanti, flocculanti, coadiuvanti di
filtrazione). E’ impiegato un sistema di vaschette in
polipropilene, munite di agitatori verticali e pompe
dosatrici a pistone.
2. COAGULATION AND FLOCCULATION
In the coagulation-flocculation section of the plant the
chemicals of the treatment (coagulants, flocculants,
coadjutants of filtration) are prepared and dosed. It’s

E’ possibile installare esternamente allo SPRAYPACK un sedimentatore statico per incrementare
notevolmente la capacità dell’impianto. Il liquido surnatante in uscita la sedimentatore esce dal ciclo
di trattamento, mentre il fango ottenuto viene dapprima condizionato in un apposita sezione dello
SPRAYPACK e successivamente disidratato nella sezione di disidratazione meccanica.
3 / 4. SEDIMENTATION/SLUDGE CONDITIONING
It’s possible to install an external static sedimentation unit in order to increase appreciably the capacity
of the plant. The clear overflow from the sedimentation tank goes out the cycle of treatment, while the
sludge is first conditioned in a proper section of the SPRAYPACK and then it is dewatered in the
mechanical dewatering section.

5 / 6. FILTRATION - SLUDGE DEWATERING
In this section, the flocculated effluent is transferred by a Mohno pump into the filter-press, where it’s
obtained the solid-liquid separation.
After the filter-press, the filtered effluent is pumped by a
centrifugal pump, while the solids, held e dewatered between the plates, are discharged on the base
and sent away by a screw conveyor (optional).

7. GESTIONE E CONTROLLO
L’impianto SPRAYPACK può essere facilmente gestito e controllato dall’operatore tramite PLC e
TOUCH SCREEN. Sullo schermo sono visualizzati i parametri che regolano il trattamento e il
funzionamento delle macchine. Con il TOUCH SCREEN è possibile modificare tali parametri e
impostare il funzionamento in automatico dell’impianto.
7. MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL
The plant SPRAYPACK can be easily managed and controlled by the operator through PLC and
TOUCH SCREEN. On the screen are visualized those parameters which regulate the treatment and
the functioning of the machines. Through TOUCH SCREEN is possible to modify these parameters
and to set the automatic functioning of the whole plant.

Per evitare al cliente costi elevati e tempi lunghi per l’installazione, l’impianto SPRAYPACK è consegnato
cablato, munito di tutte le connessioni idrauliche interne ed assemblato su una piattaforma di acciaio
zincato. Pertanto, l’impianto non necessita di alcuna opera di rilievo per la sua installazione. Inoltre, le
dimensioni assai contenute, non solo assicurano l’economicità del trasporto, ma soprattutto consentono la
collocazione dell’impianto anche in spazi molto ristretti.
The plant is delivered wired, complete of all the internal hydraulic connections and assembled on a platform
in galvanized steel to save the client high costs and long times for the installation. Therefore, the installation
doesn’t need any relevant work.
Besides that, the very reduced dimensions of the plant assure not only the cheapness of the transport, but,
above all, they allow the collocation of the plant in very narrow areas.
