Angelo Valsecchi PROVINCIA DI LECCO SETTORE VIABILITÀ e PROTEZIONE CIVILE CONSIDERAZIONI PRELIMINARI Le verifiche sono state effettuate secondo quanto previsto dalle norme sulle caratteristiche funzionali e geometriche delle intersezioni stradali, in particolare per le elaborazioni sono state effettuata utilizzando il programma di simulazione “Synchro plus Sim Traffic 7 realizzato da Trafficware Ltd.. In particolare le verifiche sono state basandosi sui rilievi di traffico disponibili presso il comune di Cernusco Lombardone opportunamente aggiornati. Le verifiche condotto sono state quattro le seguenti: - Verifica con traffico dell’ora di punta con impianto semaforico ottimizzato nel ciclo di funzionamento; - Verifica con traffico pari al 75% del traffico dell’ora di punta con impianto semaforico ottimizzato nel ciclo di funzionamento; - Verifica con traffico dell’ora di punta della soluzione progettuale 8; - Verifica con traffico pari al 75% del traffico dell’ora della soluzione progettuale 8. Le risultanze delle analisi costituiscono parte integrate della presente relazione. CONCLUSIONI Dalle verifiche effettuate emerge un livello prestazionale e funzionale superiore dell’intersezione rivisitata con la soluzione a rotatoria rispetto al mantenimento in essere degli impianti semaforici ammodernati nel ciclo di funzionamento, a tal fine si rimanda ai tabulati allegati. In particolare la soluzione a rotatoria determina sempre tempi di attesa e code inferiori alla soluzione impianti semaforici che in alcuni casi presenta blocchi totali della circolazione.
