Installation Instructions
• Installation in switch cabinets on 35 mm top-hat rail conforming to EN 50022.
• The mains is connected unswitched to terminals L and N.
• Two twisted or stranded, unshielded wires (2 x 0,75 mm2 or 1,5 mm2) are used
for the bus line; the two bus wired may have reversible polarity.
• Up to 35 LUXMATE devices can be connected to one bus power supply, where
all box units, e.g. the LM-SDED, count as four modules. However, multiple
modules like LM-3DSIS or LM-2JSMX count only as one device.
• The electrical installation of the LUXMATE bus can be carried out as functional
low voltage or as protective low voltage installation. Please use installation material designed for mains voltage installation with 230/240 V AC, 50/60 Hz..

ontage in Schaltschränken auf Hutschiene 35 mm gemäß EN 50022
• Das Netz wird an den Klemmen L und N ungeschaltet angeschlossen.
• Als Busleitung werden zwei verdrillte oder verseilte nicht geschirmte Adern
(2 x 0,75 mm2 oder 1,5mm2) verwendet; die beiden Bus-Adern dürfen verpolt
werden.
• An eine Busversorgung können max. 35 LUXMATE-Geräte angeschlossen werden. Dabei zählen alle Doseneinbaugeräte, beispielsweise LM-SDED, vierfach.
Mehrfachgeräte wie z.B. LM-3DSIS oder LM-2JSMX hingegen zählen nur einfach!
• Die elektrische Installation des LUXMATE-Bus’ kann als Funktionskleinspannungsoder auch als Schutzkleinspannungsinstallation ausgeführt werden. Verwenden Sie
daher Installationsmaterial, das für Netzspannungsinstallation 230/240 V AC,
50/60 Hz ausgelegt ist.
• Installation dans une armoire de commande sur rail DIN 35 mm conforme à
EN 50022.
• Raccorder sur les bornes L et N la tension secteur non commutée.
• La ligne de bus est constituée de 2 conducteurs torsadés ou tressés non blindés
(2 x 0,75 mm2 ou 1,5 mm2); les deux conducteurs de la ligne de bus peuvent
être iinterchangés.
• Sur une alimentation de bus, il est possible de raccorder au maximum 35
modules LUXMATE. Tenir compte qu'un module monté dans des boîtes
d'encastrement, comme le LM-SDED, compte pour 4. Par contre, les modules
multiples, comme par ex. un LM-3DSIS ou un LM-2JSMX comptent chacun
pour un.
• L'installation électrique du bus LUXMATE peut être conçue comme installation
TBT ou TBTS. Nous conseillons d'utiliser du matériel prévu pour une tension
secteur de 230/240 V AC, 50/60 Hz.

Istruzioni per l’installazione
•M
ontaggio in quadri comandi su guida profilata da 35 mm secondo EN 50022.
• Het net wordt aan de klemmen L en N ongeschakeld aangesloten.
• Als busleiding worden twee getwiste of gedraaide, niet afgeschermde aders (2 x
0,75 mm² of 1,5 mm²) gebruikt; de beide busaders zijn omwisselbaar.
• Op één busvoeding kunnen max. 35 LUXMATE-modules worden aangesloten.
Daarbij tellen alle doos-inbouwmodules, bijvoorbeeld LM-SDED, viervoudig.
Meervoudige modules zoals bijv. LM-3DSIS of LM-2JSMX tellen daarentegen
maar enkel!
• De elektrische installatie van de busleiding kan als besturingslaagspanningsmaar ook als beveiligingslaagspanningsinstallatie uitgevoerd worden. Gebruik
daartoe installatiemateriaal, dat voor netspanningsinstallaties 230/240 V AC,
50/60 Hz uitgevoerd is.
• Montaggio in quadri elettrici su binario DIN 35 mm secondo EN 50022.
• La rete viene collegata ai morsetti L e N direttamente.
• Come cavo bus si usano due fili ritorti non schermati (2 x 0,75 mm2 o 1,5 mm2);
entrambi i fili bus sono a polarità invertibile.
• Ad un’alimentazione bus si possono collegare al massimo 35 moduli LUXMATE.
Tutti i moduli da incasso in box, ad esempio LM-SDED, valgono per quattro. I
moduli multipli come ad es. LM-3DSIS o LM-2JSMX valgono invece solo per
uno!
• Il bus LUXMATE può essere installato come bassa tensione funzionale o di protezione. Raccomandiamo l'uso di materiale di installazione adatto a tensioni di rete
di 230/240 V AC, 50/60 Hz.

’installazione di questo apparecchio richiede ­necessariamente l’intervento di
­personale­­specializzato.
• Prima di iniziare il lavoro di installazione deve essere staccata la corrente.
• Vanno rispettate le normative di sicurezza e di prevenzione dei sinistri.
• L’interruzione del conduttore neutro in fase di funzionamento può causare la
distruzione dell’apparecchio e di tutti gli apparecchi di comando collegati allo
stesso.

•va installato in modo tale che l’accesso sia possibile solo con l’uso di un adeguato attrezzo.

Instrucciones de instalación
• Montaje en cajas de distribución en raíl de carril din 35 mm según EN 50022.
• La red se conecta en los bornes L y N sin conexión a la red eléctrica.
• Para la línea de Bus se utilizan dos cables retorcidos o trenzados, sin blindaje
(2 x 0,75 mm² o 1,5 mm²); los dos cables de Bus deben tener polaridad reversible.
• En un mismo módulo de alimentación de Bus puede conectarse un máx. de 35
módulos LUXMATE. Todos los módulos de zócalo, como el LM-SDED, cuentan
el cuádruple ya que su consumo es mayor. Los módulos múltiples como, p. ej.
LM-3DSIS o LM-2JSMX cuentan como simples.
• La instalación eléctrica del Bus LUXMATE puede realizarse como instalación de
tensión baja funcional o de tensión baja de protección. Recomendamos la utilización de materiales de instalación diseñados para una instalación con una tensión
de alimentación de 230/240 V AC, 50/60 Hz.
Instrucciones de Seguridad
Areas de aplicación
•L
a instalación de este aparato debe ser obligatoriamente realizada por personal
­debidamente ­cualificado.
• La corriente de alimentación debe ser desconectada antes de iniciar los trabajos
de instalación.
• Deben tenerse en cuenta las precauciones de seguridad y prevención de accidentes ­correspondientes.
• La interrupción del conductor neutro estando en funcionamiento puede llevar a
la destrucción del aparato y de los módulos operativos conectados.
El aparato debe ser
• usado solamente para las ­aplicaciones especificadas
• instalado fijamente en ambiente seco y limpio
• instalado en modo que el acceso al mismo sea ­posible solamente con uso de
herramientas.
