Nata nel 1990 la Meccanica Adda Fer si pone l’obiettivo di
rivendere, dopo le opportune revisioni, i macchinari dismessi
dall’azienda familiare. L’intuizione si dimostra subito vincente e
le macchine revisionate vengono ben presto vendute e installate
con successo in numerosi Paesi.
Con questo forte know how e grazie a una forte fidelizzazione
della Clientela, la Meccanica Adda Fer intraprende quindi
una attività di progettazione e costruzione, con relativa
consulenza tecnica di studio di fattibilità, di impianti
completamente nuovi: la Meccanica Adda Fer ha realizzato
ed installato nei cinque continenti linee di taglio coils, impianti
di formatura di tubi elettrosaldati, impianti di finitura tubi,
test idraulici e impianti di impacchettamento tubi.
Meccanica Adda Fer was established in 1990 and its business
purpose was to resell machinery which had been disposed of by
the family company after extensive revision and revamping
operations.
This proved to be a winning intuition and the revised machines
were soon sold and successfully installed in several Countries
abroad. With this extensive know how and remarkable levels
of Customer Loyalty, Meccanica Adda Fer then started to project
and manufacture complete new plant systems with relative
technical feasibility studies: coil cutting lines, electro-welded
pipe forming lines, pipe finishing plants, hydraulic test and pipe
packing systems have been built and installed throughout
the five continents in the world.

formatura a freddo sono il prodotto
principale dell’AZIENDA.
Le macchine sono studiate per avere regolazioni
semplici e basilari e possono essere via via
accessoriate con componenti supplementari,
regolazioni automatiche e controlli per rendere
la linea sempre più automatizzata e per produrre
tubo di altissima qualità.

Troncatrice volante per taglio a doppia
fresa per tubo fino a 16’’. La macchina è
stata ottimizzata al fine di eseguire un
taglio in linea perfetto, pulito, privo di
deformazioni e bava.
Tutte le funzioni sono gestite da un
microprocessore, che permette di
controllare la macchina con elevatissima
affidabilità, garantendo lunghezze di
taglio molto precise senza influire sulla velocità di produzione effettiva sulla base
della quale vengono ottimizzate le
prestazioni.
La tolleranza sulla lunghezza di barra
GARANTITA è di ± 1.5 mm alla massima
velocità operativa.

Automatic packing lines
Impilatori automatici
L’impacchettatore tubi è totalmente automatizzato,
e consente la formazione di pacchi quadrati,
rettangolari ed esagonali; grazie a un’accurata
logistica di magazzino può impilare in linea, senza
fermate intermedie, tubi quadrati, rettangolari, tondi
smussati e idrotestati.
Prodotti:
• Impilatori automatici a sistema magnetico o
tradizionale da 1/2” fino a 8” per lunghezze
da 4 mt. fino a 13 mt.
• Impilatori che provvedono in modo
completamente automatico alla formatura,
pesatura e drenaggio dei fasci di tubi pronti
per essere imballati tramite reggiatura
manuale o automatizzata.
• Gli impianti sono predisposti alla gestione
di tubi a sezione circolare, quadra e rettangolare
formando pacchi dalle dimensioni specifiche
richieste dal Cliente.
• Lo scarico del fascio può essere del tipo
frontale o laterale a seconda delle esigenze di
layout.

the formation of square, rectangular and hexagonal packages;
thanks to an accurate logistics it is able to stack in line,

Pipe finishing lines
Impianti di finitura tubo
La linea End Facing è formata da doppia testa mandrino per intestatura,
marchiatrice tubo, soffiatura interna per la pulizia dei trucioli ed eventuale
sfrido di scordonatura interna. L’Hydro test si compone di una doppia testa
per il test sul tubo, un sistema di bloccaggio e traslazione tubi automatizzato,
il quale permette di settare l’impianto in base alla lunghezza del tubo (da 6 a
13 m), con una pressione massima del test 50 MPa.
Prodotti:
• Impianti per la finitura del tubo in acciaio e Hydro test per la prova
in pressione del tubo (diametri da 1/2” a 16” e lunghezze dai 4
ai 13 metri).
• Gli utensili per i vari diametri sono stati studiati in modo da garantire
un rapido re-setting della macchina e assicurare un’alta produttività
della linea.
• La gestione delle fasi di lavoro è completamente automatizzata
e facilmente integrabile alle linee tubo e agli impilatori automatici
Meccanica Adda Fer.

• End Facing and Chamfering machines, Hydro
tests for the pipe pressure testing
(diameters from 1/2” to 16” and lengths from

• The tools for the various diameters have been
designed to guarantee rapid re-setting of the
machine and to ensure high productivity
levels for the line.
• The processing phases are totally automated
and easily integrated with the pipe lines and
the automatic packing lines produced by
Meccanica Adda Fer.
The End Facing line consist of a double head mandrel for butt, a tube’s
marking, an internal blowing for metal shaving’s cleaning and, eventually,
an internal scrap scarfing.
The Hydro Test is composed of a double head for the tube, a locking system
and an automatic tube translation system, which allows the setting of the
plant depending on the tube’s length (from 6 to 13 m), with a maximum
pressure of 50 MPa.

a quattro bracci, carro di frenatura con schiaccia bave, aspo svolgitore, giostra per scarico a

To complete the electro-welded pipe forming lines, Meccanica Adda Fer also offers a range of
lines for the longitudinal cutting of metal sheet, here rappresented by a slitting line 1650 x
8mm. as a conclusion of an industrial and well structured project.
It is composed of a charge coil car with double coils, opposed for coil, up to 40 TON, a coil
opening group, a flattener, a share with rapid change 4 arms carousel, a car brake device
with burrs’ presses, an uncoiler, a carousel for a 4 arms unloading and a side scrap winder.

Le spianatrici di Meccanica Adda Fer sono
disegnate, prodotte ed installate con gamme
diverse per materiali ferrosi e non ferrosi
processati da piccoli spessori (0,5 mm) fino a
spessori maggiori in acciaio inossidabile e ad
alto tenore di carbonio (15,00 mm).
Prodotti:
• Linee di spianatura e taglio lamiera per la
realizzazione di prodotti piani di alta qualità
e precisione.
• Gli Impianti coprono un’ampia gamma di
larghezze e spessori e sono in grado
di tagliare coils fino ad una larghezza di
2000 mm e spessore 15 mm.
• Le linee possono essere equipaggiate con
una o più spianatrici per fornire un impiego
su range di spessori molto ampi.
• Il taglio può essere eseguito con cesoia
