PLC-100 è un sistema di pesatura per silo , che consente di dosare il
mangime con estrema precisione e affidabilità. PLC-100 è un micro
computer programmabile compatto e completo, dotato di interfaccia
seriale RS485 per la comunicazione in rete con dispositivi FR Sistems
(serie PLC modbus) oppure con dispositivi supervisori/PLC/PC.

calendario e protocollo RS-485 Modbus.
PLC-100 is a system of control of the weight of silo, that allows the
dosing of the food with extreme precision and reliability. PLC-100 is a
complete microcomputer compact and programmable, endowed with
serial interface RS485 for the communication online with devices FR
Sistems(serious PLC modbus) or with regulating supervisor PLC/PC.

Il sistema integrato di pesatura per silo PLC-100
è un programmatore di peso in scarico che permette, di dosare grandi quantità di prodotto,
registrando in memoria tutti i pesi parziali di passaggio.
Il funzionamento del sistema di pesatura PLC-100 consiste in:
*Lettura diretta peso del silo - *Gestione carico del peso silo - *Gestione distribuzione peso *Gestione orari della mangiatoia - *Gestione orari della distribuzione acqua - *Gestione dei totali *Gestione dei parametri per il funzionamento - *Gestione TARA - *Gestione calibrazione fine *Lettura ora esatta.
Si possono programmare 4 orari di partenza per l’alimentazione, 4 orari di partenza per l’erogazioe
dell’acqua e se vi è collegato il conta litri è possibile leggere il numero di litri erogati.
Sono disponibili 3 programmazioni diverse:
Funzionamento semplice (archivia automaticamente il peso giornaliero consumato)
Funzionamento con peso razionato (imposta il peso da dosare e archivia il peso giornaliero dosato)
Funzionamento con peso razionato con limite di tempo (imposta il peso da dosare e archivia il peso giornaliero dosato)

The integrated weighing silo PLC-100
is an electronic controller of the weight, which allows the determination of large amounts of product,

You can program 4 start times for feeding, 4 erogazioe departure times for the water and when
connected to the counts liters you can read the number of gallons delivered.
There are 3 different settings:
Simple operation (automatically stores the weight consumed per day)
Operating ration of the weight (set the weight to be dosed daily and stores the measured weight)
Operating ration of the weight with a time limit (set the weight to be dosed daily and stores the
measured weight)
