L’interruttore di manovra-sezionatore RI6Q36-SV è combinato con
tre fusibili MT per la protezione di trasformatori secondo la norma CEI
EN 62271-105 (IEC 62271-105). La scelta della corrente nominale
del fusibile deve essere fatta secondo i dati indicati nella tabella
sottostante che tiene conto delle varie necessità del circuito (corrente
di inserzione a vuoto del trasformatore, guasti dell’avvolgimento
del trasformatore, corrente di corto circuito sui morsetti secondari).

General characteristics
The manufacturing technology of RI6Q36 kV load break switch comes
from RI6Q 24 kV LBS. The insulation and breaking field is SF6 gas,
which is the same for breaking and making process of electrical
current as well. Active parts, duly modified to up-rise the voltage
value of dielectric withstand, are included inside a metallic enclosure,
stainless steel, water tight and lifetime guaranteed in compliance with
IEC 62271-1 and IEC 60265 standards, so during lifetime no gas
re-fulfilment is necessary. The enclosure is back fitted with an over
pressure valve guaranteeing the gas way-out against an eventual
pressure up-rise over 2,5 bar, consequently the apparatus will enter

Switch Type RIS6Q36
Coming from RI6Q36 LBS but without breaking and making current.
It is a disconnector with rated current of 400-630 A.
Fuses
The load break switch RI6Q36-SV type may be combined with three
MV fuses for protection of transformers in compliance with standard
CEI EN 62271-105 (1EC 62271-105). The choice of the fuse rated
current must be done according to data, shown in the below mentioned
table and considering the several circuit requirements (transformer
off load connection current, transformer wind up faults, short circuit
current on secondary terminals).

La tecnologia costruttiva dell’interruttore di manovra-sezionatore RI6Q36
è derivata dall’IMS RI6Q a 24 kV. Il mezzo isolante e di interruzione
è il gas SF6, ed identico è il processo di interruzione e stabilimento
della corrente elettrica. Le parti attive, opportunamente modificate per
elevare il valore di tensione della tenuta dielettrica, sono racchiuse
in un involucro metallico, in acciaio inox, a tenuta sigillata garantita a
vita secondo le norme IEC 62271-1 e IEC 60265, cosicchè durante
il ciclo di vita non è necessario alcun rabbocco di gas. L’involucro è
dotato nella parte posteriore di una valvola di sovrapressione che
garantisce l’evacuazione del gas in caso di aumento della pressione
oltre i 2,5 bar, con conseguente messa in sicurezza dell’apparecchio.

General data
Il quadro protetto tipo MiniGas 636 è stato progettato per la
distribuzione elettrica di media tensione fino a 36 kV.
è costituto da scomparti modulari accoppiabili che trovano impiego
in cabine di trasformazione per il comando e la protezione di linee,
trasformatori, e nella distribuzione di energia elettrica sia nelle
reti di società elettriche di distribuzione sia nelle reti industriali.
Il quadro MiniGas-636, utilizza l’interruttore di manovrasezionatore
con isolamento in SF6, tipo RI6Q36, e può essere equipaggiato
con interruttori a comando laterale, in SF6 o vuoto, delle principali
case costruttrici.

Metal enclosed MiniGas-636 type switchboard has been studied for
M.V electrical distribution.
It is made of standardized matchable units employed in the transformer
cabins for switching and protection of lines, transformers, motors and
generally for electrical distribution, both inside utilities network and
in the industrial plants.
