AMA Refluid
La divisione oleodinamica AMA Refluid propone articoli di produzione propria ed altri componenti
per la realizzazione di centraline ed impianti oleodinamici:
tubo oleodinamico, raccorderia ed innesti rapidi, macchine per la lavorazione del tubo oleodinamico,
pompe oleodinamiche ad ingranaggi , moltiplicatori, accessori e filtri, distributori, deviatori,
elettrovalvole e valvole, martinetti idraulici e cilindri, motori orbitali, idroguide ed accessori.
AMA Refluid
AMA Refluid is the hydraulic commercial division of AMA company; it offers items of own
production + other components for hydraulic power packs and systems: hydraulic hose; quick
release couplings; machines for hydraulic hoses; hydraulic gear pumps; PTO gearboxes,
accessories and filters; spool valves; diverters; electrovalves and valves in general; hydraulic
jacks and cylinders; hydraulic motors; hydraulic steering and accessories.

È REALIZZATO IN UNA SPECIALE LEGA DI ALLUMINIO
ESTRUSA, LA BASE ED IL COPERCHIO CON SPECIALI LEGHE
DI ALLUMINIO PRESSOFUSO. TUTTE LE CILINDRATE SONO
EQUIPAGGIATE CON BUSSOLE DU PER AUMENTARE LE
PRESTAZIONI E LA DURATA. PRIMA DELLA VENDITA TUTTE
LE POMPE VENGONO COLLAUDATE SUL BANCO PROVA PER
TESTARNE IL RENDIMENTO VOLUMETRICO E LA TENUTA AD
ALTE PRESSIONI E TEMPERATURE.
PUMPS
“Refluid” gearwheel pumps are made for high pressure values.
Pump body is made by extruded aluminium die casting,
bases & caps by special leagues of aluminium die casting. All
displacements are equipped with couplings with du bushings to
increase performance & lifetime. All pumps are tested 1 by 1 on
our test bench before sale, to verify volumetric performance &
resistance at high pressure & temperature values.The range of
products with which ama instruments proposes on the market
is based on two guiding main ones:
• Solution for standard cabin
• Customized instruments and clusters

CHE FEMMINA CON PROFILO 1”3/8Z6. I MOLTIPLICATORI
“REFLUID” VENGONO TESTATI PER VERIFICARNE LA TENUTA E
LA RUMOROSITÀ. IL NUMERO DI GIRI MASSIMO CONSENTITO
IN INGRESSO AL MOLTIPLICATORE È DI 1000 GIRI/MINUTO. IL
NUMERO DI GIRI MASSIMO CONSENTITO IN USCITA È DI 3000
GIRI/MINUTO. L’OLIO CONSIGLIATO PER UN CORRETTO USO
DEL MOLTIPLICATORE È DEL TIPO SAE90.
GEARBOXES
“Refluid” pto gearboxes are made by aluminium die casting.The
available ratio are: 1:3 – 1:3,5 – 1:3,8 with p.T.O. Connections
1”3/8 z6 profile (both male & female). “Refluid” gearboxes are
tested to verify tightening of the sealings & the noise level. Max
inlet rpm allowed is 1000 rpm. Max outlet rpm. Allowed is 3000
rpm. We recommend sae90 oil for a correct use of the p.T.O.
Gearbox.

HA TRE LINEE DI RACCORDATURA CHE OPERANO SU DUE
TURNI DI LAVORO. TUTTI I TUBI RACCORDATI HANNO LA
MARCATURA SULLA BOCCOLA, DOVE COMPARE IL NOME
AMA E LA DATA DI PRESSATURA (MESE ED ANNO). CON
L’AUSILIO DI UN BANCO PROVA IN PRESSIONE PER IL
TUBO, SULLA BASE DELLE RICHIESTE DEI CLIENTI AMA
E’ IN GRADO DI TESTARE I TUBI SECONDO LE NORMATIVE
VIGENTI.
HYDRAULIC HOSES
Ama SpA is able to supply a wide range of hoses and fittings for
hydraulic circuits for agricultural and industrial applications.
Its range meets all customers’ requirements: from low to high
pressures. Inside the plant there are three hose crimping lines
working on two shifts. All AMA hoses have marked fittings,
stating our company name and crimping date (month and
year). Upon request, hose tests can be carried out thanks to
static test bench available in the workshop.

SPOOL MONOBLOC VALES
“Refluid” spool valves are monobloc valve in special
cast iron made, studied in smaller dimension,
to give best performances at heigh working
pressure. All our models are equiaped
with max. pressure valve. standard
setting is 150 bar but can be supplied
also as per customer
request.
