Le dimensioni ridotte e la praticità di utilizzo rendono lo strumento adatto a lavorare in qualsiasi ambiente.
Lo strumento fornisce nel più breve tempo possibile tutte le informazioni necessarie all’enologo per
definire i tempi e i modi di stabilizzazione in continuo di un vino.
Mediante un software semplice ed intuitivo è possibile:
• effettuare cinetiche e precipitazioni isoterme ad una qualunque temperatura da - 5° a 45 °C;
• determinare la TS mediante intersezione tra i profili termici della conducibilità sia in assenza che in
presenza di cristalli di THK.

• Termostatazione: in pochissimi minuti porta il campione alla temperatura prescelta e lo termostata nel tempo
• Precipitazione: giunto alla temperatura del test indica all’operatore di aggiungere THK e rileva ogni 5 sec. la conducibilità mantenendo inalterata la temperatura all’interno della camera.
• Grafici: al termine di un intervallo prestabilito (definito dall’utente) visualizza un diagramma dove riporta
la cinetica di precipitazione e tutti i parametri utili dell’analisi.
Il raffreddamento della Cella
avviene in pochissimi minuti
grazie alle Celle Peltier
a doppio scambio con
raffreddamento ad ARIA.
Lo strumento per funzionare
non necessita di NESSUNA

MISURA DELLA TEMPERATURA DI SATURAZIONE (TS)
Il Test TS determina la temperatura alla quale la solubilità del THK è pari alla
concentrazione del THK disciolto.
Il TARTARCHECK permette di eseguire questo test generando una sequenza
operativa composta dalle seguenti fasi:
• curva tal quale: il campione viene portato a Tmin.
E poi riscaldato a Tmax; durante tale procedura viene memorizzata la
conducibilità ogni 5 secondi.
• aggiunta del THK: il campione viene raffreddato nuovamente a Tmin.
Ove l’operatore aggiunge THK: segue una fase di stabilizzazione termica.
La temperatura cui si verifica il distacco tra le due curve è la TS.
• grafici: al termine i dati memorizzati sono interpolati e viene determinata matematicamente la TS.
Tutte le analisi fatte vengono automaticamente salvate in un file Archivio all’interno dello strumento. Il potente sistema operativo (256 MB) consente di memorizzare alcune migliaia di campioni.
I dati salvati vengono automaticamente ordinati per nome data e ora di analisi.

SATURATION TEMPERATURE (TS) MEASUREMENT
The TS test detect at which temperature the THK solubility is equal to
the dissolved THK concentration.
TARTARCHECK allows to perform this test generating an operation
having the following steps:
• wine curve: the sample is brought to T°-min and them to T°-max.
During this procedure, the conductivity is measured every 5 seconds.
• THK addition: the sample is cooled again to reach T°-min; now the user adds THK, then a phase of thermic stabilization occurs.
The T° where the two curves detach is the TS.
• charts: the stored data are interpolated and the TS is mathematically
given. All the performed analysis are automatically stored in an Archive
file inside the instrument. The strong operating system (256 MB) allows to store some thousands of samples. The saved data are automatically filed alphabetically and chronologically.
