certification of the environmental
and economic sustainability of buildings
based on measurable requisites, from the
consumption of environmental resources to
the consumption of energy, and the quality of
the internal environment.
The LEED mapping procedure has involved
all our products - from bathtubs to shower
enclosures, steam rooms and Duralight®
products.
Therefore, when used within a project for the
construction of a building, they contribute
toward satisfying some LEED credits in the
Water Efficency and Materials and Resources

Central Saint Giles: un edificio trasformato
in complesso multifunzionale, con uffici, negozi,
ristoranti e abitazioni. Il design si fonda
su standard di altissimo livello: vetro, acciaio
e ceramica sono le finiture esterne di questa
enorme scultura architettonica, dalle facciate
scintillanti e di grande effetto. Negli interni
a destinazione terziaria, Teuco ha affiancato
lo Studio RPBW nella creazione di un progetto
completamente personalizzato: una serie unica
di lavabi in Duralight®, il Solid Surface a base
acrilica brevettato, prodotto e trasformato
interamente da Teuco. Connubio di prestazioni
superiori e bellezza estetica, il Duralight® regala
agli ambienti un fascino tutto particolare.
Central Saint Giles: a building converted into
a multi-functional complex, featuring offices,
shops, restaurants and dwellings.
The design is based on the finest standards,
with glass, steel and ceramics being used
for the exterior finishes of this enormous
architectural sculpture, with its spectacularly
bright façades. The interior of the building
is intended for tertiary use, and here Teuco
worked jointly with the RPBW studio to create
a totally customised project: a unique range of
wash basins in Duralight®, the acrylic-based
solid surface composite material patented,
produced and processed entirely by
Teuco. The perfect combination of superior
performance and styling appeal, Duralight®
gives the settings an extra-special charm.

È il Trentino a vantare il primo progetto
di riqualificazione urbana firmato da Renzo
Piano. L’ex area Michelin è stata trasformata
in un quartiere polifunzionale - immerso
in cinque ettari di parco - con abitazioni,
uffici, spazi per la cultura e negozi. Pensato
come una smart city in miniatura, Le Albere
rappresenta un microcosmo dove il rispetto
per l’ambiente e il benessere del cittadino
sono al centro di ogni dettaglio. In questo
contesto Teuco è stata chiamata per arredare
i 286 bagni del progetto residenziale
in quanto partner affidabile per soddisfare
ogni esigenza di design e tecnologia.
Protagonisti dell’importante fornitura:
le vasche, i lavabi e i sanitari sospesi della
collezione Wilmotte, i piatti doccia in acrilico
Perspective e top in multistrato personalizzati.
Lo stile essenziale e pulito è sinergico con
tutto il progetto, che scrive una pagina
importante dell’architettura contemporanea.

The Trentino region boasts the first urban
redevelopment project designed by Renzo
Piano. The former Michelin area has been
transformed into a multi-functional district
- set in five hectares of greenery - with
housing, offices, cultural venues and shops.
Designed like a miniature smart city, Le
Albere represents a microcosm where
environmental awareness and the well-being
of citizens are the focus in every minute
detail. In this context, Teuco was called
upon to furnish the 286 bathrooms in the
residential project, as the reliable partner to
accommodate every requirement in terms
of design and technology. The stars of this
major supply were the bathtubs, wash basins
and wall-mounted sanitary fixtures from the
Wilmotte collection, the Perspective acrylic
shower trays and customised plywood vanity
tops. The strikingly simple and clean-cut style
is totally in keeping with the entire project,
which marks a significant milestone in the
history of contemporary architecture.

Il duoMo, aperto nel 2006, segna l’ingresso di
Ron Arad nel campo dell’hotellerie. L’utilizzo
di materiali alternativi, colori accesi e forme
insolite, creano un’atmosfera futuristica
e coinvolgente. L’unicità del duoMo appare
chiara non appena si entra dalla grande porta
‘flipper’: da qui si vede già il banco reception,
uno spettacolare anello in acciaio affusolato
a una colonna che è il punto focale dell’hotel.
Anche le stanze regalano sensazioni uniche
grazie all’approccio rivoluzionario con cui
sono gestite luci, forme e materiali.
The duoMo, which opened in 2006,
represents Ron Arad’s debut in the hotel
arena.The use of alternative materials, vibrant
colours and unusual shapes gives the hotel
a futuristic and exciting feel. The uniqueness
of the duoMo becomes clear as soon as
you enter through the grand ‘pinball flipper’
door that frames the view of the reception
desk (which itself is a spectacular steel ring
tapering up to the top of a pillar), making it the
focal point of the hotel. The rooms make their
own contribution to affording new sensations,
thanks to the revolutionary approach to light,
shapes and materials.

Fraser Suite is a luxury 50-storey residential
skyscraper in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
Owned by one of the most prestigious families
in the Arab Emirates, the impressive Tower
dominates the Persian Gulf and hosts
a total of 388 apartments.
The star of the bathrooms in the impressive
complex is the exclusive Suit collection
designed by Matteo Nunziati, the architect

Situated just outside the city centre
of Varese, on a converted abandoned industrial
site, “I Giardini Sospesi” (literally, Hanging
Gardens) is a property complex with a unique
characteristic: a vast park suspended 3
metres above sea level. Built in energy class
A, the project achieves a balance between
styling, functionality, technical comfort and
sustainability. Varese, which is defined as the
“garden city” owing to its centuries-old ability
to combine nature with art, is the ideal
inspiration for this unprecedented property
solution. The harmonious venue boasts the
contribution of the architect Matteo Nunziati,
who put his mind to the interior design
and picked Teuco to enhance the appeal
of the bathrooms in the 75 apartments.

ridefiniscono lo skyline di Pune, in India.
La Trump Organization, di cui è amministratore
delegato il celebre tycoon americano Donald
Trump, ha affidato all’architetto Matteo
Nunziati la progettazione chiavi in mano
di tutti gli interni dei 46 appartamenti da
400 mq ciascuno. L’ imponente progetto vede
Teuco quale fornitore esclusivo degli arredi
di tutte le raffinatissime stanze da bagno
con la collezione Suit disegnata dallo stesso
architetto Nunziati e con arredi e vasche
custom realizzati in Duralight®.
Trump Towers Residence comprises two
elegant and ultra-modern 25-storey towers
which redefine the skyline of the city of Pune,
India.
The Trump Organization, of which the famous
American tycoon Donald Trump is CEO,
commissioned the architect Matteo Nunziati
with the turnkey design of all the interiors of
the 46 apartments, spanning 400 m2 each.
The impressive project sees Teuco as the
exclusive furniture supplier for all the ultrasophisticated bathrooms using the Suit
collection designed by the same architect,

Nasce dalla ristrutturazione dell’ex hotel Manin
nei pressi di campo Sant’Angelo.
L’antico palazzo Barocci realizzato
nel XIX secolo, è costruito dove sorgeva
originariamente il Teatro Sant’Angelo, uno dei
sette teatri lirici di Venezia.
Una ricercata e sapiente ristrutturazione l’ha

come una tra le case più belle della
Turchia. All’ultimo piano del Süzer Plaza, è
caratterizzato da mura in cemento armato
grezzo e da ampie vetrate ed è suddiviso
in due piani comunicanti tra loro grazie
a una scala. Al secondo piano ci si può
rilassare nella vasca Seaside Teuco, dalla
quale si può ammirare il cielo stando
comodamente immersi nell’acqua. Sempre
qui si trovano la stanza da letto, la stanza
“hobby” e il bar.

The loft of the Ritz Carlton Residence,

an award for being one of the most beautiful
homes in Turkey. Sitting atop the Süzer
Plaza, the loft features characteristic raw
reinforced concrete walls and floor-toceiling windows distributed across the entire
structure, and it is divided into two floors
with a connecting staircase. The second
floor features a relaxing Teuco Seaside

The 4-star Valle di Assisi Hotel & Resort is set
amid the vineyards and age-old olive groves
of an estate spanning 70 hectares. The
prestigious facility was recently extended;
special focus was placed on the interior
design of all the new bathrooms, and the
highest quality materials and solutions were
selected for this project. The bathrooms of
the 20 suites were designed by the architect
Luca Scacchetti, who picked wash basins,
shower trays and mirrors in Duralight®, which
were all completely tailor-made. Owing to the
excellent pliability of this innovative material,

Darlings Danama è lo scafo numero 130
del cantiere ed è stato commissionato a CRN
da un armatore europeo. È la sesta nave
da diporto da 60 metri realizzata dal 2005
a oggi. Il megayacht può ospitare
comodamente 12 persone in 5 cabine
ospiti più la suite dell’armatore e 14
membri dell’equipaggio. Un comfort che
si ritrova anche nelle stanze da bagno
dell’imbarcazione, da quelle delle camere degli
ospiti e del capitano fino a quelle della zona
giorno. Tutte disegnate ad hoc, sono state
personalizzate con elementi diversi tra cui
vasca View, lavabi, mobiletti e docce
in Duralight®, nuovo ed esclusivo materiale
a marchio Teuco. Sempre in Duralight®, sono
stati realizzati anche il mobile bar del sundeck
e i rivestimenti dei bagni.
Darlings Danama is hull number 130 of this
yard and it was commissioned from the
CRN by a European shipowner. It is the sixth
60-metre pleasure craft built from 2005
to date. The megayacht can comfortably
accommodate 12 people in 5 guest cabins,
plus the shipowner’s suite along with 14
crew members. The same outstanding
level of comfort can be found in the yacht’s
bathrooms, from those in the guest rooms
to the captain’s bathroom, including the one
in the lounge area. They have all been tailormade and customised with different elements,
including the View bathtub, wash basins,
storage units and showers made of Duralight®,
a new and exclusive material bearing the
Teuco brand. Duralight® was also used for
the sundeck bar unit as well as to tile the
bathrooms.
