Description
Strappo: strumento per prove di aderenza.
Idoneo alla determinazione della resistenza allo strappo
di vernici, intonaci, rivestimenti in ceramica od altri
materiali, ecc.
Per l'esecuzione della prova, viene effettuata
una incisione della zona di misura con una corona
diamantata fissata al trapano.
Si posiziona il blocchetto di prova della dimensione
prescelta, e lo si fissa con l'adesivo fino ad indurimento
completo del collante.
Inserito il bullone di trazione ed agganciato tramite lo
snodo sferico al martinetto, si aziona il volantino per
l'applicazione del carico fino a rottura (strappo), registrando il valore ultimo di resistenza a trazione (valore
rilevato dall'indicatore digitale.

Questo dinamometro misura l'aderenza tra due strati di
materiali (calcestruzzo, intonaci, malte, resine, plastiche
facciali, ceramica, ecc.).
Compatto, leggero, maneggevole, utilizzabile in ogni
luogo e posizione, il Pull-Off è corredato da una piccola
cella di carico e di un visualizzatore digitale ad alta
risoluzione, e quindi utilizzabile in un ampio campo di
applicazioni a partire da bassi valori di carico.
Lo sforzo di trazione viene applicato ruotando la
manovella.

This dynamometer measures the adhesive force and the
tensile strength of two layers of materials (concrete, facing
plasters, mortars, building plasters, lime, ceramic, etc.)
Compact, light, for use in any location, this Pull-Off Tester
is fitted with a load cell and high resolution large digital
display unit, it is therefore suitable for measurements
from low loads up to 16 kN, granting a wide working
range and ideal for a large number of applications and
materials. The direct tensile force is applied by rotating
the hand wheel.

The tests are carried out by making a cut in the
measuring one with a diamond-tipped drill bit fixed to
the drill.
The required size of test block is positioned and fixed
with the two-component adhesive until the bonding
agent has completely hardened.
After inserting the traction bolt and attaching the spherical joint to the jack, move the hand wheel to apply the
load until it breaks (tear); the final value of resistance
to tensile stress is recorded (value measured by the
digital indicator of the pressure gauge).
