Commercial Site Manager
Responsibilities:
The Commercial Site Manager is assigned to one or a group of site managers by the Commercial
Branch Manager to give commercial and organisational support at the construction site, as long as
these activities concern commercial processes such as:
Purchasing
Supply contracts
Administration of material
Monthly cut-offs of costs
Accounting control
Outgoing invoices etc.
All these activities are processed according to the guidelines given by the Commercial
Central Administration regarding these matters.
Generally the activities concern:
• To support the Site Manager in covering the material supply
• To invite for tenders of supplies and subcontractor services
• To provide price comparison lists
• To prepare supply contracts in accordance with the Site Manager
• Handling of delivery notes
• To check the invoices of the suppliers including the accounting
Requirements:
Completed higher financial or trade education
Very good experience with international companies, preferable in the construction area
Very good English, or Albanian
Excellent PC literacy
Excellent organization skills
Flexibility and ability to travel within the country

The Sales Service Representative is responsible for coordinating purchase orders with
transactional stakeholders: suppliers, vendors, customs agents/officers, and internal departments.
The Sales Service Representative is the nexus of communication and documentary flow for each
transaction, keeping regular contact by phone, fax, and e-mail. Key emphasis is placed on good
communication and strong organizational skills. A basic understanding of commercial and logistical
concepts is also necessary. Key responsibilities: •Creating and updating order files, issuing timely
and accurate order documentation •Data entry and maintenance of the database for order
tracking purposes •Resolving service problems with suppliers and vendors during order fulfillment
•Resolving discrepancies when necessary Tracking order completion and coordinating internally
with Marketing and Logistics teams Required:• Reliable •High service level •Good communication
skills •Strong organizational skills •Motivated •Committed •Affinity with working in an
international environment •Minimum Higher Vocational Education (HBO or University) •Approx.
0-2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in Order Management or Customer Services)
•Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) •Fluency in English and Italian (Someone has to
speak Italian because he/she would deal with the suppliers of recovered paper in Italy. English is
required because our company language is English and it is needed for communication with our
Head Office in LA (USA))
