Montreal (Quebec) – The Italian Trade Commission’s Montreal office will host its annual tasting of wines from Italy, across the country. The event, geared to industry professionals, wine experts and the media, will allow guests to sample some 460 wines from 15 Italian wine regions, while bringing together more than 90 producers in Montreal and Toronto, and over 27 producers in Vancouver and Calgary. This year’s tasting marks the 12th edition in Montreal & Toronto and the 5th in Vancouver & Calgary. This event will showcase how contemporary Italian winemakers have embraced their traditional heritage and welcomed new winemaking techniques to produce world-renowned wines. Themed “Innovators by Tradition”, this year’s event will dazzle all of your senses— from a one-of-a-kind video show to gastronomic food and captivating music. The Italian Trade Commission The Italian Trade Commission (ICE) is a public agency with a worldwide network of offices, whose mandate is to promote trade, industrial and technological cooperation, with foreign companies and to disseminate economic information on Italy.
