Accettiamo con piacere gli animali domestici di piccola e media taglia ben educati e, in quanto amanti degli animali, non
applichiamo nessuna tariffa giornaliera, solo € 20,00 alla partenza per l’igienizzazione della camera. Non potranno
avere, però, accesso al ristorante, alle piscine, al reparto cure e al centro benessere. Ampio parco con recinto per loro.
We’ll be happy to host also your well-trained small/medium sized pets, and because we’re animal lover’s ourselves,
there is no extra daily charge, just a 20,00 € room sanitization fee upon departure. Please let us know in advance
if your pet will be accompanying you. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, the pools, the thermal cure areas or
Wellness Center. We have an extensive enclosed park for them.

Condizioni Conditions
Arrivo/Partenza: le camere sono a vostra disposizione a partire dalle ore 14.00 del giorno di arrivo e vi preghiamo di
lasciarle libere entro le ore 12.00 del giorno di partenza. In caso di cancellazione della prenotazione o di partenza
anticipata, comprendiamo che a volte possano succedere degli inconvenienti, per questo motivo faremo il possibile
per non aumentare oltremodo il vostro disagio e la penalità addebitata sarà di una sola notte. Nella SPA, in caso di
cancellazione o di cambio orario vi preghiamo di avvisare la reception 24 ore prima, altrimenti saremo costretti ad
addebitare comunque il costo del trattamento.
Per Capodanno l’addebito della prima notte verrà richiesto per cancellazioni entro 7 giorni dalla data di arrivo; a chi
festeggerà con noi sarà richiesto un periodo minimo di soggiorno e il supplemento per il veglione del 31/12.
L’Hotel rimane chiuso dal 03.07.2016 al 29.07.2016
Arrival/Departure: rooms are ready for occupancy from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to
vacate their rooms by 12 pm on the day of departure. In case of cancellation of booking or departure in advance (we
understand that sometimes problems arise), we will not make matters worse - guests will be charged for one night.
Whenever you must cancel or change a the time for a scheduled SPA treatment, please notify the Reception at least 24
hours in advance; otherwise we will be obliged to bill you for the entire price of the treatment.
For New Year’s Eve, guests will be charged for the first night even for cancellations made at least 7 days before the
scheduled date of arrival; guests celebrating New Year’s Eve with us will be required to book a minimum period of stay
and the surcharge for the gala dinner.
