Confezionatrice ad angolare per il confezionamento di qualsiasi tipo di prodotti food e no food
Facile da usare poiché completamente automatica:l’operatore appoggia solo il prodotto da confezionare
sopra al tappeto motorizzato. Dopo questa operazione il prodotto avanza automaticamente all’interno
della barra saldante, dove viene confezionato tramite la saldatura del materiale attorno ad esso. I contorni
del prodotto da saldare sono definiti tramite fotocellule superiori e laterali. Tutte le funzioni sono regolabili
mediante temporizzatori e termostati. La macchina è controllata tramite PLC programmabile a norma CE.

Sealing machine for packing any kind of products food and no food.Very easy to use because it
is completely automatic. The operator leans the product on the power.After this operation the good goes
automatically under the sealing bar,for sealing the material around the product.Some top and side photocells read the from of the product to pack. Inside of the sealing bar there is a power white belt, necessary
for going on the products after the sealing operation.The sealing machine is manufactured with painted
steel with 4 weels.All the functions are adjustable by timer and thermostat. The machine is controlled by
adjustable PLC , with CE mark . Sizes of the machine: Lenght 1600 mm-Height 1450mm-Width 950 mm.
Voltage:220 Volt single phase
Temperatures of the heaters are adjustable until of 400°C .Can use all type of shrinking material.

Film CB-­‐26 Termoretraibile ad alte prestazioni Materiale prodotto in poliolefina di prima qualità. Lucido trasparente ma anche morbido resistente, non emette esalazioni tossiche al momento della saldatura e retrazione. Queste caratteristiche lo rendono un materiale molto facile e veloce da usare in qualsiasi impiego come ad esempio: alimentari freschi (pane, pizza, formaggio, ecc..), surgelati, confezionamento CD/DVD e molto atro ancora. Il materiale è disponibile in diversi tipi e spessori che hanno in comune alcune caratteristiche fondamentali come: bassa temperatura di retrazione, massima resistenza alla perforazione ed alta velocità alla saldatura.
