Via Napoli is an authentic Napolitan pizza and pasta restaurant with a genuine woodfired pizza oven located in Malmö, Sweden.
Currently, we are looking for a cook/pizza baker with experience of authentic Italian
cuisine and wood-fired pizza baking. The ideal candidate has at least 3-4 years
professional cooking experience with traditional Italian cuisine.
We are a close team so it is also important that you can handle stress, are flexible and
pleasant to work with.
Language requirements: Fluent Italian is a requirement. Neither Swedish nor English
is necessary.
The position is full time and includes evening and weekend work shifts. We are
interested in candidates for both long or shorter term employment.
We can assist with finding a place to live in Malmö if needed.

Rattaché au pôle nouveau média vous êtes apporteur de culture internet et avez pour mission

- Coordination de projet Internet : En veille permanente sur les innovations digitales,

Mansione da svolgere:
Il vice direttore dovrà programmare, dirigere e coordinare i servizi della ristorazione in generale,

Curare gli aspetti amministrativi, l’immagine. lo stile e la promozione del ristorante;
Curare l’organizzazione dei ricevimenti e dei banchetti, e si occupa dell’accoglienza degli ospiti;
Supervisionare il lavoro in cucina e in sala;
Sovraintendere alla gestione del magazzino, alle ordinazioni dei prodotti alimentari e degli strumenti di
lavoro;

Requisiti richiesti:
Richiesto il diploma di scuola media superiore Tecnico delle attività alberghiere (I.P.S.S.A.R Scuola
Alberghiera)
Conoscenza di una o più lingue straniere (obbligatorio Francese per il cantone francese e il tedesco per il
cantone tedesco), deve essere di madrelingua italiana o avere un’ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.
Conoscenza delle caratteristiche organolettiche degli alimenti, delle bevande e delle modalità di
conversazione degli stessi;
Conoscenza delle normative igienico sanitarie e di sicurezza del settore.
Capacità di gestire il servizio di sala, della cucina e del magazzino
Capacità di utilizzare il computer (Microsoft office)
Si tratta di un ruolo dirigenziale che, attraverso un’ulteriore specializzazione con un “certificat de

Technical implementation of requirements of PMS customers and our development

Your Qualifications
Degree in information technology or completion of an equivalent training
You have developed software using C++ and Java technology during and after your studies/training
Oriented to high quality software and appealing solutions

Description of the task: Two to three years previous bartending experience, preferably in a 4 or 5 star
restaurant, lounge, etc Have a good cocktail and spirits knowledge Ability to up-sell and promote drinks
and specials. Ability to entertain guests with tricks and juggling is a plus Ability to speak fluent English
and Italian. Any other additional major language will be positively considered !! Salary depending on
experience, paid in US DOLLARS, must be discussed. Travel expences will be partly be refunded and
transfer benefits provided by the employer. Contracts are 6/7 months long, and automatically re-newable.
