After our e-mail of confirmation we expect you to send us the application forms of your students (by e-mail). You can download the forms on line at this address http://www.ec.unipi.it/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&layout=item&id=271& Itemid=641 The deadlines for receiving the application forms are: 1. by 15th of July EU students, 30th of June VISA students (for the Fall semester) 2. by 15th of December EU students, 30th of November VISA students (for the Spring semester). In order to obtain the student record book and University credentials, your students must connect to Alice (the online portal to student services) in the web page: https://www.studenti.unipi.it/Anagrafica/Registrazione.do?cod_lingua=eng& access RESERVED AREA and perform REGISTRATION. After completing registration, on arrival in Pisa, your students must go to the International Relations Office, 44, Lungarno Pacinotti, Pisa, at opening hours, in order to complete enrollment to the University of Pisa and collect: - the student record book - credentials to have access to the University net - a canteen card. Accommodation The University of Pisa does not provide accommodation for exchange students but international students will receive a buddy who will help them in finding housing. The programme consists of a meeting with the International coordinator and the IRO staff, a tour of the Department, recreational activities with other students and assistance for the enrolment procedures.
