BHN: Milkine products for milk cooling
Un efficace raffreddamento del latte subito dopo la
mungitura è il migliore e più economico sistema per
arrestare lo sviluppo dei batteri. Questo raffreddamento si può ottenere con gli apparecchi per
refrigerazione BHN sia di tipo aperto che chiuso per
piccole, medie e grandi quantità di latte. Oltre a
risolvere il problema batteriologico, la vasca di
raffreddamento permette anche un risparmio delle
spese di raccolta, che può essere ridotta ad una
volta al giorno o anche ogni due giorni, a seconda
della capacità dell'apparecchio.
An effective milk cooling right after the milking is,
undoubtedly the best and most economic way to
keep bacteria from breaking out. This can be
obtained by using the BHN cooling system, coming
both in its open or closed version for small to medium
milk quantities. Along with solving the bacteriological
problems, the cooling tank allows to save up on milk
collecting expenses, an operation that can be carried
out either once a day or every other day, according
to the unit’s capacity.

La vasca di raffreddamento è composta da:
• unità di raffreddamento
• contenitore a vasca o a cisterna
• centralina di regolazione e comando
• rubinetto di scarico.
Gli apparecchi di raffreddamento del tipo chiuso, sono forniti
di dispositivo automatico di lavaggio.
Le vasche aperte BHN sono di tipo cilindrico verticale (CV)
fino a 1880 litri, sono fornite di coperchio rotondo, sempre in
acciaio inox, sul quale è fissato il riduttore per l'agitatore e la
centralina di regolazione e comando. Il cilindro poggia su un
telaio zincato a caldo, al quale è fissata inoltre l'unità di
raffreddamento con il relativo cofano di protezione.
Le vasche chiuse, a cisterna, sono a cilindro orizzontale (COLA) o verticale (CV-LA), con botola superiore e sempre sulla
parte alta sono fissati il riduttore per l'agitatore e la presa per
l'ingresso del latte. Inoltre sulla parte frontale è applicata la
centralina di comando, il dispositivo di lavaggio automatico ed
il rubinetto di scarico.
A seconda delle capacità l'unità di raffreddamento può essere
collocata in un'ambiente separato, sia per evitare rumore, che
per ottenere una migliore circolazione d'aria.

The cooling tank is equipped as follows:
• cooling unit tank or cistern shaped container
• system program and control box
• drain valves
The closed cooling units are equipped with an automatic
washing device. The BHN open tanks are on a cylinder
vertical stand (CV), up to 1880 lt-capacity, with round-shaped,
stainless steel lid, on which both agitator coupling and the
program/control box are mounted. The cylinder rests on the
weld-on frame to which is also fixed the cooling unit with its
protecting cowling.
The closed tanks, cistern type, vertical or horizontal-stand and
cylinder-shaped and provided with a top trapdoor. On this
same upper part are the agitator coupling and the milk inlet.
Furthermore, on the front side rest: the control box, the
automatic wash device and the drain valve.
According to their capacities, the cooling units can be located
in a separate room, to avoid the noise and to have an
improved air circulation.
