Queste macchine si rivolgono alle aziende che intendono
automatizzare il taglio del vetro laminato e che richiedono grande
facilità d’uso ed un approccio intuitivo nella programmazione della
lavorazione. I nuovi tavoli Genius 37 LM–C37 e Genius 37 LM-C61
sono stati studiati per facilitare la movimentazione della lastra
e del traverso aumentando sensibilmente la produttività. Il ponte di
registro, scorrevole sotto il tavolo, rende completamente
accessibile l’area di lavoro, facilitando la movimentazione durante il
cambio di lavorazione. La struttura rigida del ponte di taglio
garantisce una riuscita ottimale nella lavorazione per tutti gli
spessori di vetro. Un elevato grado di ergonomia e facilità d’uso
è garantito tramite il gruppo di cinghie aggiunte sul modulo di taglio
ed il software dedicato.

These machines are conceived for those companies that intend to
automate the cutting of laminated glass sheets, granting great
ease of use and an intuitive approach to the programming of the
workings. The new Genius 37 LM–C37 and Genius 37 LM-C61
tables were developed to make easier the handling of the glass
sheets and the movements of the axis thus improving the
productivity. The movable bridge with measurement register, sliding
under the table, allows total access to the work area making it
easier to move the glass sheets during the change of working.
The sturdy frame of the cutting bridge grants an optimal
carrying of the working for all the glass thicknesses. Maximum
ergonomy and ease of use are granted through the belts on the
cutting module and the dedicated software.

Taglio.
Queste macchine sono dotate di fotocellula per il rilevamento
di inizio e fine lastra per l'esecuzione di tagli liberi ed inclinati.
Il taglio è eseguito con testine molto sensibili montate su carrelli
azionati da motori Brushless.
Cutting.
These machines are equipped with photocell to detect beginning
and end of the sheet for the execution of free and inclined cuts.
The cutting is carried through extremely sensible cutting heads
placed on a unit equipped with Brushless engines.
Troncaggio inferiore.
Il troncaggio inferiore è eseguito con una rotella azionata
pneumaticamente, montata direttamente sul carrello di taglio
superiore.
Lower breaking.
The lower breaking is executed with a pneumatic cutting wheel
which is mounted directly on the upper cutting unit.
Troncaggio superiore
La barra di troncaggio a due posizioni programmabili esegue
automaticamente il troncaggio della lastra superiore. Sulla superficie
della barra si trova una linea colorata che fa da riferimento per le
operazioni di taglio inclinato.
Upper breaking
The breaking of the upper glass sheet has 2 programmable positions
and is automatically carried by the breaking bar. The colored line on
the surface of the bar functions as reference for inclined cutting
operations.
Riscaldamento del film plastico.
Una lampada ad onde corte riscalda il film plastico senza surriscaldare
il vetro. In contemporanea, il ponte superiore di taglio garantisce la tenuta
di una porzione di lastra premendo su di essa ed una barra con ventose
permette la separazione del volume finito.
Heating of the plastic film.
A short wave lamp heats the plastic film without overheating
the glass. At the same time, the upper cutting bridge blocks
a portion of the glass sheet pushing it. A suction cup bar allows
the separation of the finished piece.
Lama per il taglio del pvb
La lama montata sul carrello di taglio inferiore, è particolarmente
adatta per il taglio del pvb (> 0,76 mm) in modo di garantire
una elevata finitura del bordo.
Blade for pvb cutting
The blade placed on the lower cutting unit, is ideal for pvb cutting
(> 0,76 mm) in order to grant maximum finishing quality.

Sistema di battute mobili di riferimento a scomparsa
a cui l’operatore accosta la lastra per ottenere le corrette
dimensioni di taglio. Le battute sono montate su un ponte
di registro che scorre sotto il tavolo, in modo da lasciare
completamente sgombro il piano di lavoro.
Bracci Basculanti
Le macchine sono dotate di bracci basculanti elettropneumatici
per il carico e scarico delle lastre. Portata massima lastra
3710x2600 mm con spessore 1010.4.
Movable bridge with measurement register
These machines are equipped with a system of drop-down
stops that allows to obtain the desired glass dimension.
The stops are positioned to a bridge that slides under the working
table, thus leaving the work area completely free.
Tilting arms
The tables are equipped with electro-pneumatic tilting arms
for the loading and downloading of the glass sheets. Maximum
sheet dimensions: 3710x2600 mm with glass thickness 1010.4.

taglio, l’operatore può rimanere sempre nella zona di attestatura e

Belts unit at the entrance of cutting module (opt.)
Thanks to the belts unit placed in front of the cutting bridge, the
machine operator remains all the time in the unloading area thus
granting a high level of productivity.
The handling of the subplate is automated untile the last finished
volume.
Polmone verticale brevettato (opz. solo su linee C)
Il "polmone verticale" (brevetto Intermac), soluzione che consiste
nell’alzare la lastra laminato per permettere al traverso di ruotare e
posizionarsi sotto di essa per eseguire i tagli “Y”. Permette di
ottimizzare gli spazi, utili per la vostra vetreria, senza
comprometterne la produttività.
Patented vertical buffer (opt. only on C lines)
The "vertical buffer" (Intermac patent) represents a device for lifting
the laminated glass sheet so that the sub-plate can rotate and
position itself under the sheet for carrying out "Y" cuts. It also
makes it possible to optimise the work space which is essential in
glassworks, without compromising productivity.

Combinando il meglio del mondo del taglio
Combining the best of the cutting worlds
Comby R-37 e Comby J-37 sono gli abbinamenti intelligenti tra i tavoli
da taglio Genius CT (monolitico) e Genius 37 LM (laminato).
In pratica Comby Intermac vuol dire avere due linee automatiche,
una per il float e una per il laminato, integrate ed in spazi ridotti.
Queste linee combinate offrono numerosi vantaggi:
· riduzione del 20% della superficie produttiva necessaria.
· aumento del 50% della produttività
Tutto questo a fronte di un aumento del 10 % sull'investimento
necessario per l'acquisto del tradizionale abbinamento Genius 37-61
CT + Genius LM.
L'integrazione tra le due macchine è resa possibile dall'aggiunta delle
ventose sul ponte di taglio float, del polmone verticale, dei cinghioli
sul modulo di taglio dell'LM e la barra di troncaggio sul tavolo
laminato. Il polmone verticale brevettato consiste in un dispositivo che
solleva l'estremità della lastra laminato per permettere al traverso di
ruotare e posizionarsi sotto di essa per eseguire i tagli in Y. Permette
l'ottimizzazione degli spazi senza compromettere la produttività della
linea. La produttività del laminato raggiunge lo stesso livello delle linee
automatiche C37 o C61. La movimentazione lastra e traversi è
automatica con avvicinamento ai riferimenti del laminato per eseguire
l'attestatura a misura manualmente. La produttività del monolitico
incrementa notevolmente ed è facilitata dal troncaggio statico in X.
L'operatore si limita, dal tavolo laminato, a troncare i traversi e
abilitare il troncaggio in X del traverso successivo. Le prestazioni delle
macchine sono le stesse dei Genius 37-61 CT e del Genius 37 LM.
Genius Comby

Comby R-37 and Comby J-37 represent the smart combination of
cutting tables Genius CT (monolithic) and Genius 37 LM (laminated).
Basically Intermac Comby equals having two automatic lines, one for
float glass and one for laminated glass, that are integrated and
occupy a limited space.
These combined lines offer many advantages:
_20% reduction in work area requirements
_50% increase in productivity
All this for only 10% more on the investment needod to purchase the
traditional Genius 37-61 CT + Genius LM combination.
The integration of both machines has made possible thanks to the
addition of suction cups on the float cutting bridge, a vertical buffer,
belts on the LM cutting module and a breaking bar on the laminated
table. The patended vertical buffer consists of a device that lifts the
extremity of the laminated glass sheet so that the sub-plate can
rotate be positioned under the glass sheet to allow the removal of the
Y cuts. It also allows for optimization of the productive floorspace
without compromising the output of the line.
Laminated glass productivity level is the same as that of C37 or C61
automatic lines. Glass sheet and sub-plate transfer is automatic with
the laminated glass sheet approaching the reference stops so as to
carry out manual squaring to measure.
Monolithic glass output increases substantially and is made easier by
X static breaking. All the operator has to do is break the sub-plates
from the laminated glass table and enable X breaking of following
subplate.
The performances of these machines are the same as for Genius 3761 CT and Genius 37 LM.

IWNC integrato su Personal Computer commerciale con interfaccia
Windows.
L’utilizzo di un PC con sistema operativo Windows garantisce
un approccio estremamente facile ed intuitivo nell’utilizzo da parte
dell’operatore e la totale connettività con sistemi di rete
e con i supporti ottici/magnetici reperibili sul mercato.
Il PC fornito è completo di CD ROM, e scheda di rete, monitor a
colori 17” e sistema operativo Windows. Il PC è dotato
della modalità teleservice per effettuare diagnostiche remotate
ed aggiornamenti/modifiche al software tramite linea telefonica.
These cutting tables are equipped with IWNC numerical
control based on commercial PC with Windows interface.
The use of a PC with Windows operating system is extremely
simple and intuitive for the operator and provides full connectivity
with commercially available network systems and optical/magnetic
supports. The PC is supplied with CD-ROM drive, and network card,
17” color monitor and Windows operating system. The PC modem
and teleservice software enable remote diagnostics and software
updates.
