Questo catalogo illustra nei dettagli tutta la gamma dei nostri
prodotti di sicurezza per orientarvi nella scelta ideale a seconda
delle vostre esigenze.
La prima cosa da considerare è il rischio territoriale della propria
abitazione, necessario per scegliere il grado di sicurezza della
porta blindata.
In secondo luogo, occorre decidere il tipo di isolamento termico
e acustico per aumentare il confort all’interno dell’abitazione.
Tra i vari modelli di serratura disponibili per ogni porta, è possibile

of the entire family. This catalogue presents, in detail, our entire security product
range to help you make that perfect choice based upon your requirements.
The first thing to consider is the risk relative to the location in which the home
is found, necessary in order to select the security level of the reinforced door.
Then you must decide upon the type of thermal and sound insulation in order
to increase comfort levels within the home.
It is possible to evaluate the most suited lock for your individual requirements
amongst the various models available for each door.
Personalisation of interior and exterior covering panels is left to aesthetic
preference, so that it is possible to match the door design to home furnishings.
It is also possible to adorn the reinforced door with accessories (handle, knob
and spy hole) available in various models and finishes.

door. Our doors are classified according to standards defined by the most up-todate European Standards, UNI ENV 1627 - UNI ENV 1628 - UNI ENV 1629 and
UNI ENV 1630 which determine the anti-break resistance levels using special
static load, dynamic load tests, manual attack and simulation of the most widely
used actions by burglars when breaking into properties.

Security systems
Una porta blindata è un sistema di sicurezza completo. Ogni
elemento, compresi quelli che contribuiscono all’efficienza
estetica, termica e acustica, è funzionale a garantire un’elevata
resistenza antieffrazione.
La serratura di sicurezza, le lamiere interne ed esterne con
gli opportuni rinforzi, le zanche incassate nella muratura ed i
montanti di rinforzo sono gli elementi principali, ma la sicurezza
totale si ha quando tutti gli elementi sono studiati per offrire la
massima protezione.
A reinforced door represents a complete safety system. Every element, including
those which contribute in ensuring aesthetic, heat and sound effectiveness, is
functional and guarantees high anti-break resistance.
The safety lock, the internal and external sheet with suitable reinforcements, the
fixings embedded into the wall and the jamb reinforcements represent the main
elements, however total safety is achieved when all elements are designed to
offer maximum protection.

CERNIERE E ROSTRI
Le cerniere sono gli elementi in acciaio fissati all’anta del telaio.
Servono a sostenere la porta e a consentirne l’apertura e la
chiusura.
I rostri sono dispositivi che impediscono ai malintenzionati di
scardinare la porta. Sono posti sul lato delle cerniere e sono in
numero variabile a seconda del modello di porta blindata.
HINGES AND BOLTS
The hinges are the steel elements fixed to the frame leaf. Their purpose is to
support the door and enable opening and closing.
The bolts are devices which stop ill-intentioned persons from unhinging the
door. They are placed on the hinge-side and the number necessary varies based
upon the reinforced door model.
CHIAVISTELLI
I chiavistelli sono elementi in acciaio trafilato, posizionati sull’anta
verso il lato serratura. Questi dispositivi si inseriscono in fori
predisposti sul telaio e sono comandati dalla serratura. Insieme ai
rostri, servono a bloccare i tentativi di sollevamento della porta.
SECURITY BOLTS
The security bolts are drawn steel elements, positioned on the leaf towards
the lock side. These devices are inserted into predisposed holes on the frame
and are controlled by the lock. Together with the bolts, their purpose is to stop
attempts to raise the door.
LIMITATORE DI APERTURA
Il limitatore di apertura aumenta la sicurezza dei portoncini
blindati anche quando non sono chiusi a chiave. Si tratta di un
sistema di apertura condizionata della porta, che rappresenta
l’evoluzione della tradizionale “catenella”: la porta blindata con
il dispositivo block non può essere forzata.
OPENING LIMITER
The opening limiter heightens reinforced door safety even where doors are not
locked. It is an opening system conditioned by the door, which represents a
development from the traditional “small chain”: the reinforced door with lock
device cannot be forced.

SOGLIA MOBILE
La soglia mobile è un accessorio che protegge gli interni da
correnti, polvere, infiltrazioni d’aria e insetti. Si tratta di un listello
metallico posto sul lato inferiore dell’anta, che si aziona automaticamente all’apertura e alla chiusura della porta, aumentando
non solo la protezione, ma anche il confort dell’ambiente.
MOVEABLE DOORSTEP SEALS
The moveable doorstep is an accessory which protects the interior from drafts,
infiltration of air and insects. It is a metal rail placed on the bottom of the leaf,
which is automatically actioned upon opening and closing the door, not only
heightening protection but also comfort within the home.
PANNELLO
La porta blindata può essere personalizzata secondo il proprio
gusto, applicando un pannello di rivestimento per coordinare
al meglio estetica e sicurezza.
La scelta del pannello va fatta considerando gli agenti atmosferici
a cui il portoncino sarà esposto: ambiente interno, ambiente
esterno riparato, ambiente esterno non riparato.

The reinforced door may be personalised according to individual tastes, by
applying a covering panel to fuse aesthetics and safety as best as possible.
The panel selection is based upon the atmospheric conditions to which
the security door will be exposed: interior environment, sheltered external
environment, non-sheltered external environment.

nel caso di una differenza di pressione tra l’interno e l’esterno.
RESISTENZA AL VENTO (UNI EN 12211 – UNI EN 12210): è
la capacità di un serramento, sottoposto a forti pressioni e/o
depressioni, come quelle causate dal vento, di mantenere una
deformazione ammissibile, di conservare le sue proprietà e di
salvaguardare la sicurezza degli utenti.
PRESTAZIONI ACUSTICHE (UNI EN ISO 10077/1):
per
la determinazione del potere fonoisolante di un infisso, occorre
fare riferimento alla norma internazionale ISO 140/3 che prevede
l’uso della doppia camera riverberante.
TRASMITTANZA TERMICA (UNI EN ISO 10077/1): il
coefficiente di trasmittanza termica (UD) indica quanta energia
(calore o refrigerazione) disperde il serramento attraverso la
propria superficie.
TENUTA ALL’ACQUA (UNI EN 1027 – UNI EN 12208): è la
capacità di impedire infiltrazioni d’acqua sotto l’azione di una
pressione differenziale tra interno ed esterno.

AIR PERMEABILITY (UNI EN 1026 – UNI EN 12207): a feature of a closed
window or door, allowing air to filter through in the instance of different
internal and external pressure.
WIND RESISTANCE (UNI EN 12211 – UNI EN 12210): the ability of a lock,
subject to great pressure and/or depression, such as that caused by the
wind, to maintain acceptable deformation, to preserve its properties and
to safeguard the safety of users.
SOUND PERFORMANCE (UNI EN ISO 10077/1): to determine the
soundproofing power of a frame, you must refer to the International
Standard ISO 140/3 which oversees the use of a double reverberation
chamber.
THERMAL INSULATION (UNI EN ISO 10077/1): the thermal insulation
coefficient (UD) indicates the amount of energy (heat or cooling) the lock
looses across its surface.
WATER RESISTANCE (UNI EN 1027 – UNI EN 12208): the ability to stop
water from infiltrating where there is an internal and external pressure
difference.

Il sistema di chiusura di ogni porta è il segreto che la rende
affidabile. Su molti dei modelli di sicurezza 3elle è possibile
scegliere tra diversi tipi di serratura allo scopo di personalizzare
la porta a seconda delle proprie esigenze di protezione.
Tutte le serrature sono collaudate e soddisfano i più alti requisiti
richiesti dalla Bozza di Norma Europea UNI EN 12209:03.
The locking system of each door is the secret that makes it reliable. On many
of the security 3elle models, you can choose among different types of locks in
order to customize the door according to your security needs.
All locks are tested and meet the highest requirements of the Draft European
Standard UNI EN 12209:03.
SERRATURA RICIFRABILE
È quella parte della serratura in cui sono contenute tutte quelle
informazioni che ne permettono l’apertura, sicura ed a un
costo diretto e di installazione contenuto ai minimi termini.
La corsa dei chiavistelli è di 36 mm. con 4 mandate.
I portoncini dotati di nucleo a chiave ricifrabile saranno dotati
di n° 3 chiavi in confezione sigillata per l’utente finale e di n° 1
chiave a cifratura differenziata provvisoria da utilizzare durante
l’iter del cantiere.
Questa possibilità è la migliore risposta possibile sia per le
ristrutturazioni, sia per i grandi interventi, in modo che:
- il contenuto dell’alloggio è in sicurezza durante l’iter di
cantiere perchè ogni serratura potrà essere aperta solo dalla
propria chiave;
- l’utilizzatore finale entrerà in possesso della confezione
contenente le chiavi definitive perfettamente sigillata;
- a garanzia di questo, l’utilizzatore finale dovrà provvedere
personalmente alla ricifratura della serratura tramite le chiavi
che gli sono state consegnate.
LOCK WITH RECODING
The part of the lock where all the information which enables opening which is
safe, at a direct cost and minimal installation.
The security bolts run across 36 mm with 4 turns.
The security doors, equipped with key with recoding will be equipped with 3
keys (supplied) for the end-user and 1 provisional, different coding key to be
used throughout the construction period.
This option is the best solution for renovations, significant works, seeing as:
- the home remains in safety throughout the entire construction works as every
lock can only be opened with the specific key;

- the end-use will be the owner of the sealed package containing the final keys;
- with this guarantee, the end-user must personally oversee the re-coding of
the lock using the keys they have been assigned.
SERRATURE CON CILINDRO EUROPEO CHE AZIONANO
DIRETTAMENTE LE MANDATE
Questi portoncini arriveranno in cantiere dotati del cilindro con
n° 5 chiavi in confezione sigillata e di n° 1chiave provvisoria a
cifratura differenziata che servirà per la durata del cantiere.
Le chiavi definitive dovranno essere consegnate sigillate
all’utilizzatore finale.
La ricifratura del cilindro dovrà essere effettuata dall’utilizzatore
finale per motivi di sicurezza e non necessita di alcun intervento
specializzato essendo estremamente semplice.
CYLINDER LOCKS WHICH DIRECTLY ACTION TURNS
The security doors will arrive on-site equipped with 5 keys in a sealed package
and 1 provisional, different coding key which will be needed throughout the
works.
The final keys must be sealed and packaged when handed over to the enduser.
Recoding of the cylinder must be carried out by the end-user owing to reasons
of safety and does not necessitate any special intervention, as the process is
extremely simple.

Serratura a doppia mappa “N”
In caso di smarrimento delle chiavi è possibile cambiare la
cifratura della serratura in ogni momento e cambiare le chiavi
senza smontare la serratura o parti di essa, per un numero
illimitato di volte (CAMBIO FACILE).
Questo procedimento viene effettuato la prima volta al termine
dei lavori di cantiere, escludendo ogni chiave usata in precedenza.

If you lose your keys you can change the lock coding at any time and change
keys without removing the lock or parts thereof, for an unlimited number of
times (easy change).
This procedure is carried out the first time at the end of the construction works,
excluding any key you used before.

La chiave è più piccola e leggera rispetto a una tradizionale

Cylinder lock “C”
The key is smaller and lighter than a conventional double bit key. Thanks to the
gear mechanism, the effort of key rotation is reduced to a minimum. The lock
is also specially designed to allow the connection of additional bolts that do not
alter the lightness of the operation.

Lab tests
I test aria, acqua, e vento si eseguono in successione, sullo
stesso campione di prova nel modo che segue:
“permeabilità all’aria”: avviene secondo la norma UNI EN
1026:2001 e classificazione UNI EN
12207:2000. Consiste nella rilevazione, tramite apposita
strumentazione, di quanti m3 passano nel l’ambiente esterno
attraverso il campione in prova in un’ora. La classificazione
va da 0 (non determinato ) a 4 ( bas sapermeabilità, cioè alto
potere isolante tra i due ambienti);
“tenuta al l’acqua”: avviene secondo la norma UNI EN
1027:2001 e classificazione UNI EN 12208:2000.
Consiste nel gettare acqua ad una certa pressione contro
il pannello del campione di prova montato in una camera
apposita. La prova termina quando si riscontra un’infiltrazione
d’acqua sotto il campione in prova.
La classificazione è suddivisa in metodo “A”, per prodotti
interamente esposti, e metodo “B” per prodotti parzialmente
riparati. Va da 0 (non determinato) a 9 (tenuta per oltre 55
minuti a pressione di prova massima);
“resistenza al carico del vento” : avviene secondo la norma
UNI EN 12211:2001 e classificazione UNI EN 12210:2000.
Consiste nel verificare la capacità del campione in prova di

Tests relative to air, water and wind are carried out in succession, using the
same test sample in order to ensure:
“air permeability”: compliance with Standard UNI EN 1026:2001 and
classification UNI EN 12207:2000. It serves to identify, using suitable
equipment, the amount, in m3, released into the external environment via
the test sample throughout the duration of an hour. The classification ranges

from 0 (not defined) to 4 (low permeability, hence high insulating potential
between the two environments);
“water tightness”: compliance with Standard UNI EN 1027:2001 and
classification UNI EN 12208:2000. It involves throwing water, at a certain
pressure, against the test sample panel within a suitable room. The test is
ended when water infiltration is identified under the test sample.
Classification is divided according to method “A”, for products which are fully
exposed and method “B” for products partially sheltered. It ranges from 0
(not defined) to 9 (resistant for over 55 minutes with maximum test pressure);
“resistance to wind load”: compliance with Standard UNI EN 12211:2001 and
classification UNI EN 12210:2000. It involves checking the ability of the test
sample to maintain its features intact, to maintain acceptable deformation
values when subject to extreme pressure and/or depression faced with
simulation gust of winds. It is classified according to five classes relative to
wind pressure (from 0 to 5) and according to three classes relative to sample
deformation (A,B,C), which together provide the genuine sample value.
