La seguente tabella classifica i vari tipi di involucro secondo le
Generalità
General
pubblicazioni CEI 70-1, EN 60529.
I diversi gradi di protezione sono identificabili mediante la siglia IP
(International Protection) seguita da 3 cifre caratteristiche indicanti:
1a cifra Protezione contro i corpi solidi
2a cifra Protezione contro i corpi liquidi
3a cifra Protezione contro urti meccanici alio studio.
In attesa della definizione, abbiamo indicato in tabella i valori della 3a
cifra secondo NORMATIVA FRANCESE UTE C 20 010.

The following schedule details the various types of enclosures according
characteristics
to the CEI 70-1 and EN 60529 pubblications.
The different protection degree are identified throught the initiale IP
(International Protection) followed by three characteristic numerals
indicating:
First numeral: protection against solid objects
Second numeral: protection against water
Third numeral: protection against mechanical shocks (under
preparation); while waiting for the IEC Recommandation, we have
indicated in the schedule hereunder the values according to the French
Norms UTE C 20 010.
