la regolazione della pressione di esercizio di un
sistema oleopneumatico che agisce sul volano
stesso.

A correct tensioning of the wire is controlled through
the pressure regulation of an oleo-pneumatic system
installed in the rear part of the flywheel.
SISTEMA DI TRASMISSIONE CALA
Il moto di avanzamento del taglio è ottenuto
facendo traslare verticalmente i cursori sulle
colonne attraverso sistemi lineari di guida
composte da ruote e guide prismatiche.
L’utilizzo di questa soluzione permette di
ottenere moti fluidi anche a bassissime velocità
di cala contestualmente ad elevate rigidezze e
precisioni di scorrimento.
Il movimento di salita e discesa dei cursori è
garantito da un sistema vite e madrevite
azionato da un motore brushless: un sistema di
controchiocciola previene la caduta dei cursori
in caso di usura delle chiocciole principali.

The cutting down feed is obtained by translating the
cursors vertically on the columns through the
application of linear guides systems composed by
prismatic wheels e guides.
The application of this solution allows very fluid
motions also running the machine at low down feed
with high rigidity and precision in sliding.
Cursors move up e down thanks to a system of screw
and main screw powered by a brushless gear motor.
A system of nut and counter-nut prevent possible
falling of flywheel’s holder in case of wearing of
driving nut.
