Art. 1 – Promoter
The Municipality of Zola Predosa, Coordinator of the Project WOW, opens a contest for
the creation of: PROJECT LOGO

The coordinator manages this contest in the name and on behalf of all other project
partners: Casalecchio di Reno, Valsamoggia, Paredes, Algemesì, Tuzla and Veseli nad
Moravou municipalities.
Art. 2 – Object
This contest intends to create a logo for the project
“WOW – Who am I, who are you: European citizenship and intercultural dialogue”.
The logo will be made with free technique and will be present in .pdf and .jpg
extension, in coloured and black and white version.
It will be usable and easily recognizable even in small format, minimum 150x150 mm.

Art. 3 – Partecipation requirements
Participation is open to young people between 15 and 29 years old, formally involved
in project WOW. They can partecipate only in group of minimum 5 persons. Every
group will be represented by a leader. People can partecipate only in a group

Art. 4 – Logo’s characteristics
Participants may propose solution in compliance with the following requirements:
- Suitability and coherence for the identification of Project WOW;
- Originality and effectiveness in communicating;
- Relevance to the following key concepts:
● European citizenship,
● Citizens' rights and duties,
● Intercultural dialogue,
● Integration,
● Mutual knowledge among different countries.
Logo must contain the words "WOW".
Art. 5 – Terms and method of logo’s presentation
Candidates will send their original proposal by email at the following address:
[email protected].
Deadline for new logo presentation is 11:00 a.m. of the 1st September 2014 (Rome
time).
The logo's purpose will be composed by:
1. an original logo in coloured version, .pdf or .jpg extension minimum mm 400 x
400
2. an original logo in black and white version, .pdf or .jpg extension minimum mm
400 x 400
3. a short description of the meaning of the logo (about 1000 characters),
4. the enclosed form completed and signed by the group leader.
Art. 6 – Logos evaluation
From September 15, 2014 the proposals received will be visible on the website
dedicated to the project (WOW http::/www.wowproject.??)
All people involved in the project can choose their favorite logo. You can choose and vote
only one logo from 15th to 30th September 2014.
The most favorite wins this contest and it will be used on all communication materials
related to the Project from October 2014.
The winners will receive a special certificate of merit.
Art. 7 – Final rules
All entries received will remain available in the Promoter file that may use them in the
future, without any copyright.
Participation in the selection constitutes acceptance of the rules contained in this
notice.
