sundays). It is really interesting to observe celebrationsin and out of the Napoli Cathedral (il Duomo – Via Duomo –

Suggestions for additional programme:
If you stay longer in Naples don’t loose the chance to visit the following sites:
1. The wonderful recent 6 km No traffic Zone on the Seashore (Via Caracciolo) with
luxurious hotels, castles, royal palace, events and great views of the Napoli Bay.
2. The Vomero Hill with San Martino Monastry and Sant’Elmo Museums and wonderful
landscapes;
3. The Archeological Museum of Naples, with testimonies from Romans, Pompei and
Ercolano Escavations.
4. The Line 1 Metro Stations, with modern masterpieces by famous artists and
architects.
5. The Museum and Park of Capodimonte, for long walks into the green and history.
6. Posillipo Peninsula and the Virgiliano Park, one of the magic places most appreciated
by artists/writer from the XIX century's Grand Tour.
7. The Cimitero delle Fontanelle, an incredible and unusual cemetery in the heart of
Naples;
8. Napoli Sotterranea (underground): ancient Greek, Romans and past ages ruins just…
underneath.
9. Via Toledo, Via Chiaia and Via Scarlatti, the main (high-quality) shopping streets.

How to arrive at the meeting place by public transport:
- From the Airport:
1. Take Alibus bus (€ 3,00) at the airport exit and get off at Napoli Centrale Railway Station;
2. then you have 2 options:
a) take bus line C57 (€1,20) and get off at Via dei Tribunali stop (ask the driver);Then,

b) take bus R2 or 202 (€ 1,20), get off at “University” and then, through Via Mezzo Cannone
