COMPANY PROFILE
Nasce nel 1961 per mano dell’Ingegnere Bruno
Berera la Acciaitubi SpA. L’acciaio è una tradizione per la famiglia Berera, che inizia già nel
1919, in quella Lecco che diventerà nota nel
mondo come culla della lavorazione dell’acciaio
e dei suoi derivati.
Acciaitubi SpA was founded in 1961 by Bruno
Berera. Steel is rooted in the Berera’s family tradition, a tradition which started in Lecco back in
1919 and soon developed an innovative production of steel and its derivatives such as to make
the region soon famous all over the world.
Oggi con il Dr. Marco Berera, alla terza generazione imprenditoriale, Acciaitubi guarda al futuro,
mantenendo intatto l’amore per la propria storia,
il senso di appartenenza al territorio, la conoscenza del prodotto e della sua lavorazione.
Today, Marco Berera represents the third entrepreneurial generation, guiding Acciaitubi into the
future but with the same strong values in mind:
its own history, the sense of belonging to the territory, the knowledge of the product and manufacturing processes.
In 50 anni sono cambiate molte cose. Adattandosi tempestivamente alle esigenze del mercato, l’impresa oggi esporta il 50% della sua
produzione, puntando a raggiungere una quota
del 70%. La sua flessibilità, la capacità di riorganizzarsi in brevissimo tempo; la velocità e
precisione nella risposta al cliente; l’offrire interlocutori responsabili, e sempre ben definiti;
la mancanza di burocrazia, grazie ad un’organigramma snello e duttile: sono questi i maggiori
vantaggi competitivi che Acciaitubi può garantire alla sua clientela. Oggi, l’azienda ha scelto di
ampliare la sua gamma produttiva concentrandosi maggiormente sui tubi gas e acqua. È così
che Acciaitubi ha scelto di festeggiare il proprio

QUALITY
La qualità per Acciaitubi SpA è una vera e propria scelta di campo; un valore costruito nel
tempo, con tenacia e dedizione. Risale infatti
al 1987 la prima certificazione del sistema di
gestione per la qualità aziendale, un risultato
a cui nel 1992 è andato ad aggiungersi il prestigioso marchio di qualità di prodotto DVGW,
rilasciato dall’ente di certificazione TÜV, valido
per il mercato tedesco sia su tubi saldati che
su tubi senza saldatura. Sono del 2010 le certificazioni di prodotto GOST per il mercato russo,
per tubi neri e zincati in base alle normative
UNI, EN, ISO, ASTM e API. Del 2011, invece, le
certificazioni CE per i tubi acqua e gas prodotti
in accordo alla normativa EN 10255:2004 +
A1:2007, e per i tubi da costruzione realizzati
secondo la EN 10219-1:2006. La qualità non
smette di essere un obiettivo per Acciaitubi:
oggi infatti l’azienda risponde alla normativa ISO
9001:2008 certificata dall’ente CERMET, e da
giugno 2011 alla certificazione del sistema di
gestione ambientale UNI EN ISO 14001:2004.
For Acciaitubi SpA quality is not just a choice, but
a long-lasting value built on strength and commitment. In fact, in 1987, the company achieved the
first certification of quality management system;
in 1992 Acciaitubi obtained from TÜV the prestigious DVGW certification for the product quality,
valid for the German welded and seamless pipes
market. In 2010 the company attained the GOST
certification for the galvanized and black tubes
for the Russian market, according to the UNI, EN,
ISO, ASTM and API regulations. Lastly, in 2011,
the company got the CE certification for gas and
water tubes, according to the EN 10255:2004
+ A1:2007 regulation, and for the scaffoldings
tubes according to EN 10219-1:2006.
Quality is Acciaitubi’s main goal. Nowadays,
the company is conform to the ISO 9001:2008
regulation, certified by CERMET, and from June
2011 achieved also the certification for the
environment management system UNI EN ISO
14001:2004.

Acciaitubi fonda il proprio impegno produttivo. Le linee di profilatura e saldatura del tubo
lavorano materiali laminati a caldo, laminati
a freddo, Sendzimir e ad alta resistenza. L’organizzazione interna permette di gestire la
materia prima con estrema flessibilità, finalizzando lo slittering alle singole commesse
e consentendo, quindi una puntualità ed efficienza ben oltre gli standard.
Affiancate alle linee di profilatura, ci sono la
zincatura a caldo e le finiture quali filettatura,
grovatura e taglio di precisione a misura e
verniciatura. Il nostro servizio su commessa
viene anche completato da altri punti di forza,
come l’ampiezza della gamma a stock, e il
just in time per i nostri clienti.
Versatility, promptness and compliance to
customers’ requests are the mainstays of
Acciaitubi’s productive commitment. The
forming and welding of tubes is carried out
on hot and cold-rolled materials, Sendzimir
and high resistance. The production structure
allows to handle the raw material with flexibility, finalizing the slittering to the single orders thus ensuring top-rated timeliness and
efficiency.
Alongside the rolling lines there are the hotdip galvanizing line and the finishing treatments, such as: threading, grooving, precision cutting and painting.

Tubi Sendzimir, DECAPATI E ALTO RESISTENZIALI
Sendzimir, pickled and high resistance TUBES

I materiali impiegati per la costruzione di questi tubi sono
in accordo alle norme: Sendzimir EN 10327, Automotive
EN 10149-2, Laminato EN 10130. Il tubo automotive trova
il proprio impiego prevalentemente in applicazioni di sicurezza dell’auto come la struttura interna dei sedili e i punti
di ancoraggio delle cinture di sicurezza. Il tubo destinato
alla produzione di mobilio trova invece applicazione negli
impieghi strutturali che presentano particolari esigenze
estetiche. I tubi Sendzimir vengono utilizzati anche per la
produzione di recinzioni mobili e fisse. Possono essere forniti in lunghezze da 1 a 10 metri.

Materials used for the production of these tubes are in accordance with the norms: Sendzimir EN 10327, Automotive EN 10149-2, Rolled EN 10130. Automotive tubes are
used in the car industry, mainly for safety applications, as
in seat frames or in fixing safety belts. Tubes for furniture
and structural uses find application where special aesthetic requirements are needed. Sendzimir tubes are used
also for the production of temporary or fixed fencing. On
request they can be supplied from 1 to 10 meters length.
