1. I modelli di aspiratore che sono stati presi in considerazione sono i seguenti.

2. Le costruzioni sono dichiarate conformi alla direttiva 2006/42/CE e 2004/108/CE e quindi marcate
CE.
3. La norma armonizzata EN 60035-2-69 è un riferimento tecnico utilizzabile anche se non valido per
la conformità perché l’apparecchio in questione è concepito per essere parte di un processo produttivo (uso previsto tra le esclusioni di applicazione della norma).
4. Le caratteristiche sul tipo di miscela di polveri di alluminio sono le seguenti:
a. Si assume che, del volume di truciolo prodotto su lavorazioni quali il taglio, la percentuale di
granulometria esplodibile (minore di 500 micron) è praticamente nulla.
b. La polvere di alluminio ha una temperatura di innesco della nube di 530°C, dello strato di 430 °C.
5. In mancanza di documenti di qualificazione certi della miscela di polveri di alluminio generati da
una macchina di taglio profili, si prende a riferimento il database delle polveri generato e gestito da
IFA – Institut fur Arbetsschutz der Deutschen Gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung.
6. Delle diverse schede presenti nel suddetto database quella che segue è quella che più si avvicina alle miscele descritte al punto 4.

Conclusioni
Dalla tabella sopra riportata si evince che solo il 3% del truciolo generato ha dimensioni inferiori a 500 micron (dimensione limite della granulometria sotto la quale essa può diventare esplodibile), il rischio di esplosione quindi non sussiste.
Qualora l’aspiratore venisse installato su macchine utensili differenti e/o che generassero un tipo di miscela
di polveri di alluminio dove la percentuale di truciolo di dimensioni inferiori a 500 micron fosse sensibilmente superiore il caso andrebbe valutato di volta in volta.
In tutti quei casi comunque ritenuti a potenziale rischio l’utilizzo di refrigerante riduce sensibilmente la
probabilità di esplosione.
Per debellare completamente il rischio di esplosioni che potrebbe nonostante tutto venirsi a creare iVision
consiglia l’utilizzo del “Kit Antistatico” che rende equipotenziali elettrostaticamente fra loro le parti della
macchina.
