Piastrelle di ceramica, ottenute da un impasto di argilla, sabbia e altre sostanze naturali. Vengono prodotte con doppia
cottura: la prima per il supporto (biscotto) e la seconda per lo smalto, a elevatissime temperature, secondo la più classica
tradizione italiana. Grazie alla loro superficie brillante e luminosa, alla straordinaria planarità, anche nei grandi formati, e
alla particolarità di essere monocalibro, sono essenzialmente indicate per rivestire gran parte delle pareti d’interni. E in
diversi formati e misure e coordinate con i fondi, piastrelle-mosaico stuccabili, per ottenere superfici in classico mosaico di

Ceramics tiles, obtained from a mixture of clay, sand and other natural substances. They are produced

Les dalles de céramique, obtenues à partir d’une pâte faite d’argile, de sable et d’autres substances naturelles,
sont produites avec une double cuisson : la première pour le biscuit (support) et la seconde pour l’émail,
à très hautes températures, selon la tradition italienne la plus ancienne et classique. Grâce à leur surface
brillante et lumineuse, à leur planéité extraordinaire, même dans les grands formats et à leur particularité d’être
monocalibre, elles sont surtout indiquées comme revêtement pour la plupart des murs intérieurs. Et dans

La posa del Mosaico è facile e veloce, come le normali piastrelle di ceramica; utilizzare i tradizionali collanti in commercio
Per ottenere il miglior effetto a parete del Mosaico, posare le singole piastrelle a giunto unito, cioè senza l’utilizzo di distanziali; successivamente, stuccare
l’intera superficie con fuganti di qualità e del colore preferito
I solchi che delimitano le tessere sono appositamente incisi e non smaltati per consentire la massima aderenza dello stucco in fase di finitura
Una volta posato, il Mosaico non ha bisogno di cure particolari, per mantenere nel tempo la brillantezza della superficie è sufficiente passare un panno

The Mosaic laying process is easy and quick, just as it is for normal ceramic tiles; use traditional commercially available adhesives
To achieve the best possible Mosaic effects on the wall, lay the individual tiles in a narrow joint arrangement, without using spacers; then grout the entire
surface with a high quality product in the desired colour
The grooves marking the edges of the squares are deliberately cut and not glazed to offer optimum grout adherence during the finishing process
Once laid, the Mosaic does not need any special care; to keep the surface looking shiny for longer, simply wipe regularly with a damp cloth

La pose de la Mosaïque est aussi aisée et rapide que celle des dalles de céramique normales ; utiliser la colle traditionnelle vendue dans le commerce.
Pour obtenir un effet optimal de la Mosaïque sur le mur, poser les différentes tesselles l’une contre l’autre, c’est-à-dire sans utiliser de croisillons ; étaler
ensuite de la pâte à joints de qualité et de la teinte désirée sur l’ensemble de la surface.
Les sillons qui délimitent les tesselles sont expressément tracés et non émaillés pour permettre à la pâte à joint de bien adhérer durant la phase de finition.

Das auf dem Trägermaterial BI_NATURAL realisierte Mosaik entspricht den EG-Zertifizierungen gemäß den internationalen UNI EN 14411 Normen
Genau wie die üblichen Keramikfliesen lässt sich das Mosaik problemlos und schnell mit den handelsüblichen Klebern verlegen
Um einen optimalen ästhetischen Wandeffekt zu erzielen, die einzelnen Fliesen am besten ohne Fugen, d.h. ohne Distanzstücke verlegen und die gesamte
Fläche anschließend mit hochwertigen Fugenmitteln im gewünschten Farbton verstucken
Die Rillen am Rand der Mosaiksteinchen wurden absichtlich eingraviert und nicht glasiert, um das maximale Haftvermögen des Stucks bei der
Nachbearbeitung zu gewährleisten

EL MOSAICO REJUNTABLE DE CERAMICHE DAYTONA - COLOCACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO
El mosaico de Ceramiche Daytona ha sido diseñado para revestir las paredes de baños y cocinas.
El mosaico, realizado sobre un soporte BI_NATURAL, ha sido certificado CE según las normas internacionales UNI EN 14411.
La colocación del mosaico es fácil y rápida, similar a la de los normales azulejos de cerámica, y se efectúa con las colas tradicionales de venta en
cualquier establecimiento del sector.
Para obtener un mejor efecto del mosaico en la pared, se aconseja colocar cada azulejo con junta unida, es decir, sin usar separadores; luego, rejuntar
toda la superficie con morteros de calidad y del color deseado.
Las juntas que delimitan las teselas están especialmente entalladas y no se han esmaltado para permitir la máxima adherencia del mortero en la fase de
acabado.
Una vez colocado, el mosaico no requiere un mantenimiento especial y para que su superficie se mantenga brillante a lo largo del tiempo, solo se debe
limpiar con un paño húmedo.
