All stages of the work from preliminary design, details and working drawings to the
supervision and site management, scheduling and cost planning.
THE COMPANY
Architetto Andrea Cini & partners comprises for 19 years an interdisciplinary team of
architects, civil engineers and interior designers. The consultant office has been founded
in 1992 with the name “Architetti Cini & Favilla Associati” and during 2006 was
transformed in "Architetto Andrea Cini & partners". Recently the Studio modifies the
name in "CINI + Partners Architects".
"C + P A" covers the whole range of architectural services and when required assumes
the overall responsibility of the project; along the years we have strengthened relationship
with outsourcing consultants in order to complete the services required by clients.
Next october 2011 will start the procedures to achieve the ISO 9001:2008 certification, in
order to answer to the global challenges and due to optimaze the internal resources.
At the same time we will start the training c/o Green Building Council Italy to achieve the
LEED GA and then the LEED AP, the one and only certification appreciates worldwide.

Our mission is to project for clients, in order to create the best spaces to live in with the
best design quality.
The core of our design activity is the indoor and outdoor environmental protection: we
support the eco-sustainable architecture throughout interdisciplinary design processes,
creating necessary synergies to bring all projects to perfection.
Special attention is paied to the innovation, by tight collaboration with University of Pisa Faculty of Building Engineering - allowing us to developes graduation thesis which
combine tecnologies and design innovation.
