Assotherm srl è una realtà affermata nel settore della componentistica per impianti idrotermosanitari e di condizionamento,
che grazie alla decennale esperienza maturata nel settore, garantisce l’approvvigionamento di prodotti derivanti dal ciclo di
produzione di metalli come ottone, alluminio, acciaio, rame, ghisa e derivati.
Esempio della produzione sono: valvole a sfera, rubinetterie per riscaldamento, valvole di sicurezza, valvole di taratura, valvole
di zona, collettori, filtri, accessori per centrale termica e raccorderie di ogni genere per le differenti tubazioni in commercio.
Un processo di costante monitoraggio della produzione, gestita secondo i parametri dei Certificati di Qualità del prodotto e la
grande attenzione allo sviluppo tecnologico dei nuovi sistemi volti ad offrire sempre maggiori vantaggi all’installazione, ci collocano come interlocutori di primo piano nella offerta di queste tipologie di prodotto, nonché validi partner, sempre pronti a
saper consigliare al meglio le aspettative della clientela, aumentandone le potenzialità.

Assotherm SRL. is an Italian established reality in the components industry for plumbing, heating and cooling; thanks to decades
of experience, we ensure the supply of products resulting from the cycle of production of metals such as brass, steel, copper,
iron and derivatives. We have a broad product line of standard control devices to meet demanding customer requirements. Our
products (we export in over 25 Countries) provide another example of our customer-driven, problem solving capabilities and

Example of the production are: brass ball valves, valves for heating, safety valves, balancing valves, zone valves, manifolds,
filters, accessories for central heat and couplings of all types for the various pipes on the market. A process of continuous
monitoring of production, managed according to the parameters of the Certificates of Quality product and great attention to
technological development of new systems for offering still more to install, place us as reputable partners leading in offering
these types of product, as well as good partners, always willing to know how to best advise customer expectations, by increasing the potentialities.
Products are developed our Engineering and Technical Department, starting from the moulds through stamping, working, assembling up to the final product and, in order to offer our customers a greater variety of articles, we have a number of “sister
companies”, Made in Italy, which by the time we have established mutual cooperation.

1.
GENERALITA’
Le condizioni generali di vendita, qui di seguito riportate, si intendono valide per qualsiasi ordine pervenuto alla Assotherm srl e costituiscono parte essenziale di ciascun ordine. Eventuali modifiche alle presenti clausole nonché eventuali
condizioni particolari dovranno essere espressamente concordate per iscritto.
2.
ORDINI
Le ordinazioni acquisite dalla nostra rete di vendita sono soggette all’approvazione di Assotherm srl. Le ordinazioni devono rispettare i contenuti unitari riportati sul presente listino prezzi.
3.
TRASPORTO
La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente il quale, nel proprio interesse, deve verificare, prima del ritiro,
l’integrità dei colli e la quantità. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere avanzati alla Assotherm srl ovvero al vettore al momento della consegna.
4.
CONSEGNE
La merce si intende resa Franco nostro magazzino. I termini di consegna hanno carattere indicativo e vengono concordati di volta in volta con il cliente.
5.
PREZZI
Tutti i prezzi si intendono IVA Esclusa. Assotherm srl si riserva la facoltà insindacabile di apportare variazioni ai prezzi di
listino pubblicati nel caso in cui le componenti di costo degli articoli lo rendessero necessario.
6.
RESI
I resi di merce devono essere comunicati per iscritto entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. La merce verrà accreditata al prezzo di vendita decurtato del 25% per oneri di gestione della merce stessa, salvo controllo di integrità della
merce stessa. I resi autorizzati dovranno essere inviati in porto franco direttamente al nostro magazzino.
7.
PRODOTTI
Le fotografie contenute nel presente catalogo sono rappresentative del prodotto, a puro titolo esemplificativo. La Assotherm si riserva il diritto di apporre modifiche senza preavviso alcuno, in tutti i casi in cui si rendesse necessario.
8.
PAGAMENTI
I pagamenti delle fatture devono essere indirizzati ad Assotherm srl secondo quanto pattuito e alla scadenza pattuita.
Eventuali ritardi danno luogo all’immediata decorrenza degli interessi, nonché la sospensione automatica delle forniture.
9.
PROPRIETA’ DELLA MERCE
Il trasferimento della proprietà della merce avviene quando il cliente adempie alla propria prestazione attraverso il pagamento.
10.
FORO
Per eventuali controversie è competente il Foro di Bergamo.
Assotherm si riserva il diritto di apportare senza alcun preavviso, qualunque modifica
al qui presente catalogo, che si rendesse necessaria sia dal punto di vista tecnico che
