THE GOVERNING BODIES OF ACRI
Acri is governed by:
The General Assembly;
The Board of Directors;
The Chairman;
The Presidential Committee;
The Committee of the Banking Companies;
The Small and Medium Foundation Committee;
The Board of Auditors;
The General Manager.
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
The General Assembly determines the policies for achieving the objectives laid down in the Bylaws. It
decides on amendments to the Bylaws, and on the establishment, structure and regulation of any special
fund. It approves the accounts, appoints various organs, calls meetings, sets the agenda and selects the
venue of the Members’ Congress, which is usually convened every three years.
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of the Association has administrative and management powers, which may
be delegated to the Chairman’s Office, and is responsible for all matters of interest to the
Foundations. Other than the President of the Association; the members of the Presidential
Committee and the Board of Auditors, the Board is composed of:

THE CHAIRMAN
The Chairman - this position being currently held by Giuseppe Guzzetti - is the legal representative
of the Association. He calls and chairs the Assembly, the meetings of the Board of Directors, the
Presidential Committee and the Small and Medium Foundation Committee. The Chairman oversees
the activities of the Association, ensures that all resolutions passed by the Board members are
carried out and exercises the powers delegated to him by the same Board members.
