La Donatella – a success
story of an all-Italian company producing delicious
pastries that has made
quality its mission. The company was
established in 1946 thanks to the experience of its founder, Giuseppe Marconato, who set up an artisan pastry
shop. At the beginning of the 60s, as
a result of Giuseppe’s business skills
and determination, the shop gained
a foothold in the market of Northeast
Italy, in particular along the Venetian
coastal area. Today, the company continues to grow and still maintain the
production of fresh pastries for the
local market. La Donatella is now leader in producing high quality frozen
bakery products that todays exports in
52 countries.

Italiana che produce squisita pasticceria e che ha fatto della qualità e della tradizione la
sua mission. L’azienda nasce nel 1946
come laboratorio di pasticceria artigianale, grazie all’esperienza del suo
fondatore Giuseppe Marconato che,
con la sua capacità imprenditoriale
e la sua tenacia, all’inizio degli anni
‘60 riesce ad imporsi nel mercato del
nord est italiano, soprattutto nel litorale veneziano.
Oggi l’azienda, in continua crescita,
pur mantenendo la produzione di
pasticceria fresca destinata al mercato locale, eccelle nella produzione di
pasticceria congelata di qualità, che
con orgoglio esporta in 52 paesi nel

Tiramisù
Tradition weltberühmt machte, ist
die erste geschichtliche Erwähnung
von Tiramisu gegen Ende der 60er
Jahre in seinem Buch “Die trevisianische Küche” zu verdanken, ein über
500 Seiten langes Fachbuch für Gastronomie, das die Geschichte der
trevisianischen Küche vom VI. Jahrhundert bis heute erzählt (Muzzio
Verlag, 1983). Giuseppe Maffioli beschrieb als erster diese Süßspeise, die
vor Ort im Restaurant “Le Beccherie”
in Treviso zubereitet wurde.
Tiramisu zählt zu den weltweit bekanntesten und beliebtesten Süßspeisen
und erobert mit seinen perfekt aufeinander abgestimmten, köstlichen
Aromen selbst die anspruchsvollsten

Unser Tiramisu wird auch heute
noch nur mit traditionellen venezianischen Originalzutaten nach
dem trevisianischen Originalrezept
