Characteristics
Selezione is the peak expression of art just like the the name
of our brand Goccia D' Oro in english "Golden Drop".
This extra virgin olive oil is obtained obtained from careful
selection of the best varieties of olives slightly earlier and
squeezed in a very short time from which we extract a nectar
of olive oil that provide a low acidity (0.3% at bottling).
The organoleptic and nutritional properties of antioxidants
and polyphenols provides Selezione stability and enhance
the vitality of perfume and fragrances.
Nb. Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of
blood lipids from oxidative stress.
Serving Suggestion
This nectar of Olives is dedicated to those who love the
precious fruits of nature.
For his outstanding characteristics is particularly suitable for
use it on raw plates where only a few drops will enhance the
flavor of any dish.
Try it as fragrant flavour to salad dressings, pasta sauces and
marinades, or for dipping with warm bread, fresh from the
oven.
