Il Disgiuntore Elettronico è un dispositivo che, collegato in parallelo al
condensatore di marcia nel motore asincrono monofase, aumenta notevolmente la
coppia di spunto nella sola fase di avviamento grazie all'inserimento di un
condensatore supplementare.
Sostituisce il tradizionale disgiuntore centrifugo ingombrante e di laboriosa
installazione.
Trova largo impiego in applicazioni quali motori per compressori, idropulitrici,
elettropompe sommerse ed in genere in tutte quelle applicazioni dove è
richiesta una elevata coppia di spunto.
Attualmente vi sono 3 modelli: 2 elettromeccanici (ITF04 e ITF06) ed 1
elettronico (ITF02).

The Italfarad Circuit Breaker is a device connected to the running capacitor of a
single phase electric motor that provides an extra help when starting, staying
connected for a very short time with an additional starting capacitor.
It replaces the old starting methods like the centrifugal one, cumbersome and
wearisome in fitting up.
The Italfarad Circuit Breaker is largely adopted for several applications like
electric motors for air compressors, washing machines, pumps and generally
for all those applications in which the motor is supposed to overcome a
considerable opposite mechanical torque.
Currently there are 3 models: 2 electromechanical (ITF04 and ITF06) and 1
electronic (ITF02).
