Moro Vacuum pumps come from a long tradition
of reliability, durability and versatility. They are
available in a wide range of models which differ in
capacity, drive systems and cooling.
The principle of positive displacement rotary
vanes guarantees a high degree of vacuum,
making these machines suitable in a great
number of applications.
Industrial users of vacuum pumps demand safe
and constant operation and a high degree of
vacuum output for long periods of time. In
response to this need, Moro has developed a
unique liquid cooling system for the rotor, thus
maintaining cooler temperatures inside the pump
as well as creating beneficial lubrication of the
blades and seals. These pumps are therefore
suitable for heavy industrial use.

Le pompe per vuoto della Moro hanno una
grande tradizione di affidabilità, durata e
versatilità: sono infatti disponibili in varie gamme
di portate e tipi di azionamento e di
raffreddamento. Il principio di funzionamento
volumetrico rotativo a palette garantisce il
raggiungimento di elevati gradi di vuoto e
consente un vasto campo di utilizzo.
L’utilizzatore industriale delle pompe per vuoto
richiede un funzionamento sicuro e costante ad
alto vuoto e per lunghi periodi. Per rispondere a
questa esigenza la Moro SpA ha sviluppato,
unica al mondo, la tecnologia di raffreddamento a
liquido anche nel rotore mantenendo così
temperature più basse all’interno della pompa
con beneficio della lubrificazione, delle pale e delle
tenute, permettendo così utilizzi più gravosi.
MORO garantisce la qualità di pompe e
componenti sia tramite accurati controlli dei
materiali che nell’utilizzo degli stessi nella
costruzione

Caratteristiche tecniche | Technical details

I decompressori con raffreddamento ad aria convenzionale della nuova serie AIR rappresentano il più elevato standard nella tecnologia dell’aspirazione sottovuoto e sono appositamente
studiati per un impiego di tipo agricolo. Grazie alle proprie caratteristiche tecniche, i decompressori AIR possono essere impiegati anche in piccole applicazioni di tipo industriale su camion.
La tecnologia applicata è quella delle pompe rotative a palette di tipo radiale.
La gamma AIR è costituita attualmente da 3 modelli base di con differenti portate d’aria, per i quali sono disponibili varie versioni in funzione della movimentazione richiesta.
Il corpo pompa, realizzato in ghisa ad alta resistenza, è stato progettato per garantire la massima affidabilità nel tempo e in modo da favorire lo scambio termico. Le luci di ingresso
e di uscita dell’aria sono state studiate nell’ottica della riduzione del rumore e del calore prodotto.
Il corretto funzionamento del decompressore è assicurato dalla lubrificazione forzata con pompa ad ingranaggi. Il serbatoio dell’olio è incorporato.
Le palette sono realizzate in un materiale composito per uso standard. Un apposito foro di ispezione praticato nel corpo pompa permette di controllarne visivamente l’usura.
La valvola di non ritorno e valvola a 4 vie a leva sono integrate nella pompa.
Le curve di ingresso e di uscita sono flangiate e possono essere orientate a piacere in funzione delle esigenze di allestimento.
Tutti i modelli della serie AIR sono predisposti per l’upgrade con sistema in-jet che migliora lo scambio termico della pompa nell’uso intensivo.
Grazie all’industrializzazione del prodotto, tutte le pompe della gamma AIR condividono la quasi totalità dei componenti.
• Lubrificazione automatica con pompa a pistoni.
• Kit Alta Resistenza, che prevede palette resistenti al calore e tenute in Viton.
• Curve in uscita predisposte per ricevere la valvola di max pressione, la valvola di max vuoto e il manometro.
• Azionamento di tipo idraulico o pneumatico della valvola a 4 vie
Ciascun modello di pompa è disponibile in 4 differenti versioni, contraddistinte dalle seguenti sigle:
1. PM..AM per trasmissione con moltiplicatore a 540 giri/min.
2. PM..AP per trasmissione con puleggia a 1.000 giri/min.
3. PM..AR per trasmissione con riduttore 3.000 giri/min.
4. PM..AH per trasmissione idraulica

The New AIR series radiant cooled vacuum pumps represent the most elevated standard in the technology of the vacuum suction and they are studied on a purpose for
an employment in the agricultural sector. Thanks to the own technical characteristics, the new AIR vacuum pumps can also be employed in small industrial applications
mounted on truck.
The applied technology is the one of the radial rotary vanes pump.
The AIR flow range is currently constituted by 3 base pumps models, with different air courses , for which they are available various versions in accordance of the capacity required.
The body pumps, realized in cast iron to tall resistance, had been projected to guarantee the maximum reliability and to favour the heat exchange.
The air entry and exit lights have been studied in the optics of the noise and heat produced reduction.
The correct operation of the pump is insured by the forced lubrication with oil pump. The oil tank is incorporated.
The vanes are realized for standard applications. A special inspection hole practised in the body pump allows to make its usury with a visually check.
The no return valve and the 4 ways valve are integrated in the pump.
The entry and exit elbows are flange coupling and can be directed in accordance of the requirements of the final use.
The New AIR series models are predisposed for the upgrade with in-jet system to improve the heat exchange of the pump in the heavy duty use.
Thanks to the industrialization of the product, the New AIR range vacuum pumps share the almost totality of the components.
• Automatic lubrication with pistons pump.
• Kit Tall Resistance for height temperature, foresees resistant vanes and special Viton oil seals.
• Exit curves predisposed for receiving the pressure relief valve, vacuum relief valve and gauge.
• Hydraulic or pneumatic actuator change over type for the 4 way valve.
Every pump model is available in 4 different versions, countersigned by the following sigles:
1. PM..AM transmission with gearbox for 540 rpm.
2. PM..AP transmission with pulley for 1.000 rpm.
3. PM..AR transmission with gearbox 3.000 rpm.
4. PM..AH hydraulic transmission.

This triplex water plunger pumps are available in 6 versions and has a drive
shaft with double projection, double pressure packings, vertical-fitted
valves, water spill venting, oil-bath mechanical parts with splash lubrication.
It can be operated by pulley, flexible joint or cardan shaft. Special versions
featuring stainless steel fluid ends or aluminium-bronze fluid ends are
available for pumping seawater or other aggressive liquids.

The suction hose reel is mounted on the top of the sludle tank. Forward and
reverse operations are hydraulically driven. The loading boom has an
operating range of 360° patent and maximal horinzontal reach.
All swing, lift and telescopic movements are hydraulically driven. Power is
provided from the truck’s hdraulic system by the pendant control. Includes
upper suction hose reel.
A high abrasion resistant rubberhose is supplied with loading boom.

Il naspo d’aspirazione Moro è applicato sulla parte superiore della cisterna in
una posizione che permette d’ottenere una migliore capacità di aspirazione
dei prodotti durante la fase di carico. L’arrotolamento e lo srotolamento del
tubo, come gli altri movimenti, sono idraulici e avvengono con l’aiuto di un
telecomando. La rotazione è a 360°. Il braccio telescopico, pivottante, con i
movimenti di salita e discesa, è applicato sullo stesso asse del naspo di
aspirazione. Il tubo d’aspirazione è in materiale resistente all’abrasione.
