Dicitura indelebile bianca indicante tipo e dimensioni.
C a r a t t e r i s t i c h e costruttive
• La mescola della cinghia trasforma le forze sui fianchi in forze longitudinali sulla
parte di trazione.
• La copertura in tessuto offre presa e protegge contro l'abrasione.
• La parte in poliestere garantisce la resistenza a carichi da urto occasionali o ricorrenti.
• Eccellente resistenza a olii, temperature elevate, ozono, luce solare, agenti
atmosferici e invecchiamento.
• Anastatiche (ISO 1813), e in quanto tali ne è consentito l'utilizzo alle condizioni
descritte nella Direttiva 94/9/EC - ATEX.

C a r a t t e r i s t i c h e costruttive Super HC® MN
• La dentellatura riduce le sollecitazioni termiche e di flessione, distribuendole in
m o d o più uniforme. Il profilo della dentellatura contribuisce inoltre a ridurre la
rumorosità.
• I fianchi diritti, di dimensioni precise, consentono un'azione di incuneamento
uniforme e permettono un accoppiamento perfetto tra la cinghia e le gole delle
pulegge.
• Permette l'uso di galoppini esterni.
• I trefoli di trazione "flex-bonded" in poliestere sono vulcanizzati in una massa
strutturale monolitica, assicurando una migliore resistenza alla tensione e alla
flessione, alla fatica e alle punte di carico.
• La mescola in elastomero protegge la cinghia dal calore, ozono e luce solare.
• La cinghia non entra in combustione per surriscaldamento da attrito, nemmeno
in condizioni di forte slittamento.
• Antistatiche (ISO 1813), e in quanto tali ne è consentito l'utilizzo alle condizioni
descritte nella Direttiva 94/9/EC - ATEX.

Vantaggi
• Ottimo rapporto costo/prestazioni.
• Potenza superiore con lo stesso ingombro o potenza uguale con un ingombro
inferiore di 1/3 o della metà rispetto alle cinghie trapezoidali di sezione
convenzionale.

Le cinghie trapezoidaii Gates Pred'ator® sono realizzate con trefoli in aramide per offrire una resistenza
senza confronti all'allungamento e agli urti. Lo speciale trattamento del rivestimento a doppio strato
di tessuto offre alle cinghie trapezoidali Gates Predator® una resistenza all'abrasione assolutamente
unica, rendendole solide contro detriti, perforazioni, slittamento e strappo. La superficie esterna del
rivestimento a doppio strato di tessuto è realizzata in una struttura a dorso vuoto (non gommata)
per garantire la capacità di scivolare agevolmente in presenza di carichi da spinta e da forte urto.
Compiti che distruggerebbero qualsiasi altra cinghia, sono affrontati senza problemi.
Caratteristiche costruttive
• I trefoli in aramide offrono eccezionale
resistenza, durata e allungamento nullo.
• Il rivestimento a doppio strato di tessuto garantisce eccellente
resistenza ad abrasione ed usura.
• Lo speciale trattamento del rivestimento ultra robusto resiste allo slittamento e allo strappo in
presenza di punte di carico senza generare calore eccessivo e resiste alla penetrazione da parte di
materiali estranei.
• La mescola di gomma cloroprene offre eccellente resistenza ad oli e al calore.
• Il rivestimento con superficie non gommata consente lo slittamento temporaneo a seguito di
sovraccarichi eccessivi, senza danneggiare la cinghia.

Le cinghie PowerBand® presentano una fascia multistrato che offre eccellente
rigidità laterale a prevenzione del piegamento laterale delle cinghie o del
distacco dalla trasmissione.
- Le cinghie singole sono appositamente progettate per applicazioni in
cui le cinghie PowerBand® non rappresentino un'alternativa, ovvero
laddove i detriti devono passare nello spazio tra le diverse cinghie senza
danneggiare la sezione della cinghia. Le cinghie singole Predator® sono
disponibili su richiesta in lunghezze superiori ai 1400 mm.
