La nostra azienda | Our company
Nato nel 1929 e giunto alla quarta generazione familiare,
il Catenificio Rigamonti è riuscito, nel corso degli anni, ad
accrescere le sue potenzialità grazie ad investimenti mirati a
rendere prodotti e servizi sempre più qualificati ed in grado di
soddisfare le molteplici esigenze dei clienti distribuiti in oltre 50
paesi nel mondo.
La creazione del valore e la ricerca della qualità sono realizzati
attraverso un processo produttivo integrato con fornitori certificati
e completamente automatizzato che permette di testare la qualità
attraverso i più moderni sistemi elettronici.
Il controllo e la pianificazione delle fasi produttive,
dall’approvvigionamento della materia prima ai processi di
trattamento termico, finitura e stoccaggio del prodotto finito,
assicurano al cliente un servizio puntuale superiore agli standard
di mercato.
I nostri prodotti sono zincati secondo le norme UNI EN ISO 2081
per la zincatura elettrolitica e UNI EN ISO 1461 per la zincatura a
caldo. La corrispondenza alle prescrizioni UNI sono garantite da
fornitori certificati per la qualità.
La politica aziendale è mirata a consolidare la fiducia e la
soddisfazione dei propri clienti che ha come risultato finale la
consegna del prodotto nei tempi richiesti grazie ad uno staff di
dipendenti competenti e preparati.
I prodotti del Catenificio Rigamonti sono realizzati per soddisfare
le molteplici esigenze dei clienti operanti nei differenti settori
quali la ferramenta, i settori nautico, navale, industriale, agricolo
ed il sollevamento di carichi. Siamo inoltre in grado di offrire
prodotti personalizzati nella forme, nei materiali e nelle finiture
su specifiche indicazioni della clientela.
A richiesta forniamo anche i relativi certificati.
Vasta è anche la gamma di accessori che come la catena possono
essere forniti, in funzione dei vari utilizzi e campi d’impiego, in
acciaio inossidabile, zincocromati o zincati a caldo.
Il nostro marchio, figura di tre anelli concatenati, registrato sia a
livello comunitario che internazionale ha contribuito a diffondere
la conoscenza del Catenificio Rigamonti in tutti i cinque continenti
conferendogli sempre maggiore affidabilità e competenza. La
certificazione UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 ne ha poi ulteriormente
legittimato la crescita.

Established in 1929 and now in its fourth family generation,
Catenificio Rigamonti has succeeded over the years to increase
its capabilities through investments aimed at making products
and services that are extremely qualified and able to meet the
various needs of customers in more than 50 countries worldwide.
Creation of value and the quest for quality are achieved using an
integrated production process with certified suppliers and fully
automated. This allows us to test the quality through the most
modern electronic systems.
The control and planning stages of production, from sourcing of
raw materials to the processes of heat treatment, finishing and
storage of the finished product ensure customers timely service,
superior to the market standards.
Our products are galvanized according to norm UNI EN ISO 2081
for electro galvanization and norm UNI EN ISO 1461 for hot dipped
galvanization. The compliance with UNI prescription is assured by
quality certified supplier.
The company policy is aimed at consolidating the trust and
customer satisfaction thanks to a staff of competent and prepared
employees.
The products of Catenificio Rigamonti are designed to meet the
different needs of customers in different areas such as hardware,
the marine industry, naval, industrial, agriculture and the lifting of
loads. We are also able to offer customized products in shapes,
materials and finishes to customers’ specific requirements.
Upon request, we supply the relative certificates.
Our wide range of accessories, as the chain, can be supplied,
according to the different uses and application areas, in stainless
steel, electro or hot dipped galvanized.
Our brand, the figure of three linked rings, registered at both
Community and international level has helped to raise awareness
about the Catenificio Rigamonti on all five continents, giving
greater reliability and competence. The UNI EN ISO 9001:2008
has further legitimized our growth.

Le caratteristiche delle catene grado 80 e grado 100 (UNI EN 818-2) ed i relativi accessori sono:
• maggiore leggerezza rispetto alle catene di acciaio comune
• maggiore resistenza alle sollecitazioni a fatica dato l’impiego di acciai legati termicamente
• temperature d’impiego da -40° a +200°
• garanzia di qualità e durata grazie ad una tecnologia d’avanguardia ed a controlli rigorosissimi adottati nei processi di lavorazione
• massima sicurezza garantita dai collegamenti rapidi o saldati con gli accessori per la costruzione di imbracature
CARICO DI LAVORO
Il carico di lavoro è il massimo carico a cui la catena e gli accessori possono essere sottoposti durante l’impiego. Il rapporto tra carico di
rottura e carico di lavoro è 4:1
IDENTIFICAZIONE
La catena viene identificata da una serie di marcature: la sigla CR che indica il costruttore e la classe di resistenza (G8 o G10). Gli accessori
sono identificati dal carico di lavoro in tonnellate ed eventualmente dalla dimensione in pollici del componente.
AVVERTENZE
Il carico di lavoro indicato non è valido in presenza di fattori anomali d’impiego quali:
attorcigliamento
deterioramento per usura e corrosione
applicazione al carico di strappi
deformazioni permanenti a seguito dell’applicazione di un carico superiore a quello previsto o di impiego a temperature superiori a +200°
angolo di inclinazione superiore a quello prescritto
uso per scopi diversi da quelli cui la catena è destinata
CONSIGLI
proteggere le catene sugli spigoli vivi
non imbragare il carico in modo disassato

Lifting and lashing components
Grade 8 and Grade 10 (UNI EN 818-2) chain and components features are:
• lighter weight than steel chain
• more resistance to stress and fatigue thanks to heat treated alloy steel
• full loading capacity from -40° to + 200°
• total guarantee of quality and durability thanks to the advanced technology and rigorous controls applied in the work process
• absolute security of attachments thanks to our quick or welded connecting system
SAFE WORKING LOAD
The safe working load is the maximum load at which the chain and attachments can be used according to the security norms in various
countries. The ratio between the breaking load and the safe working load is 4:1.
IDENTIFICATION
Chain is identified by a series of markings: CR marking that indicate the manufacturer and the grade of resistance (G8 or G10). Components
are identified by safe working load in Tons and, eventually, by dimension in Inch.
WARNING
The safe working load indicated is not valid if any of the following factors occour:
twisting
corrosion and wear
jerking of loads
permanent deformation due to overloading or due to use at temperatures superior to +200 C°
inclination angle superior to the one prescribed
different use from those to which chain is destined
ADVICES
Protect the chain from sharp edges
balance the load
All our products are accompanied by a test certificate, attesting the conformity of all technical features prescribed in the order.

Premessa:
Ogni trasmissione di ordini alla nostra Società implica l’adesione senza riserve alle seguenti
CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
A)ORDINI
1- Tutte le merci e i prodotti devono essere ordinati per qualità, diametri e dimensioni, quantità ed imballi in modalità Standard, cioè nelle misure riportate
sui nostri cataloghi e listini. Tutti i dati tecnici relativi a carichi, passi e dimensioni, tolleranze, diametri, rivestimenti e trattamenti nonchè qualità, natura ed
imballi dei prodotti e delle merci in catalogo si intendono indicativi senza impegno alcuno per la ns. società che si riserva la facoltà di apportare a propria
discrezione e senza preavviso ogni e qualsiasi modifica ritenga opportuna. Per particolari impieghi, dimensioni, tolleranze, calibrature, ecc…contattare
preventivamente la ns. società; contrariamente i relativi ordini non potranno essere presi in considerazione.
2- Gli ordini diverranno per noi vincolanti solo dopo nostra accettazione mediante l’emissione di conferma d’ordine scritta.
3- La fornitura verrà effettuata esclusivamente nelle modalità, quantità e qualità specificate nella conferma. Il testo della conferma o della variante di
conferma prevarrà in ogni caso su qualunque altro documento. L’acquirente che non intenda accettare condizioni difformi al proprio ordine dovrà darcene
comunicazione entro tre giorni dalla data di conferma. In tal caso la ns. società si riterrà libera di accettare od annullare l’ordinativo anche a conferma già
emessa. Sull’espletamento degli ordini è ammessa una tolleranza del 10% più o meno del peso ordinato. Tale tolleranza potrà salire sino al 20% per ordinativi
al di fuori degli Standards. E’ inoltre facoltà della ns. società effettuare a propria discrezione consegne frazionate.
4- Importi minimi - Per ragioni di organizzazione industriale, commerciale ed amministrativa ordini per valore merce (al netto di sconti, imposte ed oneri
accessori) inferiori a Eur. 260,00 (duecentosessanta/00) non saranno presi in considerazione se non con pagamenti a vista all’atto della consegna della merce.
Tale limite potrà essere variato a discrezione della venditrice in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso.
5- I prezzi delle forniture, così come le forme di pagamento, obbligano le parti alle condizioni ed ai prezzi stabiliti dalle conferme d’ordine della ns. società.
B) TERMINI DI COLLAUDO E SPEDIZIONI
1- Le forniture vengono effettuate alle condizioni riportate sul nostro catalogo od a quelle di volta in volta convenute con l’acquirente e richiamate sulle
conferme d’ordine.
2- Eventuali collaudi dovranno essere definiti o concordati all’ordine e previsti nelle conferme. Verranno effettuati presso i nostri stabilimenti e si intendono
liberatori sotto tutti gli effetti. Tutte le spese inerenti il collaudo, comprese eventuali parcelle di collaudatori ecc…,sono a totale carico dell’acquirente e
verranno addebitate a prezzo di costo.
3- I termini di approntamento merce, collaudo e consegna riportati nelle nostre conferme hanno solo valore indicativo e sono sempre privi di garanzia,
eccettuato il caso di accordi tassativi concordati al momento dell’ordine; salvo in quest’ultima ipotesi i casi di imprevisti di forza maggiore che sopravvenissero
nei nostri stabilimenti. Eventuali ritardi non potranno mai in ogni caso obbligare la nostra società a risarcimenti od alla risoluzione pure parziale dell’ordine
a meno che tali conseguenze siano concordate all’ordinazione. Carenze o forti rincari delle materie prime, interruzioni di energia elettrica, serrate, scioperi
anche aziendali, occupazioni e calamità naturali costituiscono altrettanti casi fortuiti di forza maggiore anche se la nostra società riesca in qualche modo a
continuare la propria attività.
C) RESA
1- La merce anche se consegnata a destino (con o senza addebito trasporto in fattura) viene esclusivamente ed unicamente resa franco nostri stabilimenti
e/o magazzini. Perciò la merce viaggia sempre e solo a totale rischio e pericolo del committente, il quale per eventuali mancanze ed avarie dovrà rivalersi
sul vettore che ne risponderà in proprio.
D) RECLAMI
1- Al committente spetta l’onere del controllo della qualità e quantità consegnate. Nessun reclamo verrà accettato trascorsi giorni 5 (cinque) dalla consegna
per difetti visivi e 15 (quindici) per eventuali difetti occulti.
2- Qualora tali reclami (che dovranno essere presentati in forma scritta) venissero riconosciuti fondati, la responsabilità della nostra società si limiterà e
non potrà mai in alcun caso andare oltre la semplice sostituzione del materiale difettoso od al rimborso del relativo valore.
3- Qualsiasi reclamo non costituisce diritto per il committente di sospendere il pagamento sia totalmente che parzialmente.
E) RESPONSABILITA’
1- Il committente è onerato dal controllo della qualità ordinata prima della messa in esercizio della merce acquistata, pertanto la nostra società non assume
alcuna responsabilità per danni derivanti da accidenti di qualsiasi natura che si verificassero durante l’impiego dei ns. prodotti anche se dichiarati difettosi.
2- Inoltre si declina ogni responsabilità per l’uso improprio dei prodotti forniti. Richiamando quanto previsto al punto A.1 delle presenti condizioni,
rammentiamo che forniture di materiali con particolari e specifici requisiti devono essere espressamente richieste e concordate all’ordinazione.
F) RESI
1- Reso di materiale verrà accettato unicamente dopo nostra autorizzazione e dovrà essere spedito esclusivamente franco nostri stabilimenti e magazzini
G) CONDIZIONI DI PAGAMENTO
1- Il pagamento delle nostre forniture deve essere effettuato presso gli uffici amministrativi della società o presso delegati preventivamente autorizzati.
Eventuali pagamenti tramite assegni, cambiali ed effetti si intendono salvo buon fine. In caso di inadempienza anche parziale al committente saranno
addebitati, per i giorni di ritardo, interessi di mora pari a tanti 1/365 del “prime rate” maggiorato di 3 (tre) punti più un contributo fisso a forfait per recupero
spese gestione crediti.
H) RISERVA DI PROPRIETA’
1- Nel caso in cui il pagamento debba essere effettuato in tutto od in parte dopo la consegna delle merci, queste ultime restano di esclusiva proprietà della
nostra società sino al completo pagamento.
I) GIURISDIZIONE
1- Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il foro di Brescia.
Tutti i dati e le caratteristiche menzionati in questo catalogo sono riportati a titolo indicativo e non costituiscono alcun impegno per il Catenificio Rigamonti
Srl che si riserva il diritto di fare, senza alcun preavviso, tutte le variazioni che riterrà opportune al fine di migliorare i prodotti.

Every order submitted to our company, implicates without reservation, acceptance of the following:
GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
A) ORDERS
1- All goods and products must be ordered according to the Standard, which means that the quality, diameters, dimensions, quantities and packaging
must be the same as shown in our catalogues and price-lists. Technical information regarding loads, pitches, dimensions, tolerances, diameters, finishes,
treatments, as well as quality, nature and packaging of our products and goods indicated in the catalogue are intended to be indicative and are not binding to
our company, which reserves the right at its own discretion to modify and improve the items without prior notice. For particular and specific uses, dimensions,
tolerances, calibrations etc…the company must be advised in advance otherwise these orders will not be taken into consideration.
2- The orders will be considered operative only after our acceptance by the issuance of a written order confirmation.
3- The supply will be made exclusively according to the conditions, quantity and quality specified in the confirmation. The information indicated in the
confirmation, or variant of confirmation, will prevail in every case over any other document. The client who does not intend to accept our terms, if different
from his order, must inform us within three days from the date of confirmation. In this case the company will be free to accept or cancel the order,
notwithstanding the confirmation. In processing each order a 10% plus/minus tolerance is allowed on the weight. This tolerance can extend up to 20% on
orders for non-standard items. Our company is also free to make partial deliveries.
4- Minimum amounts - for productive, commercial and administrative reasons, orders lower than 260,00 Euro (two hundred and sixty/00) net of all
discounts, will not be taken into consideration unless paid cash on delivery. Our company reserves the right to modify this amount at any time without prior
notice.
5- Prices and methods of payment are obligated to the parties according to the terms and prices fixed in the order confirmations of our company.
B) TESTING AND DELIVERY TERMS
1- The supplies will be effected according to the conditions indicated in our catalogue or to those agreed upon with the client in each case and written in
the order confirmation.
2- Special testing must be defined and agreed upon at time of order and indicated in the confirmation. They will be carried out at our works and are not to
be considered binding under any effect. All testing expenses, including eventual tester’s parcel etc, will be charged to the client at cost.
3- Manufacturing, testing and delivery terms indicated in our confirmations are purely indicative and are not to be considered as a guarantee unless agreed
upon and fixed at time of order; with the exception in the later case of any eventual force major arising at our works. Any eventual delays will not obligate our
company to pay compensation for damages or to cancel all or part of the order, unless these consequences are decided and agreed upon when stipulating
the order. Scarce availability or severe increase in prices of raw materials, energy black outs, lock-outs, strikes, and natural calamities are to be considered
as force major and causes beyond our control even if our company will manage to carry on with its activity.
C) DELIVERY
1- The goods, even if delivered at destination (with or without transport expenses debited in the invoice), are always to be considered ex-works (our factory
or warehouse). For this reason the goods during transport are always at the complete risk and responsibility of the client who, for any case of missing or
damaged material must contact the shipper who is responsible.
D) CLAIMS
1- The client must check the quality and quantity delivered. No claims will be accepted after 5 (five) days from the delivery for visual defects, and after 15
(fifteen) days from delivery for eventual hidden defects.
2- In the event that the company may accept a claim (which must be presented in writing) its responsibility is limited only to the replacement of the defective
goods or to repay the value of the items.
3- In no case will a claim of any type permit the client to stop totally or partially, the payment of the goods .
E) RESPONSIBILITY
1- The customer is obligated to check the quality of the material purchased before using it; therefore our company is not responsible for any eventual
damage occurred during the use of our products, even in the case of defects.
2- We decline every responsibility for improper use of our items. As written in art. A.1 we point out once again that, for materials with particular and special
requirements, the client must inform the company at the time of order.
F) RETURNED GOODS
1- The company will accept returned products only after its specific authorization and the material must be returned CIF our factory or warehouse.
G) TERMS OF PAYMENT
1- The payment for our supplies must be made to our administrative offices or to an authorized delegate. Payments by cheques, bills of exchange and other
bills will to be considered open until completion of transfer. In the case of non-payment, even if partial, the client will be charged, for the numbers of days of
the delay, with interest on delayed payment equal to 1/365 of the prime rate, increased by 3 (three) points plus a fixed contribution for running expenses.
H) PROPERTY RESERVE
1- In any case which the payment must to be effected, totally or partially, after the delivery of the goods, these remain the exclusive property of our company
until completion of payment.
I) JURISDICTION
1- For any dispute the jurisdiction is that of the court of Brescia.
