Il materiale nelle scatole presenta una miscelazione casuale, seppur assemblato all’interno di un range cromatico calcolato.
Prima di procedere alla posa del materiale stenderlo a terra e valutare il gradimento della miscela cromatica. In questo modo
sarà possibile sperimentare infinite combinazioni fino a raggiungere il risultato desiderato. Il materiale è un gres porcellanato,
suggeriamo una posa a colla perché il prodotto non ha assorbenza. Per la tipologia di colla e stucco attenersi a quanto
consigliato dai principali produttori di collanti. La marca posteriore è stata studiata per garantire un ancoraggio di eccellente
qualità con basso utilizzo di collante e quindi con un contenimento dei costi di posa. Questa tipologia di marca garantisce
inoltre l’assenza di aree vuote che generano fastidiosi effetti sonori. Si consiglia di posare il materiale rettificato e lappato con
una fuga minima di 2 mm e il materiale naturale NON rettificato con una fuga di 4 mm.
The material is randomly mixed even though it is assembled within a calculated colour range. Before starting to lay the material,
put it out on the floor to find out how you prefer the colour combinations. In this way infinite combinations can be tried until
the desired result is reached. The material is a porcelain stoneware and we suggest laying with adhesive because the product
is non-absorbent. For the type of adhesive and grout follow the advice of the leading glue manufacturers. The pattern on the
back has been designed to guarantee top quality adhesion using a minimum of adhesive resulting in lower laying costs. This
type of structure also ensures that there are no empty spaces which can cause annoying noise effects. We recommend you lay
the rectified, lapped tiles with a minimum joint of 2 mm and the non-rectified, untreated tiles with a 4 mm joint.
La matière dans les boîtes présente un mélange fortuit, bien qu’assemblé à l’intérieur d’une gamme chromatique calculée.
Avant d’effèctuer la pose de la matière, l’étaler par terre et évaluer la réaction du mélange chromatique. De cette façon il sera
possible d’expérimenter des combinaisons à l’infini jusqu’à atteindre le résultat souhaité. La matière étant un grès cérame, nous
conseillons une pose à la colle parce que le produit n’absorbe absolument pas. Quant à la typologie de colle et de mastic, se
conformer à ce qui est conseillé par les principaux producteurs d’adhésifs. La marque postérieure a été spécialement conçue,
en vue de garantir un ancrage d’une qualité excellente en faisant un usage bas de colle, ce qui assure une limitation des coûts
de pose. En outre, cette typologie de marque garantit l’absence de zones vides engendrant de fastidieux effets sonores. On
conseille de poser le matériel rectifié et rodé avec un joint minimum de 2 mm et le matériel naturel NON rectifié avec un joint
de 4 mm.
Das Material ist in den Kartons nach dem Zufallsprinzip gemischt, wobei jedoch eine vorbestimmte Farbpalette eingehalten wird. Vor
der Verlegung des Materials sollte es am Boden aufgelegt und die farbliche Mischung nach Geschmack abgestimmt werden. Auf
diese Weise kann so lange experimentiert werden, bis die gewünschte farbliche Mischung erreicht ist. Das Material ist Feinsteinzeug,
wir empfehlen, entsprechenden Spezialkleber für die Verlegung zu verwenden, da das Produkt nicht absorbiert. Hinsichtlich
des Klebertyps müssen die Empfehlungen der führenden Kleberhersteller beachtet werden. Die Rückseite gewährleistet einen
ausgezeichneten Halt unter sparsamer Verwendung von Klebern und daher eine Kostenersparnis bei der Verlegung. Diese Art der
Rückseite gewährleistet außerdem, dass keine Hohlräume entstehen, welche zu unangenehmen akustischen Erscheinungen führen
würden. Es wird empfohlen, das geschliffene und geläppte Material mit einer Fuge von mindestens 2 mm und das naturbelassene,
NICHT geschliffene Material mit einer Fuge von 4 mm zu verlegen.

Per cromatismo o tonalità si intendono le differenze di colore e struttura che possono caratterizzare singole piastrelle di una stessa produzione oppure partite di
produzioni diverse. Per valutare una tonalità (ed eventuali differenze nello standard) è consigliabile disporre sempre più piastrelle vicine. Eventuali contestazioni
relative a differenze di tono devono sempre essere avanzate prima della posa.
The color shade or shades of all tile varies some degree from piece to piece, from each production run to run. At least several pieces from the same production
run should be reviewed whenever possible to determine acceptable color shade variations. Any questions or concerns about your tile selection should be
clarified prior to installation.

Par chromatisme ou bien tonalité, on entend des différences de couleur ou bien structure pouvant caractériser une partie des carreaux de la même production
ou bien des lots de productions différentes. De manière à pouvoir juger d’une tonalité (et d’éventuelles différences par rapport au “standard”) on conseille de
toujours etendre par terre un certain nombre de carreaux. D’éventuelles réclamations concernant les différences de tonalités doivent toujours être signalées
avant la pose des careaux.
Unter “Farbspiel” oder “Nuancierung” versteht man die Farb- und Strukturunterschiede, die sich innerhaib einer Produktion zwischen einzelnen Fliesen
oder auch zwischen unterschiedlichen Fliesenproduktionschargen ergeben koennen. Zur Beurteilung eines Farbtones (und eventueller Abweichungen vom
Standard) ist es immer empfehlenswert, verschiedene Stuecke nebeneinander zu berurteilen. Eventuelle Beanstandungen bezueglich abweichender FarbtonNuancen muessen immer vor der Verlegung geltend gemacht werden.

GIOCO CROMATICO VISIBILE
Colori e strutture visibili su una piastrella possono dare solo un’indicazione generale del gioco cromatico che si andrà a comporre. Così un colore appena accennato su una piastrella potrà essere il colore dominante di un’altra piastrella della stessa partita.

While the colors present on a single piece of tile will be indicative of the colors to be expected on the other tiles, the amount of colors on each piece may vary
significantly. For example “that little bit of color” on one piece of tile may be the primary color on the next piece.

Les couleurs et les structures visibles sur un carreau peuvent seulement représenter une indication d’ordre général du “jeux chromatique”qui va se créer après la
pose des carreaux; ainsi, une couleur à peine perçue sur un seul carreau pourrait représenter la couleur principale d’un autre carreau de la même fabrication.

Piastrelle sinterizzate realizzate in grès fine porcellanato, perfettamente fuse e compatte, aventi caratteristiche di facile pulibilità. Le piastrelle, dopo cottura, devono essere
assolutamente inerti. Il processo produttivo deve impiegare materie prime non nocive, non radioattive, non contenenti metalli pesanti (cadmio, piombo), permettendo di
ottenere un prodotto in accordo con le tecniche della bioarchitettura. Il materiale deve essere cromaticamente colorato in tutto lo spessore, offrire perciò una garanzia
di resistenza all’usura illimitata nel tempo. Il materiale deve essere classificato nel gruppo BIa secondo la norma ISO 13006 e rispondere a tutti i requisiti di prodotto
previsti dalla norma ISO 10545. Specificatamente deve resistere al gelo (ISO 10545/12); agli sbalzi termici (ISO 10545/9); all’attacco acido e basico (ISO 10545/13);
possedere un valore di assorbimento d’acqua (ISO 10545/3) inferiore a 0,1%; ottenere una resistenza a flessione (ISO 10545/4) pari o superiore a 50N/mm2; ottenere un
valore di volume di materiale rimosso pari o inferiore a 130mm3 se sottoposto alla prova di resistenza all’abrasione profonda (ISO 10545/6); risultare non macchiabile da
agenti sporcanti alimentari secondo CTI-81-7 (Ceramic Tile Institute, USA). Le piastrelle devono essere collocate in modo stonalizzato all’interno del singolo imballo. La
superficie del materiale posato non deve avere versi, le singole piastrelle devono essere cromaticamente differenti l’una dall’altra per generare una finitura d’ambiente
decisamente e naturalmente movimentata. Le piastrelle devono essere esenti da microcavità passanti.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Sintered tiles created in fine porcelain stoneware, perfectly fused and compact and extremely easy to clean. After firing, the tiles must be absolutely inert. The production
process must use non-noxious and non-radioactive raw materials which do not contain any heavy metals (cadmium, lead) so that the product obtained complies with bioarchitectural techniques. The material must be coloured throughout the whole body, thus offering an unlimited time guarantee against wear. The material must be classified
in the BIa group according to the ISO 13006 standard and comply with all the product requirements set down in the ISO 10545 standard. More specifically, it must: be
resistant to frost (ISO 10545/12), thermal shock (ISO 10545/9), and acid and basic attack (ISO 10545/13); have a water absorption rating of less than 0.1% (ISO 10545/3);
reach a bending strength equal to or above 50N/mm2 (ISO 10545/4); reach a rating of volume of material removed equal to or less than 130 mm3 when subjected to the
deep abrasion resistance test (ISO 10545/6); prove to be resistant to staining by foodstuffs according to CTI-81-7 (Ceramic Tile Institute, USA). The tiles must be arranged
with very different shadings in each individual package. The surface of the laid material must not be directional; the individual tiles must be chromatically different from one
another to create a strong, naturally vibrant effect in the room. There must be no microcavities that pass from one side of the tile to the other.

Gesinterte Fliesen aus Feinsteinzeug, völlig gesintert und kompakt, einfach zu reinigen. Die Fliesen müssen nach dem Brennen vollständig reaktionsträge sein. Im Produktionsprozess dürfen nur unschädliche, nicht radioaktive Rohstoffe ohne Schwermetallgehalt (Kadmium, Blei) verwendet werden, wodurch es möglich ist, ein Produkt zu erzielen,
das den Techniken der Bioarchitektur entspricht. Das Material muss in seiner ganzen Dicke eingefärbt sein, wodurch die Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber Abnutzung für unbestimmte Zeit gewährleistet wird. Das Material muss der Gruppe BIa gemäß der Norm ISO 13006 entsprechen und alle Anforderungen der Norm ISO 10545 an das Produkt
erfüllen. Insbesondere muss es frostbeständig (ISO 10545/12), gegenüber Temperaturschwankungen (ISO 10545/9) sowie gegenüber Säuren und Basen widerstandsfähig
sein (ISO 10545/13), einen Wert hinsichtlich der Wasserabsorption von weniger als 0,1% aufweisen (ISO 10545/3), biegefest (ISO 10545/4) gegenüber einer Belastung von
50N/mm2 oder höher sein, einen Volumenverlust von 130 mm3 oder weniger haben, wenn es dem Tiefenabriebtest unterzogen wird (ISO 10545/6), sowie gegenüber fleckenden Lebensmittelsubstanzen gemäß CTI-81-7 (Ceramic Tile Institute, USA) widerstandsfähig sein. Die einzelnen Fliesen müssen sich von einander farblich unterscheiden,
damit der verlegte Bereich stark und natürlich bewegt erscheint. Die Fliesen dürfen keine durchgehenden Mikrovertiefungen aufweisen.
