risultato con VESTAGON B 68 in quanto si avrebbe ingiallimento.
Il prodotto è non ingiallente in quanto basato su un poliacrilato carbossilato + poliacrilato con terminazioni
epoxy + catalizzatore + additivi speciali.
Il prodotto ha un dosaggio possibile da 1 a 5% con progressiva riduzione gloss. Il plateau (cioè la zona dove
aumentando comunque la % di impiego, il gloss diminuisce poco) è raggiunto a circa il 4%. Infatti vedi che
passando da 4 a 5% la diminuzione del gloss è trascurabile.

Stesso concetto di KT 108 G. Il prodotto permette ai bassi dosaggi (1% - 2%) di abbassare il gloss più
rapidamente rispetto al KT108 G. Il plateau però viene raggiunto prima, passando dal 3% di dosaggio al 4% il
gloss non si abbassa significativamente.

Matting agent KT108G for hybrid
General:
KT108G is a wax free matting agent based on polyacrylaye for hybrid system, providing the properties of
color stable, gloss reduction down to 5% range in the formulation. KT108G is also an effective matting
additive where no adjustment of epoxy to polyester ratio is needed.

Processing
KT108G is just added to the starting formulation for extruding ,thoroughly premixing of all ingredients is very
necessary.
Formulation guideline
The gloss level will be influenced by the selection of the polyester and the amounts of matting agent KT108G. The
more dosage of KT108G, the lower the gloss level will be, the increasing level of KT108G almost doesn’t influence the
gel time, so the important step for formulation is to choose the right polyester which influence the final gloss level, In
the formulation , resins for 50/50 and 60/40 are preferred , but the combination of different polyester resins with
different acid value will be better and more economical . Baking temperature for KT108G is from 180℃ to 200℃ for 15
～10 min . for thorough curing.
Packaging & storage
Matting agent KT108G is supplied in 25 Kg bag . This product should store at room temperature in dry place , please
seal the bag after use for prevention of moisture entering .
