A partire dalle ore 10.00 ritrovo dei partecipanti in piazza, partenza della passeggiata a piedi (circa 50-60 minuti) verso la località
prescelta (raggiungibile anche in macchina). Ore 12.30 pranzo al sacco di Pasquetta (da procurarsi). La Pro-Loco provvederà a tavoli, sedie e al
trasporto di borse, zaini, ecc. Pomeriggio insieme e passeggiata di ritorno in
paese.
Beginning from 10.00 am meeting of the participants in the square, departure of the walk (approximately 50-60 minutes) towards the locality chosen (reachable also by car). At 12.30 pm lunch of Easter Monday (which
everyone will bring from home). The Pro-Loco will provide tables, chairs and
carrying bags, backpacks, etc.. Afternoon together and walk back to Sinio.
Ab 10.00 Uhr versammeln sich die Teilnehmer auf dem Platz, dem Start
der Fuß (ca. 50-60 Minuten) an den gewählten Standort (auch erreichbar
mit dem Auto). Um 12.30 Uhr Mittagessen von Ostermontag (die alle von
Hause bringen). Die Pro-Loco stellt Tische, Stühle und Tragetaschen,
Rucksäcke, etc.. Nachmittags zusammen und zurück zu Fuß nach Sinio.
À partir de 10h00, les participants se rassemblent sur la place, le début

Rievocazione storica in occasione del 216° Anniversario dell’Armistizio di Cherasco del 28 Aprile 1796 tra il Generale Napoleone
Bonaparte e Vittorio Amedeo III attraverso la partecipazione di gruppi
storici provenienti da tutta Europa che, con armi e uniformi fedeli al periodo
storico rievocato, faranno rivivere lo spirito dell'epoca, in collaborazione con
la Fondazione De Benedetti Cherasco 1547. Inoltre momenti culturali e
enogastronomici legati all'evento.
Reenactment for the 216th Anniversary of the Armistice of Cherasco of
the 28th of April 1796 between General Napoleon Bonaparte and Vittorio

L’arte del fare la pasta è stata tramandata in questa terra di generazione in
generazione e alcune tecniche sono ancora oggi determinanti per l’ottenimento di un prodotto di qualità: fra queste, in particolare, la trafila al bronzo,
che conferisce alla pasta di Gragnano quella tipica rugosità che le permette
di trattenere alla perfezione il condimento. Ad Alba sono proposti assaggi di
pasta in abbinamento al dolcetto di Dogliani DOCG.
