Le tavole portapezzo sono supportate da ralle a sfere che evitano registrazioni e assicurano affidabilità nel tempo. La rotazione è ottenuta mediante un motoriduttore che ingrana nella dentatura della ralla. La rotazione è in corrente alternata con inverter nella serie "Ei". L'inclinazione è sempre in corrente alternata a velocità fissa. Il ciclo di saldatura è programmato mediante scheda elettronica. ROTATING BOARD LOCATOR HEAVY SERIES AUTOMA The revolving table positioners are designed for the automatic welding of parts with a circular cross-section and for the handling of special parts. The structure of the revolving table has been designed to support the expected loads with no vibrations or elastic deformation that could interfere with the quality of the weld. The partholder tables are supported on ball-bearing thrust plate that require no adjustments and ensure long-term reliability. Rotation is provided by means of a motor-driven reduction unit which engages in the thrust plate toothing. Rotation is in A.C. with inverter in the "Ei” series. Tilt angle is in A.C. at set speed. Welding cycle programmed by circuit board. POSITIONNEUR A TABLE PIVOTANTE AVEC INCLINAISON MANUELLE AUTOMA Les positionneurs à table tournante sont étudiés pour la soudure automatique de pièces qui ont une forme circulaire et pour la manipulation de pièces particulières. La structure de la table tournante a été étudiée pour supporter les charges prévues en évitant les vibrations et les déformations élastiques, dangereuses pour la qualité de la soudure. Les tables porte-pièce sont soutenues par des roues dentées à billes qui évitent les réglages et assurent la fiabilité dans le temps. La rotation est obtenue par un motoréducteur qui engrène dans la denture de la roue. La rotation est en courant alterneè avec inverter dans la serie "Ei'. L’inclinaison est toujours en courant alternatif à vitesse fixe. Le cycle de soudure est programmé par une carte électronique. SCHWEISSDREHTISCH DER SCHWEREN SERIE AUTOMA Die Rotationstisch-Positioniervorrichtungen wurden für das automatische Verschweißen von Teilen mit runder Abwickiung und für die Bearbeitung von Spezialteilen entwickelt. Die Struktur des Tisches ist entsprechend gestaltet, um den vorgesehenen Belastungen standzuhalten und dabei Vibrationen und elastische Verformungen zu vermeiden, die sich nachteilig auf die Qualität der Schweißverbindungen auswirken. Die Teileauflagetische werden von einem Kugeikranz getragen, der keine Einstellung benötigt und dauerhaft stabil ist. Die Rotation erfolgt mittels eines in die Verzahnung des Kugeikranzes eingreifenden Getriebemotors. Die Rotation erfolgt bei der Serie “Ei" hingegen mittels eines Wechselstrommotors mit Inverter. Die Schrägstellung wird ebenfalls mittels eines Wechselstrommotors mit Festgeschwindigkeit vorgenommen. Der Schweißzykius wird mittels Elektronikkarte programmiert. POSICIONADOR DE MESA ROTATIVA SERIE PESANTE AUTOMA Los posicionadores de mesa rodante están estudiados para la soldadura automática de piezas que presentan un desarrollo circular y para la manipulación de piezas especiales. La estructura de la mesa rodante ha sido estudiada para soportar las cargas previstas evitando vibraciones y deformaciones elásticas, perjudiciales para la calidad de la soldadura. Las mesas de soporte a las piezas se sostienen sobre cojinetes de rodillos que evitan desajustes y aseguran fiabilidad a largo plazo. La rotación se obtiene mediante un motorreductor que engrana con el dentado dei cojinete. La rotación en la serie "Ei" es en corriente alterna con inverter.
