Menu setting:
Press SET in on hook mode, LCD will show VIEW MENU ↑↓,choose the menu by
pressing UP or DOWN key. Press SET again to enter the selected menu:
Select Language
Press SET. Scoll to “SELECT LANGUAGE” by pressing UP or DOWN key. There are
7 languages for choice: English/French/Spanish/Italian/German/Turkish/Danish, with
English as the default. Choose the desired language by pressing UP or DOWN key.
Set area code
handset, will dial the baby call number automatically.
Ring Melody
Press SET. Scroll to “ RING MELODY” by pressing UP or DOWN . Press SET to
enter this menu. LCD will show the current ring. Choose the
desired ring by pressing UP or DOWN. If you choose the C1 option, this menu will be
shielded.
Phonebook input
Press SET, Scoll to “SET AREA CODE” by pressing UP or DOWN key. Press to
confirm, LCD will show------,with the first“-“ blinking if there is no code set before. If
there is code, LCD will show the numbers, and the first number will blink.
Press SET. Scroll to “PHONEBOOK INPUT” by pressing UP or DOWN press SET
to enter this menu. LCD will prompt to input number. After inputting numbers, press
SET to save and start inputting name. Move the cursor by UP or DOWN keys when
editing name, and delete the wrong content by DEL. After name is edited, press SET
to confirm and go to the next.
Press UP or DOWN key to input the digit. Go to the next digit setting by pressing
SET. There are 5 digitals that can be set. Confirm the setting and go to next by
pressing SET.
Phonebook edit
Long distances
Press SET. Scroll to “LONG DIST ACCESS” by pressing UP or DOWN key. LCD will
show------,with the first”-“ blinking, if there is no code set before. If there is A code.
LCD will show the numbers, and the first number will blink. Press UP or DOWN key
to input the digit. Go to the
Next digit setting by pressing SET There are 6 digitals that can be set. Confirm the
setting and go to next by pressing SET
Date/ Time
Press SET. Scroll to “ DATE/TIME” by pressing UP or DOWN. After entry, the year
will be blinking. Modify it by UP or DOWN then go to the next time setting by pressing SET. After setting the date and time, LCD will show the corresponding week. All
the information will update automatically if the incoming call is FSK type.
Contrast adjust
Press SET. Scroll to “CONTRAST ADJUST” by pressing UP or DOWN. Press SET
to enter this menu. LCD shows the current contrast, Choose the desired level by
pressing UP or DOWN.
Baby call
Press SET. Scroll to “BABY CALL” by pressing UP or DOWN. Press SET to enter
this menu. LCD shows the current state, switch on or off by pressing UP or DOWN.
When you choose on press SET to confirm. LCD shows BABY CALL NUMBER, indicating user to input the baby call’s number. After inputting the desired number, press
SET to confirm. The default setting is “BABY CALL OFF”.
When the desired baby call number is programmed into the phone and the function
is set to “ON”, pressing any key on the phone (except the SET key) or lifting the

Press SET. Scroll to “PHONEBOOK EDIT” by pressing UP or DOWN. Press SET to
enter this menu. LCD will prompt to input the name to search the desired item, or just
view all the items by pressing UP or DOWN. Then press SET to edit the item, the
operation is the same as PHONEBOOK INPUT.
Flash time
Press SET. Scroll to “FLASH TIME” by pressing UP or DOWN. There are 4 flash
time for choice : 100ms/300ms/600ms/1000ms. The default time is set by the option.
Choose the desired time by pressing UP or DOWN.
Operation in on hook mode:
Incoming call’s display
When receiving an incoming call, phone will show the information of this call, such
as name, date and time, and record the total number of all incoming calls. If the call
is DTMF signal, phone will put its date & time to this call, due to that there is only
number but no other information taken with the signal. If no name has been sent out
by exchange, LCD will show the name if the phonebook have the same number.
If it is the new incoming call, there will appear a “NEW” icon on LCD; If it’s not, then
“REP” icon appears at the same time. If it’s a private call, LCD will indicate PRIVATE
CALL. And OUT OF AREA will display on LC if the call is out of area, and ERROR if
the CLI DATA is not correct.
Review the incoming calls
Review the incoming calls by pressing UP or DOWN in the idle mode, it will display
all the information such as number, date and time of the calls. Pressing UP or
DOWN more than 2s can change the item quickly.

Dial Back
Pressing REDIAL or SPK or lifting hook can dail back when reviewing the incoming
calls. Pressing REDIAL twice can add long-dist code at first.
Review the outgoing calls and dial out
Press OUT to review the outgoing calls. The items can be dialed out by Pressing
REDIAL or SPK or lifting hook. Pressing OUT more than 2s can change the items
quickly.
Review the phonebook
Ring selection
In the on hook mode, view the ring by pressing HOLD.
Ring volume adjustment
In on hook mode, Press VOL to adjust ring volume, There are 4 levels for choice, the
default is the highest one.
Operation in off hook mode:
Press PHBOOK,LCD will prompt to input the name to search the desired item. Input
the first character to get the desired item, or just view all the items by press UP or
Down key,The items can be dialed out by Pressing REDIAL / SPK or lifting hook.
MUTE function
Pre-dial function
The same operation as reviewing in on hook mode.
In on hook mode, press any digital button to input the pre-dialing number. Modify it
by DEL key. Pressing REDIAL / SPK or lifting hook can dial them out directly.
Delete function
In menu setting mode, DEL key is used to exit the state or erase characters input
wrongly.
In pre-dialing mode, DEL key is used to erase numbers input wrongly.
• In incoming calls reviewing mode, DEL key is used to delete the item, and pressing
this key more than 2s can delete all the incoming calls.
• In outgoing calls reviewing mode, DEL key is used to delete the item.
• In phonebook reviewing mode, DEL key is used to delete the item.
Baby call function
When in off hook mode; press mute can mute the transmit.
Review the incoming / outgoing calls / phone book
Dial out the one-touch memory
In off hook mode, press M1.
Music on hold
In off hook mode, press the HOLD to enter into the music on hold mode. When lifting
the handset, the music stops, and enters into the handset mode;
When pressing the HOLD again, the music stops, and enters into the hands-free
mode.
When pressing the SPK key, the music stops, and enters into the hands-free mode.
When the parallel phone is turning to the off-hook state, the music stops, and goes to
on hook mode automatically.
If the baby call function is switched on, press any keys (including lifting hook) except
SET can dial the number out.
Intelligent backlight
Any operation will turn on the backlight automatically, and it will turn off if there is no
operation in 6s.

When entering into the off hook mode, the calling timer will start after 6s.
Hands-free volume control
When in hands-free mode, can adjust the receiving volume by pressing VOL.
Call waiting is a feature that is available on some telephone networks. It allows a
user to receive a call while he is already on the line with someone else. While engaged in a conversation, the telephone user is alerted to the incoming call by a call
waiting alert, which usually sounds like a short tone or beep.
Making a call
Pick up the handset or press the SPK key on the base unit.
A dial tone will be heard.

Ending a call
Upon completion of a call:
Hand up by returning the handset back to its cradle on the base unit or, in hands free
mode, press the SPK key.
Receiving a call
The presence of an incoming call is indicated by ringer tones. The calling number
and name are displayed if sent by network of PABX.
The calling name is also displayed if the number is stored in the phonebook.
Pick up the handset or press the SPK key.
The call timer starts.
Flash function
If you wish to make several phone calls, one after the other, you can simply press the
FLASH as a shortcut to establish a dialing tone. Therefore, there is no need to hand
up in-between calls to establish a dialing tone.

Impostazione Menu :
Premere SET (Impostare) nella modalità agganciato, sul display LCD viene
visualizzato VIEW MENU (Visualizza menu) ↑↓, scegliere il menu premendo il tasto
SU o GIU’. Premere il tasto SET per accedere al menu selezionato:
Selezione della lingua
Premere SET. Scorrere fino “SELEZIONE LINGUA” premendo il tasto SU o GIU’. Vi
sono 8 lingue selezionabili: Inglese/Francese/Spagnolo/Italiano/Tedesco/Olandese/
Turco/Danese, con l’Inglese come impostazione predefinita. Scegliere la lingua
desiderata premendo il tasto SU o GIU’.
Impostazione del prefisso
Premere SET, Scorrere fino “IMPOSTAZIONE PREFISSO” premendo il tasto SU
o GIU’. Premere per confermare, lo schermo LCD mostrerà ------,con il primo “-“
lampeggiante se non c’è un codice impostato precedentemente. Se vi è un codice, lo
schermo LCD mostrerà i numeri, ed il primo numero lampeggerà.
Premere il tasto SU o GIU’ per inserire il numero. Passare alla impostazione del
numero successivo premendo SET. Vi sono 5 numeri che possono essere impostati.
Confermare l’impostazione e passare alla prossima premendo SET.
Lunghe distanze
Premere SET. Scorrere fino a “ACCESSO LUNGHE DISTANZE” premendo il tasto
SU o GIU’. Lo schermo LCD mostrerà------,con il primo ”-“ lampeggiante, se non c’è
un codice impostato precedentemente. Se vi è un codice, lo schermo LCD mostrerà
i numeri, ed il primo numero lampeggierà. Premere il tasto SU o GIU’ per immettere
il numero.
Passare alla prossima impostazione numerica premendo SET. Vi sono 6 numeri che
possono essere impostati. Confermare l’impostazione e passare alla successiva
premendo SET.
Data/ Ora
Premere SET. Scorrere fino a “ DATA/ORA” premendo SU e GIU’ per l’accesso,
l’anno lampeggierà. Modificarlo con SU o GIU’ e passare all’impostazione oraria
successiva premendo SET. Dopo l’impostazione della data e dell’ora, lo schermo
LCD mostrerà la settimana corrispondente. Tutte le informazioni saranno aggiornate
automaticamente se la chiamata entrante è del tipo FSK.
Regolazione contrasto
Premere SET. Scorrere fino a “REGOLAZIONE CONTRASTO” premendo SU o GIU’.
Premere SET per entrare nel menu, scegliere il grado desiderato premendo SU o
GIU’.
Chiamata Baby
Premere SET. Scorrere fino a “CHIAMATA BABY ” premendo SU o GIU’. Premere

SET per entrare nel menu. Lo schermo LCD mostrerà lo stato corrente, attivare o
disattivare premendo SU o GIU’. Se scegliete attivo, premere SET per confermare.
LCD mostrerà NUMERO CHIAMATA BABY, chiedendo all’utente l’inserimento dei
numeri delle chiamate baby. Dopo avere inserito il numero desiderato, premere SET
per confermare. L’impostazione predefinita è “BABY CHIAMATA DISATTIVATA”.
• Quando il numero di chiamata baby desiderato è programmato nel telefono e
la funzione è impostata su “ATTIVA”, premere qualsiasi tasto del telefono (ad
eccezione del tasto SET) o sollevare il ricevitore, comporrà il numero di chiamata
baby automaticamente.
Suoneria
Premere SET. Scorrere fino a “ SUONERIE” premendo SU o GIU’. Premere SET per
entrare nel menu. LCD mostra la suoneria attualmente impostata.
Scegliere la suoneria desiderata premendo SU o GIU’. Se scegliete l’opzione C1,
questo menu sarà protetto.
Impostazione Rubrica
Premere SET. Scorrere fino a “IMMISSIONE RUBRICA” premendo SU o GIU’.
Premere SET per accedere al menu. Sullo schermo LCD vi verrà richiesto
l’inserimento del numero. Dopo l’inserimento dei numeri, premere SET per
salvare ed iniziare l’inserimento del nome. Muovere il cursore utilizzando il tasto
SU o GIU’quando si modifica il nome, ed eliminare gli errori con DEL. Dopo
aver modificato il nome, premere SET per confermare e passare alla successiva
impostazione.
Modifica Rubrica
Premere SET. Scorrere fino a “MODIFICA RUBRICA” premendo SU o GIU’. Premere
SET per entrare nel menu. Sullo schermo LCD vi verrà richiesto l’inserimento
del nome per cercare la voce desiderata, o semplicemente visualizzare tutti gli
elementi premendo il tasto SU o GIU’. Quindi premere SET per modificare la voce,
l’operazione è la stessa utilizzata nella IMPOSTAZIONE RUBRICA.
Tempo di Flash
Premere SET. Scorrere fino a “FLASH TIME” premendo SU o GIU’. Vi sono 4
tempi di flash fra cui scegliere : 100ms/300ms/600ms/1000ms. Scegliere il tempo
desiderato premendo su SU o GIU’.
Operazioni in modalità agganciato:
Visione chiamate in arrivo sul display
Quando di riceve una chiamata, il telefono mostrerà le informazioni riguardanti la
chiamata, come il nome, data ed ora, e registrare il numero totale di tutte le chiamate
in entrata. Se la chiamata é in segnale DTMF, il telefono mostrerà solamente la
data & l’ora della chiamata, dovuto al fatto che viene rilasciato solo il numero e
nessuna altra informazione dal segnale. Se non vi è uno scambio di nomi tra le parti,

lo schermo LCD mostrerà solamente il nome se nella rubrica il numero di telefono
corrispondente è registrato.
Se si tratta di una nuova chiamata entrante, sullo schermo LCD apparirà una icona
con “NUOVO”. Se non é cosi’, l’icon “REP” apparirà allo stesso tempo. Se si tratta
di una chiamata privata, sullo schermo LCD apparirà CHIAMATA PRIVATA. FUORI
CAMPO viene visualizzato sullo schermo LCD se la chiamata viene da fuori Area, ed
ERROR se la data CLI non è corretta.
Visionare le chiamate in arrivo
Per rivedere le chiamate in arrivo premere SU o GIU’ nella modalità di inattivo,
verranno mostrate tutte le informazioni, come il numero, la data ed ora delle
chiamate. Premendo SU o GIU’ per 2 secondi vi permette di cambiare la voce più in
fretta.
Ricomporre
Premere REDIAL (ricomposizione) o SPK o sollevare il portatile per ricomporre
quando si visionano le chiamate in entrata. Premendo REDIAL due volte si puo’
aggiungere prima il prefisso di lunga distanza.
Visionare le chiamate in uscita e ricomporre
Premere OUT per rivedere le chiamate uscite. Le voci possone essere chiamate
premendo REDIAL o SPK o sollevando la cornetta. Premendo OUT per più di 2
secondi puo’ cambiare la voce più in fretta.
Visionare la Rubrica
Premere PHONEBOOK, sullo schermo LCD viene richiesta l’immissione del
nome per ricercare la voce desiderata. Digitare la prima lettera per trovare la voce
desiderata, o solamente per visionare tutte le voci premere il tasto SU o GIU.
Le voci possono essere richiamate premendo su REDIAL / SPK o sollevando la
cornetta.
Funzione pre-composizione
In modalità agganciato, premere un qualsiasi tasto per inserire il numero di precomposizione. Modificarlo con il tasto DEL. Premere REDIAL / SPK o sganciando il
telefono si può comporre direttamente.
Funzione cancellazione
Nel menu modalità impostazioni, il tasto DEL è utilizzato per uscire dallo stato o
cancellare i caratteri inserti non correttamente.
In modalità di pre-selezione, il tasto DEL è utilizzato per cancellare i caratteri inseriti
non correttamente.
In modalità visione chiamate in arrivo, il tasto DEL è utilizzato per cancellare le voci,
e premendo questo tasto per più di 2 secondi si possono eliminare tutte le chiamate
in entrata.
In modalità revisione rubrica, il tasto DEL è utilizzato per cancellare le voci.
Funzione Chiamate Baby
Se la funzione baby call è attivata, premere un qualsiasi tasto (incluso sganciare la
cornetta) ad eccezione di SET permette di chiamare il numero.
Retroilluminazione Intelligente
Ogni operazione attiva automaticamente la retroilluminazione, e si disattiva se non vi
sono operazioni dopo 6 secondi.
Memorizzazione Numeri ONE-TOUCH
Memorizzazione: In modalità agganciato, numero+SET+M1.
Rivedere: In modalità agganciato, Premere M1.
P.s. “Numero” include: pre-selezione numeri, numeri chiamate in entrata.
Per memorizzare una chiamata nella rubrica Telefonica
Memorizzazione: In modalità agganciato, chiamata in entrata+SET+RUBRICA+SET,
Quindi entrare nella modalità di modifica della rubrica telefonica.
Selezione Suonerie
In modalità agganciato, visualizzare le suonerie premendo su HOLD (attesa).
Regolazione volume suoneria
In modalità agganciato, Premere VOL per regolare il volume della suoneria. Vi sono
4 livelli selezionabili, quello predefinito e quello più alto.
Operazioni in modalità Sganciato:
Funzione Muto
In modalità sganciato premendo muto; la propria voce non viene trasmessa.
Rivedere le chiamate in entrata/In uscita /La Rubrica
E’ possibile effettuare la stessa operazione in modalità agganciato.
Comporre con la memoria one - touch
In modalità sganciato, premere M1.
Musica in attesa
In modalità sganciato, premere il tasto HOLD per entrare nella modalità musica
in attesa. Quando si solleva la cornetta, la musica si ferma, ed entra in modalità
telefono.
Quando si preme il HOLD, la musica si ferma, ed entra in modalità viva voce.
Quando si preme il tasto SPK, la musica si ferma, ed entra in modalità viva voce.
Quando il telefono parallelo passa in modalità sganciato, la musica si ferma, ed entra
automaticamente nella modalità di agganciato.
In modalità visione chiamate in arrivo, il tasto DEL è utilizzato per cancellare le voci.

Contatore chiamate
Quando si entra in modalità di sganciato, il timer si attiva dopo 6 secondi.
Controllo volume mani-libere
In modalità di vivavoce è possibile regolare il volume di ricezione premendo su VOL.

Funzione chiamata in attesa
Avviso di chiamata è una funzione che è disponibile su alcune reti telefoniche. Esso
consente all’utente di ricevere una chiamata mentre è già in linea con qualcun altro.
Mentre è impegnato in una conversazione, l’utente viene avvisato al telefono della
chiamata in arrivo da un avviso di chiamata in attesa, che suona di solito come un
breve segnale acustico.
Effettuare una chiamata
Sollevare la cornetta o premere il tasto SPK sull’unità base.
Si sentirà un tono di selezione .
Comporre il numero desiderato.

del chiamante e il nome vengono visualizzati se inviato da rete di PABX.
Il nome del chiamante viene visualizzato anche se il numero è memorizzato nella
rubrica.

Menu-instelling:
Druk op SET in de op de haak modus, LCD toont MENU BEKIJKEN ↑↓, het menu
kiezen door te drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG toets. Nogmaals drukken op SET
om het geselecteerde menu te opepen:
Taal selecteren
Druk op SET. Bladeren tot “TAAL SELECTEREN” door te drukken op de OMHOOG of
OMLAAG toets. Er zijn 8 taalen te kiezen: Engels / Frans / Spaans / Italiaans / Duits
/ Turks / Deens / Nederlands, met Engels als standaard. Kies de gewenste taal door
op OMHOOG of OMLAAG toets te drukken.
Landnummer instellen
Druk op SET, Bladeren tot “LANDNUMMER INSTELLING” door te drukken op de
OMHOOG of OMLAAG toets. Drukken om te bevestigen, LCD zal tonen------, met de
eerste “-“ knippert als er geen alvorens ingestelde code is. Als er een code is, zal de
LCD-Scherm de nummers tonen, en het eerste nummer knippert.
Druk op OMHOOG of OMLAAG toets voor het invoeren van de nummers. Ga naar
de volgende nummer instelling door te drukken op de SET toets. Er zijn 5 nummers
die ingesteld kunnen worden. De instelling bevestigen en naar het volgende gaan
door te drukken op SET.
Toegang op Afstand
Druk op de SET toets. Bladeren tot “TOEGANG OP AFSTAND” door te drukken op
de OMHOOG of OMLAAG toets. LCD zal tonen ------, met de eerste ”-“ kneppering,
als er geen alvorens ingestelde code is. Als er een code is, zal de LCD-Scherm de
nummers tonen, en het eerste nummer gaat knipperen. Druk op de OMHOOG of
OMLAAG toets for het invoeren van het nummer.
Ga naar de volgende nummer instelling door het indrukken van SET, er zijn 6
nummers die kunnen ingesteld worden. De instelling bevestigen en naar de volgende
gaan door te drukken op SET
Datum/ Tijd
Druk op SET. Bladeren tot “ DATUM/TIJD” door te drukken op OMHOOG of
OMHOOG. Naar de toegang, gaat het jar knipperen. Wijzigen door het gebruiken
van OMHOOG of OMLAAG, en dan door gaan naar de volgende instelling door te
drukken op SET. Na het instelling van de datum en tijd, zal de LCD tonen de overeenkomstige week. Alle informaties worden automatisch bijgewerkt als de binnekomende oproep is in FSK type.
Contrast aanpassen
Druk op SET. Bladeren tot “CONTRAST AANPASSING” door het drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG. Druk op SET om dit menu te openen. LCD-scherm toont de huidige
contrast, kies de gewenste niveau door te drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG.
Baby oproep
Druk op SET. Bladeren tot “BABY OPROEP” door te drukken op OMHOOG of

OMLAAG. Druk op SET om dit menu te openen. LCD-scherm toont de huidige
staat, aan of uit schakelen door te drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG. Wanneer u
kiest aan, drukken op SET om te bevestigen. LCD-scherm toont BABY OPROEP
NUMMER, en vraagt u de invoering van de baby oproep’s nummer. Na het invoeren
van de gewenste nummer, drukken op SET voor bevestigen. De standaard instelling
is “BABY OPROEP UIT”.
Wanneer de gewenste baby oproep nummer is geprogrammeerd in de telefoon en
de functie is ingesteld op “AAN”, drukken op een willekeurige toets op te telefoon
(behalve de SET toets) of de hoorn optillen, wordt de baby oproep nummer automatisch gebelt .
Belmelody
Druk op SET. Bladeren tot “ BELMELODY” door te drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG. Druk op SET om dit menu te openen. LCD-scherm zal de huidige belmelody
tonen. Kies de gewenste belmelody door te drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG. Als
u kiest voor de C1 optie, wordt dit menu afgeschermd.
Telefoonboek invoer
Druk op SET. Bladeren tot “TELEFOONBOEK INVOER” door te drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG, druk op SET om dit menu te openen. Op de LCD-scherm wordt
u gevraagt de invoering van het nummer. Na het invoeren van de nummers, druk
op SET voor opteslaan en te beginnen met het invoeren van de naam. Verplaats
de cursor door OMHOOG of OMLAAG toets voor het bewerken van de naam, en
verwijder de verkeerde inhoud met DEL. Na het wijzigen van de naam, drukken op
SET om te bevestigen en verder gaan naar de volgende.
Telefoonboek bewerking
Druk op SET. Bladeren tot “TELEFOONBOEK BEWERKING” door te drukken op
OMHOOG of OMLAAG. Druk op SET om dit menu te openen. Op de LCD-scherm
wordt gevraagt de invoering van de naam voor het gewenste item te zoeken, of
alleen alle items bekijken door te drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG. Dan drukken
op SET om de item te bewerken, de operatie is het zelfde als de TELEFOONBOEK
INVOERING.
Flash tijd
Druk op SET. Bladeren tot “FLASH TIJD” door te drukken op OMHOOG of
OMLAAG. Er zijn 4 flasch-tijden voor keuzing: 100ms/300ms/600ms/1000ms. De
standard tijd wordt bepaald door de optie. Kies de gewenste tijd door te drukken op
OMHOOG of OMLAAG.
OPERATIES IN HOORN OP DE HAAK MODUS
Inkomende gesprekken weergegeven
Wanner er een oproep binnenkomt, worden op te telefoon weergegeven alle informaties van de oproep, zoals naam, datum en tijd, en het aantal van alle inkomende
oproepen. Als de opreop is een DTMF signaal, zal de telefoon weergeven de datum
& tijd van deze oproep, als gevolg dat er slechts allen het nummer weergegeven

is, en geen andere informative met het signaal. Als er geen naam is verzonden
door uitwisseling, zal de LCD-scherm weergeven de naam uit de telefoonboek met
hetzelfde nummer.
• Als er een nieuwe oproep binnenkomt, wordt een icoon weergegeven met “NIEUW”,
Als niet, dan wordt de icoon “REP” weergegeven. Als het een prive-gesprek is, wordt
op het LCD-scherm aangegeven PRIVEGESPREK. En BUITEN GEBIED zal weergegeven worden op de LCD als de oproep komt van een buiten gebied, en FOUT als de
CLI DATUM fout is.
Inkomende oproepen bekijken
Bekijken de inkomende gesprekken door te drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG in de
standby-modus, alle informaties zoals het nummer, de datum en tijd van het gesprek
worden weergegeven. Drukken op OMHOOG of OMLAAG voor meer dan 2 seconden kan het item snel veranderen.
Terug bellen
Drukken op HERKIEZEN of SPK of optillen van de haak laat terug bellen bij herziening van de inkomende oproepen. Drukken HERKIEZEN twee keer kan toevoegen de
lange afstand code als eerst.
Uitgaande oproepen bekijken en bellen
Drukken op UIT om te herzien de uitgaande oproepen. DE items kunnen uitgekozen
worden door het drukken op HERKIEZEN of SPK of hoorn optillen. Drukken op UIT
voor meer dan 2 seconden kan het item snel veranderen.
Herziening van de Telefoonboek
Drukken op TELEFOONBOEK, LCD-scherm vraagt de invoering van de naam om de
gewenste item te vzoeken. Het eerste character invoeren voor de gewenste item te
krijgen, of naar alle item bekijken met drukken op de OMHOOG of OMLAAG toets,
De item kan gebeeld worden door te drukken op REDIAL / SPK of de hoorn optillen
van de haak.
Baby oproep functie
Als de baby oproep functie ingeschakeld is, drukken op elke toets (inclusiev af de
haak) behalfe SET kan het nummer uitkiezen.
Intelligente Schermverlichting
Elke actie schakelt automatisch aan de achtergrondverlichting, en deze schakelt
weer uit als er geen acties zijn voor 6 seconden.

OPERATIES IN HOORN AF DE HAAK MODUS
DEMPFUNCTIE
Wanner in de hoorn op de haak modus, drukken op Dempe, het geluid wordt dan
niet overgebracht.
Pre-dial functie
In de hoorn op de haak modus, drukken on de digitale toetsen voor het invoeren van
de pre-kiezen nummer. Wijzigen met de DEL toets. Drukken op REDIAL / SPK of de
hoorn optillen van de haak kan direct kiezen.
Herzien de inkomende / uitgaande oproepens / telefoonboek
Dezelfde bewerking ald herziening in hoorn op de haak modus.
Kiezen uit de one-touch geheugen
In de hoorn af de haak modus, drukken op M1.
Verwijder functie
In de instelling menu modus, wordt de DEL toets gebruikt om te verlaten of de foute
characters te verwijderen.
In pre-kiezen modus, wordt de DEL toets gebruikt voor het wissen foute ingevoerde
nummers.
• In inkomende gesprekken herziening-modus wordt de DEL toets gebruikt om het
item te verwijderen, en het indrukken van deze toets voor langer dan 2 seconden
verwijdert alle inkomende gesprekken.
• In uitgaande herziening-modus wordt DEL toets gebruikt om het item te verwijderen.
• In het telefoonboek herziening-modus wordt DEL toets gebruikt om het item te
verwijderen
Musiek in de wachtstand
In de hoorn af de haak modus, drukken op HOLD tot de toegang aan muziek in de
wacht modus. Bij het opnemen van de hoorn, de muziek stopt, en gaat in de hoorn
modus.
Wanneer nogmaals HOLD ingedrukt wordt, stopt het muziek, en gaat in de handenvrij modus.
Wanner de SPK toets ingedrukt wordt, stopt het muziek, en gaat in de handen-vrij
modus.
Als de parallele telefoon is geschakeld op hoorn af de haak status, stopt het muziek,
en schakeld automatisch over naar de hoorn op de haak modus.

Bel timer
Bij het invoeren van de hoorn af de haak modus, gaat het bellen timer starten naar 6
seconden.
Hands-free volume regeling
Wanneer in de handen-vrij modus, kan het ontvangen volume aangepast worden
door te drukken op VOL.
Onderhoud
Oproep in wacht functie
Gesprek in de wacht is een functie die beschikbaar is op sommige telefoon netwerken. Terwij de gebruiker is aan de lijn kan hij een andere oproep ontvangen van
iemand anders. Terwijl in gesprek, wordt de telefoon gebruiker gewezen op de inkomende oproep door een oproep in wacht waarschuwing, door een korte toon of biep.
Een oproep maken
Neem de hoorn op of druk op de SPK toets op het basisstation.
Een kiestoon zal gehoord worden.
Kies het gewenste telefonnummer.
Of pre kiezen.

Een oproep wijzigen
Na afloop van een gesprek:

De aanwzigheid van een inkomende oproep wordt aangegeven met beltonen. De
bellende nummer en de naam worden weergegeven als verzonden door het PABX
netwerk.
De beller naam wordt ook weergegeven als het nummer is opgeslagen in het telefoonboek.
Neem de hoorn op of druk op de SPK toets.

Flash functie
Als u verschillende telefoon gesprekken wilt makem, de ene na de andere, kunt u

Paramètres Menu:
Pressez la touche SET en mode veille. L’écran visualisera la mention VIEW MENU
↑↓ et choisissez le menu en utilisant les touches UP et DOWN. Pressez à nouveau la
touche SET pour accéder au menu sélectionné.
Sélection de la Langue
Pressez la touche SET. Faire défiler les options et sélectionnez le sous-menu
“SELECT LANGUAGE” à l’aide des touches UP et DOWN.
7 langues différentes vous sont proposées: anglais/français/espagnol/italien/
allemande/turc et danois.
La langue sélectionnée par défaut est l’anglais. Sélectionnez la langue désirée en
utilisant les touches UP et DOWN.
Paramètre préfixe
Appuyez sur la touche SET, faire défiler en utilisant les touches UP et DOWN
et visualisez la mention “SET AREA CODE”. Pressez pour confirmer. L’écran
visualise------, avec le premier “-“ qui clignote si aucun code n’a été paramétré. S’il y
a un code, le numéro sera visualisé et le premier chiffre clignotera.
Pressez les touches UP or DOWN pour insérer le numéro. Basculer au paramétrage
du numéro suivant en appuyant sur la touche SET. Vous pourrez paramétrer 5
numéros différents. Confirmez ensuite la sélection et passez à la suivante en
appuyant sur la touche SET.
Longues distances
Pressez la touche SET. Faire défiler les mentions en utilisant les touches UP et
DOWN et visualisez “LONG DIST ACCESS”. L’écran visualise------,avec le premier
”-“ qui clignote si aucun code n’a été paramétré. S’il un code est présent, le numéro
sera visualisé et le premier chiffre clignotera. Pressez les touches UP et DOWN pour
insérer le numéro. Passez ensuite à la sélection numérique suivante en appuyant
sur la touche SET. Il vous sera possible de paramétrer 6 numéros. Confirmez et
passez à la sélection suivante en appuyant sur la touche SET.
Date/ Heure
Pressez la touche SET. Utilisez les touches UP et DOWN pour sélectionner
la mention “ DATE/TIME”. Dès lors, l’année clignotera. Utilisez les touches UP
et DOWN pour modifier l’année et passez ensuite au paramétrage de l’heure
en pressant la touche SET. Après le paramétrage de la date et de l’heure,
l’écran affichera la semaine correspondante. Toutes les informations seront
automatiquement mises à jour si l’appel entrant est de type FSK.
Réglage du contraste
Pressez la touche SET. Utilisez les touches UP et DOWN pour sélectionner la
mention “CONTRAST ADJUST”. Pressez la touche SET pour accéder au menu.
L’écran visualisera le contraste en cours paramétré. Choisissez le niveau désiré en
appuyant sur les touches UP et DOWN.
Appel “Baby call”
Pressez sur la touche SET. Utilisez les touches UP et DOWN pour sélectionner

la mention “BABY CALL” . Pressez la touche SET pour accéder au menu. L’écran
visualisera l’état en cours. Activer ou désactiver la fonction en utilisant les touches
UP et DOWN. Si vous optez pour la position active, pressez la touche SET pour
confirmer. La mention BABY CALL NUMBER sera visualisée à l’écran, indiquant à
l’utilisateur de saisir le numéro de l’appel “Baby call”. Après avoir saisi le numéro
désiré, pressez la touche SET pour confirmer. Le paramétrage prédéfini est “BABY
CALL OFF”.
• Lorsque le numéro Baby Call désiré est programmé dans le téléphone et la
fonction est en position active “ON”, appuyez sur une touche quelconque du
téléphone (excepté la touche SET) ou soulevez le combiné et le numéro Baby sera
automatiquement composé.
Sonnerie
Pressez la touche SET. Utilisez les touches UP et DOWN pour sélectionner la
mention “ RING MELODY”. Pressez la touche SET pour accéder au menu et l’écran
visualisera la sonnerie sélectionnée. Choisissez la sonnerie désirée en utilisant les
touches UP et DOWN. Si vous choisissez l’option C1, ce menu sera protégé.
Paramètre Répertoire
Pressez la touche SET. Utilisez les touches UP et DOWN pour sélectionner la
mention “PHONEBOOK INPUT” .
Pressez à nouveau la touche SET pour accéder au menu. La saisie du numéro vous
sera demandé. Dès l’insertion du numéro, pressez la touche SET pour sauvegarder
et commencer la saisie du nom. Déplacez le curseur en utilisant les touches UP
et DOWN lorsque vous modifier le nom et effacer les éventuelles erreurs avec la
touche DEL. Dès que le nom est modifié, appuyez sur la touche SET pour confirmer
et passez au paramétrage suivant.
Modification du répertoire
Pressez sur la touche SET. Utilisez les touches UP et DOWN pour sélectionner la
mention “MODIFIER REPERTOIRE”. Appuyez sur la touche SET pour accéder au
menu. L’insertion du nom vous sera demandé pour rechercher l’information désirée
ou visualiser simplement toutes les données en utilisant les touches UP et DOWN.
Pressez ensuite la touche SET pour procéder aux modifications. L’opération est la
même que celle suivie dans le paragraphe Paramètre Repertoire.
Temps de Flash
Pressez la touche SET. Utilisez les touches UP et DOWN pour sélectionner
la mention “FLASH TIME”. 4 temps de flash différents vous sont proposés:
100ms/300ms/600ms/1000ms. Choisissez le temps désiré en utilisant les touches
UP et DOWN.
Opérations en mode raccroché:
Visualisation des appels entrants
Lorsque vous recevez un appel entrant, les informations relatives à cet appel seront
visualisées à l’écran à savoir le nom, la date et l’heure ainsi que l’enregistrement du

nombre total d’appel entrant. Si l’appel est en signal DTMF, le téléphone visualisera
uniquement la date & l’heure de l’appel, du fait qu’aucune autre information du signal
ne sera attribué excepté le numéro . Si aucun échange de nom entre les parties n’a
été effectué, le nom sera affiché à l’écran si le numéro de téléphone correspondant a
bien été enregistré.
• En cas de nouvel appel entrant, une icône avec la mention “NEW” apparaitra à
l’écran; Si ce n’est pas le cas, l’icône “REP” apparaît en même temps. S’il s’agit d’un
appel privé, la mention PRIVATE CALL sera visualisée. La mention OUT OF AREA
apparaîtra si l’appel est émit hors de la zone et la mention ERROR si les données
CLI sont incorrectes.
Visualisation des appels entrants
Utilisez les touches UP et DOWN en mode inactif pour visualiser à nouveau les
appels entrants. La plupart des informations seront visualisées dont le numéro, la
date et l’heure des appels. Pressez sur les touches UP et DOWN pendant plus de 2
secondes pour changer l’information plus rapidement.

Visualiser les appels sortants et recomposer
Pressez la touche OUT pour visualiser les appels sortants. Les appels peuvent être
recomposés en pressant la touche REDIAL ou SPK ou en décrochant le combiné.
En appuyant pendant plus de deux seconds la touche OUT , il vous sera possible de
modifier les informations plus rapidement.
Visualiser le répertoire
Pressez la touche PHBOOK et il vous sera demandé de saisir le nom correspondant
aux informations que vous souhaitez rechercher. Saisissez la première lettre pour
retrouver le nom désiré ou faire défiler toutes les données en utilisant les touches UP
et DOWN.
Utilisez la touche REDIAL / SPK ou décrocher le combiné pour rappeler les
numéros.
Fonction pré-composition
En mode raccroché, pressez une touche quelconque pour insérer le numéro de précomposition. Procédez à sa modification en appuyant sur la touche DEL.
En appuyant sur la touche REDIAL / SPK ou en décrochant le combiné vous pourrez
composer directement le numéro.

Im Auflegen-Modus drücken Sie EINSTELLEN, wird LCD MENÜANSICHT ↑↓

Ortsvorwahl einstellen
Drücken Sie EINSTELLEN. Wählen Sie “ORTSVORWAHL EINSTELLEN” durch

erste “-“ wird funkeln wenn keiner Code vorher eingestellt wurde. Wenn ein Code

OBEN oder UNTEN Taste. LCD wird zeigen------, das erste “-“ wird funkeln wenn
keiner Code vorher eingestellt wurde. Wenn ein Code eingestellet wurde, wird LCD
die Nummern anzeigen und die erste Nummer wird funkeln. Drücken Sie OBEN
oder UNTEN Taste um die Nummer einzugeben.
Gehen Sie zur nächsten Ziffer-Einstellung durch EINSTELLEN. Es gibt 6 digitale
Nummern die eingestellt werden können. Bestätigen Sie die Einstellung und gehen
Sie zum nächsten durch Drücken von EINSTELLEN.
Datum/ Uhrzeit
Drücken Sie EINSTELLEN. Wählen Sie “DATUM/UHRZEIT” durch OBEN oder UNTEN Taste. Das Jahr wird funkeln; Sie können das durch OBEN oder UNTEN Taste
bearbeiten, dann gehen Sie zur nächsten Zeit-Einstellung durch EINSTELLEN.
Nachdem Sie Datum und Zeit eingestellt haben, wird LCD die entsprechende Woche
anzeigen. Alle Hinweise werden automatisch aktalisieren wenn der angehende Anruf

Babyruf

oder deaktivieren. Drücken Sie EINSTELLEN zur Bestätigung. LCD zeigt BABYRUF
NUMMER, das bedeutet, dass der Benutzer die Babyruf-Nummer eingeben soll.

Telefonbuch eingeben

Menú de configuración:

• Cuando el bebé número de teléfono deseado está programado en el teléfono
