piano. Escursioni in montagna o sci alpinismo, arrampicata
su ghiaccio o slittino sulla pista naturale rappresentano
un’esperienza veramente speciale.
Val Martello is in the winter without any doubts a world of
its own that is specially tailored for cross-country skiers and
biathletes. The focus is on cosiness and natural experiences
here. Hiking tours or ski mountaineering in the tranquillity

L’acqua dal rubinetto che mettiamo nel
bicchiere è identica a quella che sgorga
dalla sorgente. Autentici prodotti di
qualità del contadino come speck,

Apfel-Minzedrink
Drink alla mela-menta
Apple-mint-drink
Zutaten: 20 g Pfefferminzblätter, 300
ml Wasser, 4 EL Honig, 1 Zitrone, Saft,
250 ml Apfelsaft, 250 ml. Mineralwasser. Zubereitung: Pfefferminze
in einen Krug geben und kochendes
Wasser darüber gießen. Honig beigeben und einige Minuten ziehen lassen.
Abseihen und die Flüssigkeit abkühlen
lassen. Zitronensaft, Apfelsaft und
Mineralwasser dazugeben und in
Gläser füllen. Mit Apfelstücken und
Minzblätter dekorieren.
Ingredienti: 20 g foglie di menta, 300
ml acqua, 4 cucchiai di miele, 1 limone
(succo), 250 ml succo di mele, 250 ml
acqua minerale. Preparazione: mettere
le foglie di menta in una brocca e
versare acqua bollente. Aggiungere il
miele e lasciar insaporire per alcuni minuti. Filtrare e raffreddare. Aggiungere
il succo di limone, il succo di mele e
l’acqua minerale e versare in bicchieri.
Decorare con pezzetti di mela e foglie
di menta.
Ingredients: 20 g peppermint leaves,
300 ml water, 4 tbsp. Honey, 1 lemon
(juice), 250 ml apple juice, 250 ml
sparkling water. Preparation: Put
peppermint leaves into a jug and pour
boiling water. Add honey and leave to
draw for a few minutes. Strain and let
cool. Add lemon juice, apple juice and
sparkling water and fill into glasses.
Decorate with apple pieces and peppermint leaves.
Aufgrund der außergewöhnlichen Höhenlage bis 1800 m, reifen im Martelltal die Erdbeeren,
aber auch die Himbeeren und Johannisbeeren zu süßen Früchtchen mit besonderer Qualität.
Grazie all’alititudine fino a 1800 m, le fragole, i lamponi e i ribes che maturano in Val Martello
sono frutti dolci e di una qualità particolare.

Die Marktgemeinde (5145 Einwohner) mit den Orten Latsch, Goldrain, Morter, Tarsch,
St. Martin im Kofel ist eingebettet zwischen dem beeindruckenden Kontrast des
„Sonnenberges,“ mit seiner einzigartigen Fauna und Flora, und dem waldreichen
„Nörderberg“. Die ideale Lage der Orte ist Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen entlang
idyllischer Waalwege oder märchenhaften Waldwegen. Das Bergbauerndorf St. Martin i.K., erreichbar auch mit der Seilbahn, gewährt grandiose Ausblicke auf die Gipfel
der Ortler- Cevedalegruppe und auf die Kulturlandschaft welche aus der Höhe (1740
m) einem „Flickenteppich“ gleicht. Das großzügige Sportgelände mit seinen Infrastrukturen war für so machen Sportler Trainingsort für die olympische Vorbereitung
und olympischen Sieg.

Coldrano, Morter, Tarres e San Martino in Monte, è situata
tra l’impressionante contrasto del “Monte Sole” e il boscoso
“Monte Tramontana”. La posizione dei paesi costituisce il
punto di partenza ideale per le camminate lungo i canali irrigui, ricchi di vegetazione, oppure lungo i favolosi sentieri nel
bosco. Dal paese di San Martino i. M. (1740 m) si gode una
grandiosa veduta sulle cime dei ghiacciai e sulle coltivazioni
agricole che dall’alto appaiono essere come un mosaico. Il
grande impianto sportivo, con le sue infrastrutture, è stato
spesso il luogo preferito dagli sportivi per gli allenamenti in
vista delle vittorie olimpiche.

Das Ferienziel Morter mit seinen 740 Einwohnern ist das Tor zum Eingang des Nationalpark Stilfserjoch. Historische Bauten
und Kunstwerke aus dem frühen Mittelalter sowie die Ruhe und die reizvolle Landschaft laden ein zu besinnliche Spaziergänge.

Tarscheralm mit seinen Jausenstationen.

In keinem anderen Ort ist die enge Verbindung, welche den
Menschen mit der Erde verbindet in der er lebt, sichtbar.Hier
hat sich die Bevölkerung der Natur angepasst und mit Respekt die Kulturlandschaft nach ihren Bedürfnissen ausgerichtet. So ist im Martelltal das höchstgelegene zusammenhängende Erdbeer- Anbaugebiet Europas geboren (900 m bis
1800 m). Das Martelltal ist eines der schönsten Seitentäler
des Vinschgaus und erstreckt sich von 950 bis zum Gletscher
des Cevedale auf 3769 m. Überwältigend ist die unberührte
Naturlandschaft mit einer Vielfalt an Wanderwegen zu abgeschiedenen Bauernhöfen oder Berggipfeln.
In nessun altro luogo è così evidente lo stretto legame che
lega l’uomo con la terra in cui vive. Qui la popolazione si è
adattata alla natura, trasformando con rispetto l’ambiente
secondo le proprie esigenze. Così è nata in Val Martello la
più alta concentrazione di piantagioni di fragole in Europa
(da 900 m a 1800 m). La Val Martello è una delle più belle
valli laterali di tutta la Val Venosta e si estende da 950 m sino
al ghiacciaio del Cevedale sino a 3769 m. Travolgenti sono il
paesaggio incontaminato del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio e i
molteplici sentieri che portano ai masi e sulle cime.

mit der Vinschgerbahn und allen anderen
öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in ganz Südtirol.
Nach Vorweis der VinschgauCard erhalten
Sie zudem Ermäßigungen bei Seilbahnen,
Museen und Freizeiteinrichtungen.

Vi consegneremo la VenostaCard al vostro
arrivo. È valida per tutto il periodo del vostro

Zuzüglich Ortstaxe
Die Einnahmen aus der Ortstaxe werden für
den Ausbau und die Erhaltung von Infrastrukturen und Dienstleistungen, sowie für die
Organisation von kulturellen und sportlichen
Veranstaltungen eingesetzt.
Die Ortstaxe wird pro Gast und Nächtigung
von den Beherbergungsbetrieben eingehoben.
Die Höhe dieser kommunalen Abgabe
richtet sich nach der Kategorie des Betriebes.
Kinder und Jugendliche unter 14 Jahren sind
von der Abgabe befreit.
Die Ortstaxe wird bei Abreise fällig und ist in
der Rechnung gesondert ausgewiesen.
• Die Ortstaxe (local tax) beträgt im Jahr
2015 zwischen Euro 0,70 und Euro 1,30 pro Gast (ab 14 Jahren) und Nächtigung

The new Venosta Valley Card will be issued to
our guests as from summer 2014. It will enable
free utilization of the Venosta Valley train
as well as all other types of public transport
throughout South Tyrol. By simply showing
your Venosta Valley Card, you‘ll also receive
various discounts such as on cable-car rides,
museums and recreational facilities.
Highlight: A special advantage of the Venosta
Valley Card is that it permits access to extra
services for the exclusive use of cardholders
in ten selected sites throughout the Venosta
Valley.
The Venosta Valley Card will be handed to
you upon your arrival and will be valid for the
duration of your entire stay. Please note that
the Venosta Valley Card is not transferable.
With the Venosta Valley Card, you‘ll be
entitled to utilize the following services free
of charge:
• Regional trains throughout the South Tyrol
as well as to Trent (marked on the railway
timetable with an R symbol)
• City (urban) and intercity buses
• Round-trip rides on the Swiss Post bus,
from Malles/Mals to Müstair, Switzerland
(CH)
• Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina and
Verano cable cars
• Renon tramway and the funicular to the
Mendola
• Reductions of at least 10% on tickets across
a number of facilities, such as: cable cars,
museums, swimming pools, etc.
• Exclusive services (subject to charges) at
10 selected sites such as museums, castles,
etc. to card holders.

Plus local tax
Le entrate generate dall’imposta di soggiorno
verranno impiegate sia per la costruzione ed
il mantenimento di infrastrutture e servizi,
sia per l’organizzazione di manifestazioni
sportive e culturali.
L’imposta di soggiorno, determinata per
persona e per pernottamento, viene riscossa
dalle strutture ricettive. L’ammontare della
suddetta imposta viene determinato in base
alla categoria di struttura ricettiva.
Sono esenti dall’imposta bambini ed adolescenti sotto i 14 anni.
L’imposta di soggiorno viene pagata al
momento della partenza ed è riportata sulla
fattura del soggiorno in struttura, con una
voce a sé stante.
The revenue from this local tax will be used
for the expansion and maintenance of
infrastructure and services, as well as for the
organization of cultural and sports events.
The local tax will be levied at all lodging
establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent
upon the category of the establishment.
Children and adolescents under 14 years of
age are exempt from levy.
The local tax is payable upon departure and
is listed separately on the invoice.
