both public institutions and private companies. As a young researcher, Mr. Alesi
first became a director, and then president of TecnoMarche. Under his
leadership, the company was relaunched with more than 60 national and
international research projects in the areas of building automation and energy
efficiency and the issue of integration of new technologies and materials in
architecture. The strength of the TecnoMarche Science and Technology Park,
derives from the working relationships that it has established with 600 Italian
companies. As of 2010, TecnoMarche had performed together with these
companies research investments of over € 80 million involving approximately
150 young researchers. After leading the company as president until 2010, Mr.
Alesi continues work at TecnoMarche as a director.
