Tagliare la tubazione TSXa
con apposito tagliatubi.

Cut the TSX A with
the pipe cutter.
Avvitare tramite chiave
inglese il dado ed il nipple ed
allentarli dopo. In seguito
rimuovere il nipple e la
rondella.

Unscrew the nipple
and remove the washer.
Inserire il dado e porre l’anello
di fissaggio nella prima
concavità e chiuderlo.

Inserire la rondella metallica
nel dado ed avvitare
il nipple doppio.

Insert the nut and place
the stop ring and close it.
Insert the washer in the nut
and screw tight the nipple.
Inserire la guarnizione e
verificare la battuta con
l’estremità del tubo resa piana
dall’azione della rondella.

Ultimare l’installazione
con l’inserimento del nipple.

Check if the end of the pipe
is correctly pressed
and then insert the seal.

Caratteristiche rivestimento
Il particolare rivestimento costituito da un doppio
strato di isolanti ha la capacità di resistere fino alla
temperatura di 200°C, senza subire danni termici.
Specifications of insulation coating
This special coating, which consists of a double layer
of Insulating materials, can withstand temperatures of
up to 200°C without suffering heat damage.
Il primo strato spesso 10mm è realizzato in tecnofibra
mentre il secondo è costituito da uno strato di polietilene reticolato spesso 6mm. La superficie esterna è
protetta da un film aderente in alluminio per una reale
protezione dai raggi solari e degli agenti atmosferici.
The first layer is 10mm thick and is made of tech fiber,
while the second consists of a layer of polyethylene
webbing 6mm thick.
The outside surface is protected by an adhesive
aluminum film, for protection against direct sunlight
and atmospheric agents.
Dall’associazione di questi due materiali si ottiene
una coibentazione con elevate proprietà isolanti che
garantisce nel tempo le migliori condizioni di sicurezza
e di rendimento dell’impianto.
The combination of these two materials produces a
seal with high insulation capacity, which guarantees
optimal safety and performance of the system over
time.
Il comportamento alla fiamma è certificato in Classe 1.
The flame retardant class for this material is Class 1.
TSX è dotato di cavo integrato per la sonda del collettore, che grazie al posizionamento tra i due strati di
isolanti non subisce danni termici come avviene nella
maggioranza dei casi quando questo è posto a diretto
contatto con la tubazione.
TSXa è il tubo di acciaio rivestito.
Tubazione singola con cavo sonda integrato.
TSXcu è il tubo di rame rivestito.

Il kit di accessori comprende la raccorderia idonea alle
alte temperature, si tratta di raccordi autocartellanti
facili da utilizzare che velocizzano le operazioni di
installazione senza dover ricorrere all’uso di attrezzatura specifica per il tubo in acciaio.
TSX is equipped with a cable for the collector probe,
which is positioned between the two layers of insulation and thus is not subject to heat damage, as so
often happens when it comes into direct contact with
the pipe.
TSXa is the insulated steel tube.
Single tube with probe cable included.
TSXcu is the insulated copper tube.
Single tube with probe cable included.
The accessory kit includes fittings suitable for high
temperatures, self-flared fittings that are easy to use
and speed up installation without having to use
special tools for the steel tubes.
