La famiglia di linee da taglio Genius LM-A è composta da macchine
per il taglio del vetro laminato ergonomiche e dotate di comandi
intuitivi che dimostrano una elevata conoscenza del settore e
sono capaci di elevati livelli di produttività. Le linee Genius LM-AC,
disponibili con l’automazione dell’intero ciclo dal carico allo scarico
del volume finito, si rivolgono ad aziende con esigenze superiori ai
400 mq per turno. Si tratta di soluzioni particolarmente innovative,
brevettate da Intermac, che permettono di inserire una linea per il
laminato confrontabile con le altre presenti sul mercato, ma in spazi
notevolmente ridotti e senza sacrifici sul piano della produttività,
visto il tempo ciclo particolarmente ridotto. La movimentazione
del vetro è completamente automatizzata e l’operatore si limita a
scaricare i volumi processati.
The Genius LM-A range of cutting lines consists of machines for
cutting laminated glass that are ergonomic and equipped with
intuitive controls, which bear witness to Intermac’s great know-how
in the sector and can guarantee high levels of productivity. The
Genius LM-AC lines are available with full cycle automation facility
from loading to unloading of the finished product and are aimed at
companies with needs above 400 m2 per work shift. They represent
particularly innovating solutions, covered by Intermac patent, which
allow insertion of a laminated line that can withstand comparison
with other models on the market but in much reduced space and
without renouncing output levels, given the very short working
cycle times. Glass sheet handling is completely automated and the
operator only needs to unload the finished products.

The breaking of the upper glass sheet has 2
programmable positions and is automatically
carried by the breaking bar. The coloured line on
the surface of the bar functions as reference for
inclined cutting operations.

Riscaldamento e stacco del film plastico
Una lampada ad onde corte riscalda il film plastico senza surriscaldare
il vetro. Il tiraggio viene effettuato sulla faccia inferiore del vetro,
per non scaricare la potenza di stacco sul coating del vetro low-e
e lasciare la macchina completamente aperta dal lato operatore.
Heating and separation of the plastic film
A short wave lamp heats the plastic film without overheating the glass.
The pulling is executed on the lower part of the glass, to avoid applying
separation force on the coating film of low-e glasses. This also makes it possible
to leave the work area completely free on the side of the machine operator.
Lama per il taglio del pvb
La lama montata sul carrello di taglio superiore,
è particolarmente adatta per il taglio del pvb (> 0,76 mm)
in modo di garantire una elevata finitura del bordo.
Blade for pvb cutting
The blade placed on the upper cutting unit, is ideal for pvb cutting
(> 0,76 mm) in order to guarantee maximum finishing quality.

Il “polmone verticale” (brevetto Intermac), soluzione che
consiste nell’alzare la lastra laminato per permettere al
traverso di ruotare e posizionarsi sotto di essa per eseguire
i tagli “Y”. Permette di ottimizzare gli spazi, utili per la vostra
vetreria, senza comprometterne la produttività.
Patented vertical buffer
The “vertical buffer” (Intermac patent) represents a device
for lifting the laminated glass sheet so that the sub-plate
can rotate and position itself under the sheet for carrying
out “Y” cuts. It also makes it possible to optimise the work
space which is essential in glassworks, without compromising
productivity.

It allows to rotate sub-plates with the following dimensions:

on the Genius 37LM-AC61 line or 3300x2550 on both lines.
After the rotation, the sub-plate is already in position for the
measurment squaring of the first Y cut.

Thanks to the belts unit placed in front of the cutting bridge, the
machine operator remains all the time in the unloading area thus
granting a high level of productivity. The handling of the subplate is
automated untile the last finished volume.

Taglio in sagoma (opz.).
Soluzione che permette di eseguire, in funzione dell’ottimizzazione,
tagli in sagoma e tagli diagonali completamente in automatico ed in
contemporanea su ambedue le lastre.
Permette di eseguire volumi sagomati con notevoli dimensioni,
pari alle prestazioni massime della macchina; anche una finestra
centinata da 6000 x 3000 mm.
Permette di eseguire automaticamente tagli in diagonale senza
tracciare le origini sul vetro.
Per i volumi con tagli in diagonale l’utilizzatore al termine del taglio
deciderà se eseguire il troncaggio in automatico con la macchina o
manualmente.
Shaped cutting (opt.).
This solution allows the automatic execution of shaped cuts and
diagonal cuts on the two glass sheets at the same time maintaining the
optimisation of the glass sheet.
It allows the execution of shaped volumes of large dimensions, as large
as the maximum workable dimensions: even a 6000 x 3000 mm
scalloped window.
It allows the automatic execution of diagonal cuts without the need to
use reference marks on the glass.
For volumes with diagonal cuts the machine user will decide if to carry
the breaking automatically with the machine or manually.

intelligenti tra i tavoli da taglio Genius CT (monolitico) e Genius LM-A

In pratica Comby Intermac vuol dire avere due linee automatiche, una
per il float e una per il laminato, integrate ed in spazi ridotti.
Queste linee combinate offrono numerosi vantaggi:

Comby R-A37 / J-A37 / J-A46 / J-A60 represent the smart
combinations of cutting tables Genius CT (monolithic) and Genius
LM-A (laminated).
Basically Comby Intermac means having two automatic lines, one
for float glass and one for laminated glass, that are integrated and
occupy limited space.
These combined lines offer many advantages:
_ 20% reduction in work area requirements
_ 70% increase in productivity
Tutto questo a fronte di un aumento del 12 % sull’investimento
necessario per l’acquisto del tradizionale abbinamento Genius 37-61
CT + Genius LM-A.
All this for only 12 % more on the investment needed to purchase the
traditional Genius 37-61 CT + Genius LM-A combination.
L’integrazione tra le due macchine è resa possibile dall’aggiunta delle
ventose sul ponte di taglio float, del polmone verticale, dei cinghioli sul
modulo di taglio dell’LM-A e la barra di troncaggio sul tavolo laminato.
Il polmone verticale brevettato consiste in un dispositivo che solleva
la lastra laminato per permettere al traverso di ruotare e posizionarsi
sotto di essa per eseguire i tagli in Y. Permette l’ottimizzazione degli
spazi senza compromettere la produttività della linea. La produttività
del laminato raggiunge lo stesso livello delle linee automatiche AC37
o AC61. La movimentazione lastra e traversi e l’attestatura sono
automatiche.
La rotazione dei traversi è opzionale. La produttività del monolitico
incrementa notevolmente ed è facilitata dal troncaggio statico in X
dei traversi.
L’operatore si limita, dal tavolo laminato, a troncare i tagli in Y e
abilitare il troncaggio in X del traverso successivo. Le prestazioni delle
macchine sono le stesse dei Genius 37-61 CT e del Genius LM-A.
The integration of both machines has been made possible thanks
to the addition of suction cups on the float cutting bridge, a vertical
buffer, belts on the LM-A cutting module and a breaking bar on the
laminated table. The patented vertical buffer consists of a device that
lifts the laminated glass sheet so that the sub-plate can rotate and
position itself under the sheet to carry out Y cuts. It also allows for

the line. Laminated glass output level is the same as that of AC37
or AC61 automatic lines. Glass sheets and sub-plates transfer and
squaring are automatic. Sub-plate rotation is optional.
Monolithic glass output increases substantially and is made easier by
X static breaking of the sub-plates. All the operator has to do is break
the Y cuts from the laminated glass table and enable X breaking of
following subplate.
The performances of these machines are the same as for Genius
37-61 CT and Genius LM-A.

IWNC integrato su Personal Computer commerciale con interfaccia
Windows.
L’utilizzo di un PC con sistema operativo Windows garantisce
un approccio estremamente facile ed intuitivo nell’utilizzo da parte
dell’operatore e la totale connettività con sistemi di rete
e con i supporti ottici/magnetici reperibili sul mercato.
Il PC fornito è completo di CD ROM, e scheda di rete, monitor a
colori 17” e sistema operativo Windows. Il PC è dotato
della modalità teleservice per effettuare diagnostiche remotate
ed aggiornamenti/modifiche al software tramite linea telefonica.
These cutting tables are equipped with IWNC numerical
control based on commercial PC with Windows interface.
The use of a PC with Windows operating system is extremely
simple and intuitive for the operator and provides full connectivity
with commercially available network systems and optical/magnetic
supports. The PC is supplied with CD-ROM drive, and network card,
17” color monitor and Windows operating system. The PC modem
and teleservice software enable remote diagnostics and software
updates.
