REMARKS
a. Above rates do not include Italian VAT that will be charged where applicable.
b. The storage service can be provided only for exhibits and it is strictly related to the build up and break down periods. Longterm warehousing can be provided only upon specific agreement.
c. If for our convenience a higher capacity forklift/crane is used to perform a service instead of the necessary one the tariff
applied will remain unvaried as by original request.
d. All services to be provided after 10:00 p.m. must be booked by fax before 6:00 p.m. on the same day. If the booking terms will
be mismatched for longer than 15 minutes, the service will be cancelled and 1 hr will be charged.
e. All services not listed above must be agreed in advance.
f. For temporary import Customs formalities a cash deposit or a bank guarantee equal to the amount of duties to be paid to the
Italian customs must be provided by the exhibitor.
g. The empty storage service is intended for empty packing materials only. Expotrans will not be responsible for the damage or
loss of any material and/or goods left inside.
h. Services performed from Monday to Friday between 7 p.m. and 12 p.m. will be subject to a 25% overtime surcharge
increase.
i. Services provided from 12:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m. will be surcharged 100%.
l. Services performed on Saturdays between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. will be subject to a 25% overtime surcharge increase.
m. Services performed on Sundays or Holidays between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. will be subject to a 25% overtime surcharge
increase
n. Full payment of all services provided must be done before the closing of the show.
o. Overtime surcharge increases, as indicated above, will also be applied on lump-sum tariffs as per point n. 2
p. The Tariffs related to warehouse handling (point 7) will be calculated on the maximum volume/weight
ratio: 1cbm=
333 Kilos. Rates for goods to be stored with a higher weight ratio must be agreed in advance. If the weight ratio is lower, the
tariff applied will remain as shown in point 7.
