OTOAX è una sciacquatrice di tipo rotativo
caratterizzata da pinze che afferrano le bottiglie lungo
il proprio asse, tra un piattello di appoggio inferiore,
sul quale la bottiglia è condotta dalla stella di entrata,
ed una campanella di centraggio superiore. Questo tipo di pinza
permette una presa molto sicura e, quindi, il trattamento di
contenitori in plastica e in vetro di qualsiasi peso, forma e
dimensioni, anche relativamente al collo degli stessi.
DISPOSITIVI DI SPRUZZATURA:
• UGELLO FISSO. La bottiglia nella sua rotazione si porta in
asse con l'ugello in modo da posizionare il collo in prossimità
dello stesso. Ogni ugello è dotato di una valvola che viene
azionata solamente in presenza della bottiglia nella pinza.
• UGELLO MOBILE. Gli ugelli spruzzatori sono azionati in
verticale tramite un'apposita camma e, spinti da molle, penetrano
all'interno delle bottiglie. Anche in questo caso la valvola di
spruzzatura, collegata a ogni ugello, viene azionata solo in
presenza della bottiglia nella pinza. Nel caso di macchina a
doppio trattamento, i fluidi seguono due percorsi rigorosamente
separati prima di essere iniettati in bottiglia.
MOTORIZZAZIONE.
La velocità di rotazione della macchina è comandata da un
variatore di frequenza (INVERTER) che agisce sulla
motorizzazione principale. Il moto alle stelle è fornito tramite
ingranaggi in acciaio e materiale plastico ad alta resistenza; ciò
consente di ridurre al massimo sia l'usura che la rumorosità e di
garantire la massima precisione nella trasmissione del moto ai
vari organi di convogliamento.

OTOAX is a rotary type rinser characterised by
pincers which grip bottles along their axis, between a
lower bearing plate to which the bottle is driven by
the entry star and an upper centring cup. This type of
pincer allows a quite safe grip and therefore handling of glass
and plastic containers of any weight, shape and dimensions also
with regards to their neck.
SPAYING DEVICES:
• FIXED NOZZLE While rotating the bottle gets to an axial
position with the nozzle in order to have its neck placed close to
it. Each nozzle is equipped with a valve which is operated only
when there is a bottle in the grip.
• PENETRATING NOZZLE
The spraying nozzles are operated vertically by a corresponding
cam and pushed by springs they get inside the bottles. Even for
this execution, the spraying valve which is connected to each
nozzle is operated only when the bottle is in the grip. In case of
double treatment machines, the fluids follow two strictly separate
ways before being injected into the bottle.
DRIVE UNIT
The rotation speed of the machine is controlled by a variablefrequency motor drive (INVERTER) which operates directly the
main drive unit. Motion to the stars is transmitted by gears made
of steal and highly resistant plastic made materials thus allowing
to reduce at its maximum both wear and noise and to guarantee
the max. precision of motion transmission to the various conveying
parts.

OTOAX est une rinceuse du type rotatif caracterisée
par des pinces qui ont la fonction de saisir les
bouteilles le long de leur axe entre un support
d’appui inférieur, auquel la bouteille est conduite par
une étoile d’entrée et une clochette de centrage supérieure.
Ce type de pince permet une puissance de prise assez sûre et ainsi
de traiter des récipients en plastique et en verre de n’importe quel
type de poids, forme et dimension aussi bien que leur goulots.
DISPOSITIFS D'INJECTION:
• GICLEUR FIXE
Dans sa rotation la bouteille se place en axe avec le gicleur de
façon à positionner le goulot auprès de la cannule. Chaque gicleur
est doué d’une soupape qui est actionnée uniquement lorsque la
bouteille se trouve prise dans la pince.
• GICLEUR MOBILE
Les gicleurs d’injection sont commandés verticalement par une
came spéciale et, poussés par des ressorts, ils pénètrent dans les
bouteilles. Même dans ce cas-là, la vanne d’injection qui est
connectée à chaque gicleur, est actionnée uniquement lorsque la
bouteille se trouve prise dans la pince. Dans les machines à double
traitement les fluides suivent deux parcours entièrement séparés
avant d’être injectés dans la bouteille.
MOTORISATION
La vitesse de rotation de la machine est commandée par un
motovariateur de fréquence (INVERTER) qui agit sur la
motorisation principale. Le mouvement aux étoiles est fourni par
des engranages en acier et materiel plastique à haute resistance;
celà permet de reduire au max. soit l’usure soit le bruit et de
garantir une précision absolute de trasmission du mouvement
aux organes de convoi.

Rotations- Spülmaschine deren Greifer die Flaschen
fest längst ihrer Achse umfassen, d.h. zwischen dem
von Eingangstern zugeführten Flaschen unteren
Stüztteller und einer oberen Zentrierglocke. Dieser Greifertyp
erlaubt einen sehr sicheren Zugriff und deshalb die Möglichkeit
Glas-und Plastikbehälter verschiedenster Gewicht, Form und
Maß auch bezüglich ihrer Flaschenhals zu behandeln.
SPRITZVORRICHTUNGEN:
• FESTSTEHENDE DÜSEN
Beim Drehen orientiert sich die Flasche auf die Achse mit der
Düse damit sich der Hals der Düse nebenah stellt. Jede Sprühdüse
ist mit einem Ventil verbunden, das nur dann aktiviert ist, wenn
sich eine Flasche im Greifer befindet.
• BEWEGLICHE DÜSEN
Sprühdüsen werden senkrecht durch einen speziellen Nocken
gesteuert und durch Feder in das Innere der Flaschen gedrückt.
Auch auf diesem Fall wird die Sprühdüse, die zu jedem Spriztventil
verbunden ist, nur dann aktiviert, wenn sich eine Flasche im
Greifer befindet. Bei Maschinen mit doppelter Behandlung
durchlaufen die Flüssigkeiten zwei voneinander getrennten
Strecken, bevor sie in die Flasche gesprüht werden.
ANTRIEB
Die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Maschine wird durch einen
Getriebemotor (INVERTER) geregelt, der auf dem Hauptantrieb
einwirkt. Die Bewegungsübertragung zu den Sternen erfolgt durch
Zahnräder aus Stahl oder wärmefestiges Plastikmaterial. Auf
dieser Weise werden entweder Verschleiss oder Geräusch maximal
untersetzt und eine extreme Genauigkeit bei Bewegungsantrieb
zu den verschiedenen Förderungsglieder garantiert.

SOFFIAGGIO E ASPIRAZIONE. A una prima fase di solo soffiaggio con aria sterile, segue una
seconda fase di soffiaggio e contemporanea aspirazione dell'aria e delle particelle rimosse tramite
formazione di un leggero vuoto in bottiglia. Ciò consente di incrementare notevolmente l'efficacia
del soffiaggio e di garantire una perfetta pulizia del contenitore.
BLOWING AND SUCTION. A first single blowing phase with sterile air is followed by a second
blowing and suction phase alternately of air and particles which are removed by creating slight
vacuum inside the bottle. This enables to increase considerably the blowing efficacy and grant a
perfect cleaning of the container.
SUFFLAGE ET ASPIRATION. Une première phase de soufflage simple avec de l’air stérile est suivie
par une deuxième phase de soufflage et au même temps d’aspiration de l’air et des particules qui sont
eliminées par léger vide crée dans la bouteille. Celà permet d’augmenter l’efficacité du soufflage et
de garantir un nettoyage parfait du récipient.
AUSBLASEN UND ABSAUGEN. Eine einzelne Ausblasphase mit keimfreier Luft wird von einer
zweiten Ausblas-und Absaugphase von Luft und schädliche Teilchen nacheinander gefolgt, die durch
ein leichtes in Flaschen geschaffenes Vakuum entfernt werden. Das ermöglicht eine höhere Wirksamkeit
des Ausblasen und eine perfekte Reiningung der Behälter.
